"Well, baby, let's go back to the safe to rest," Marinka persuaded her son.

Silvi followed the mother's words and rested.

The female doctor immediately checked Silvi's contents.  Just then the liquid mixed with fresh blood began to come out from the female part of Silvi.

"It looks like Silvi already wants this birth," explained the female doctor named Saras.

"But why is there so much liquid coming out of the dock?"

"That's normal and natural thing mbak, don't panic me with the nurse will help mbak Silvi."

Vico, Marinka and Adi who were outside started to panic.

"Doctor how is my wife?" Vico barged into the delivery room feeling impatient.

"Please sir, your wife is about to give birth. You wait outside first."

"Dok, can my husband accompany me here?" pinta Silvi with beautiful face.

Unable to see the anxious Silvi, the doctor allowed Vico to accompany Silvi.

Vico sat down beside Silvi and held Silvi's hand.

While outside the room, Sinta and Zahra come to meet them.

"Silvi again in the delivery room, he had a contraction and just broke his position," Marinka explained.

"Vico is in Silvi's company" Adi told Sinta.

Listening to Adi Sinta's explanation was relieved.

Right in the early hours of the opening was three ten hours which lasted about seven hours. Silvi felt stomach cramps. The doctor who was near Silvi helped Silvi slowly.

"Let's go, take a breath, push the baby out,"

Silvi took a deep breath while pushing out the baby. His hand was clutching Vico's hand.

The doctor takes an injection, then proceeds to remove the placenta that lasts for fifteen minutes. This process is followed by contractions again, but not as great as before labor.

The doctor checks whether the entire placenta has detached from the uterine wall or not, by pressing Silvu's stomach and pulling slowly the umbilical cord so that the placenta can come out. After the entire placenta and umbilical cord came out, then Silvi's body was cleaned.

Next the doctor put the Little One on Silvi's body while trying to warm her up. Silvi hugged both of her children with affection and haru taste. She still does not believe she has become a mother.

"Mas, is this our son?"

"Yes dear. Our son." Said Vico while helping Silvi hug the other baby.

"Let's go, the baby's diazani and Iqamakahkan first." Pinta Sinta on Vico.

Vico followed the mother's words, he immediately offered the child's right ear and then spread the child's left ear alternately.

"Silvi, what's wrong with you?" Marinka immediately approached Silvi who was lying weakly.

Silvi just kept quiet and did not give any response.

Marinka felt anxious and worried. He shook his son's body.

"Silvi wake up dear. Why are you quiet?"

Vico sees blood flowing between Silvi's legs.

"Ma. That's her blood flowing again. Said Vico while pointing at Silvi's feet.

Vico immediately gave his son to Sinta to hold. Press the emergency button to call the doctor.

The doctor came to see Silvi to check on Silvi's condition. And it turns out Silvi had postpartum bleeding.

"Suster help the baby Silvi's mom get taken to the incubator first."

The doctor immediately took action to save Silvi's life.

"It looks like Silvi's mother had a weak uterine muscle after giving birth."

The young and beautiful doctor asks to leave himself and Silvi for the treatment process.

He gave oxytocin to trigger uterine contractions by injecting it directly into Silvi.

Then the doctor gave Silvi intravenous fluids.

How long later, Marinka who was worried immediately approached the doctor.

"Doctor how is my son?"

"Your child needs a blood transfusion to replace lost blood." Ask the doctor.

"Take my blood Doc. I'm his papa." Adi.

"Alright, you're taking me to the lab to do the test."

Adi followed the doctor for a blood transfusion.
