Chapter 42. The defeat of the Mythical Demon Rabbit.

The Beast God who did not know who the Great Mouth was, immediately he asked Dao Li Nuwa. Dao Li Nuwa tells the story of the Mythical Demon Rabbit, where the beast is very terrible and brutal.

Seeing Dao Meimei again with a silly question, made the Beast God laugh. Dao Li Xia looked at the two different Dao Meimei pupils and made him suspicious, and also did not see his two parents who were always following.

Before Dao Meimei approached the Beast God, Dao Chieftain Li Xia pulled the Beast God's wrist and advanced behind him.

"Who are you?" asked the Chieftain loudly to Dao Meimei.

The clash of the Chieftain made everyone stop walking and look at the frightened-looking Dao Meimei (Mythical Rabbit Demon was pretending).

"I... I'm Dao Meimei, Chieftain!" replied the Mythical Demon Rabbit haltingly.

The Mythical Demon Rabbit did not know what to answer because the two old men Dao Meimei had fallen victim to him overnight. Then he looked at the eyes of everyone who was suspicious.

Suddenly the disguised Mythical Demon Rabbit laughed, then his body trembled. Everyone hurriedly retreated and were on guard, they saw Dao Meimei's body become so stout that his clothes were littled.

After that, his ears displayed, his mouth became wide coupled with an enlarged body. His arms and legs were also displayed along with his nails.

"He's... He's Big Mouth...! Prepare to fight!!" the first elder's command memorized with the Mythical Demon Rabbit's changes that would turn into a giant.

Immediately the residents who could not fight ran away from the Mythical Demon Rabbit. While those who are able to fight take out their flagship weapons.

The Beast God held the Chieftain's hand to stay away from the Mythical Demon Rabbit, not that he was afraid, but rather wanted to know the true form of the beast that many of the Mysterious Land's inhabitants feared.

The form of the Mythical Demon Rabbit no longer resembled Dao Meimei, its body size grew larger and as tall as trees. Before his form was perfect, he roared showing his dominance as a legendary beast.

"Deplease the arrows!" the Chieftain's order before the Mythical Demon Rabbit changed into a perfect form.

The Tree Tribe that surrounded the Mythical Demon Rabbit immediately released its arrows. Hundreds of arrows of spiritual energy shot out raining down on the Mythical Demon Rabbit's body.

The Beast God saw the body of the Mythical Demon Rabbit unable to be pierced through by arrows, an extremely hard physique like metal. Then he saw the Chieftain and the four elders forming a Formation, both of their hands making a spell-like move while activating the Altar Mirror of Truth.

It appeared a circle above the head of the Mythical Demon Rabbit. Before being hit by magic, the Mythical Demon Rabbit swung its tail to destroy the Formation that led to the Tree Tribe Chief.

The Chieftain and the few people behind him immediately jumped back before the Mythical Demon Rabbit tail hit his body, and made the Formation fail to activate.

The four elders took out a magic wand weapon and unleashed an attack. It was then followed by the members of the Tree Tribe who re-released spiritual energy arrows. Dao Li Nuwa, Dao Li Chunhua and all the women who would become the Dao Dao Beast pairs did not stay silent, they used swords, bows as their mainstay weapons.

Before the burst of magma hit the Chieftain and the many people, the Beast God disappeared and appeared before the eyes of the Mythical Demon Rabbit. His right fist shot towards the eyes of the Mythical Demon Rabbit.

The Chieftain and everyone breathed a sigh of relief seeing the Beast God intervene. They were initially frightened as his body slowed down due to the attack of the Mythical Demon Rabbit. And in a crucial moment, the Beast God became his savior.

The Chieftain and all of its members saw the God Beast hovering while looking towards the fall of the Mythical Demon Rabbit. Due to life-threatening circumstances, the soaring Beast God was not prohibited.

The Mythical Demon Rabbit immediately got up, he roared in pain as his right eye was so badly injured that he could no longer see. Then he destroys everything around him as an impingement.

The Beast God did not stay silent before the residence of many people was destroyed, he took out the Universal Sword and slashed towards the Mythical Demon Rabbit. Like a crescent moon, the Beast God attack shot towards the neck of its target.

Sensing a life-threatening danger, the Mythical Demon Rabbit instinctively dodged the attack of the Universal Sword by twisting its body. Unfortunately, it remains the back leg until the tail is split because it is too late to avoid.

Being heavily injured and before the Beast God attacked back, the Mythical Demon Rabbit immediately changed its form into a small one, becoming the shape of a rabbit. Then he used the trees that had not fallen for his escape.

The Beast God did not chase after him, yet he still felt a trace of the Universal Sword energy clinging onto the body of the Mythical Demon Rabbit. Then, he swung his sword towards the path of the Mythical Demon Rabbit.

The burst of energy when the Beast God attack hit the point of its target's blurred route. Trees were smashed to pieces and pieces of wood were scattered everywhere.

The Beast God did not turn his gaze towards the fleeing Mythical Demon Rabbit. Then, he stored back the Universal Sword into his Soul World.

Slowly he went down while turning his body around and saw everyone staring at him with admiration.

"Great... Our gods are great!!" cheers someone member of the Tree Tribe and followed by many people who praised the prowess of the Beast God.

Before the Beast God set foot on the ground, the Chieftain and his would-be mate approached and formed a circle. After the Beast God landed, he was immediately embraced by the Chieftain. Dao Li Nuwa, Dao Li Chunhua and the others did not dare to prevent the actions of the Chieftain.

"Did you kill him?" asked Dao Tribe Chief Li Xia for not knowing if the Mythical Demon Rabbit died or managed to escape.

"He managed to escape, but was severely injured! Likely, he won't survive for long" replied the Beast God.

The Chieftain and its members were not disappointed that the Beast God had failed to kill the Mythical Demon Rabbit, because they knew it was so difficult to kill the Great Mouth.

"If he survives, he will no longer dare to set foot in our territory. This will keep our territory safe! It is most likely another region that will be targeted," the Chieftain said as he cleared away the dirt on the left shoulder of the Beast God.

The Beast God nodded in response while looking at the messy surroundings and the many fallen trees, the tree house for the Tree Tribe's residence.
