Alyssa did not care about the Blood that hit her clothes and face.she continued to walk closer to Arumi.
When Arumi wanted to pull the trigger, she suddenly fainted. Shortly thereafter Tama appears next to Arumi.
Yes, Tama hit Arumi unconscious.
