Mila, apparently just an adopted child, is deliberately adopted by Alea's stepmother, only to deceive Alea's biological father.
His knees were limp, his heartbeat was stopped for a moment, after seeing all this truth. Apparently, the woman was really sneaky. He justifies all means, just to fulfill all his desires.
"I'm sorry if I've been quiet all this time. I want to help Papah get out of that unhealthy household. But I was confused, how. Until finally, Mr. Adila forced me to tell you all this." Mila said as she sobbed in tears.
Alea really felt guilty, already judging her father like yesterday, without knowing what the truth was like.
After Mila told me everything that happened during this time, it turns out that her father suffered more than his life.
Alea's father was forced to continue working, while he was very ill. In fact, her stepmother had cheated on her repeatedly. But until now, Alea's father had not known the truth. Mila was still unable to tell Alea's father everything. He was afraid, his heart disease would come back friday, if he heard all the truth.
"You should read papah. Only you can help papah. I was always threatened by Intan's mother. Even grandma, she can't believe, if mother Intan did that to papah." Mila said as she clasped Alea's hand.
"How'd it go? If his mother doesn't believe in him." Answer Alea. The tears kept wetting her cheeks.
"Dear, you don't have to worry, I'll take care of everything. Now it's your job, just pretend, if you're still not better. We'll start now." explained Adila.
"meaning?" asked Alea confusedly.
Her husband always had a way to do anything. As of now, why would he be able to make Mila speak honestly to him.
"Tonight, I'm going home to Grandma's, and I'm going to start the play." Mila.
Alea was only speechless, as he was still confused as to what Mila and Adila were going to plan for.
Not long after, Mila left. He left a letter from the orphanage to Alea as well as Adila.
Now, there was only Adila and also Alea. Adila continued to hug Alea tightly.
"Is this not a charade?" aela asked and let go of her husband's embrace.
"Of course not dear. Tonight, we go to your grandmother's house, after we get a call from Mila." Answer Adila.
"For what?"
"Do you want your father to be enslaved by that cunning woman?"
Alea just nodded slowly. On the one hand, he hated his father. But on the other hand, his father is still a parent that he must respect. After what he did to his father yesterday, it's time to make amends.
After Alea calmed down, Adila invited Alea to go to her grandmother's house.
Along the way, he still does not believe in Mila. Because it could be, Mila lied and conspired with the evil woman.
"Honey, Mila's already there." Adila.
"Yes, you just run your mission. I'll just follow him. I trust you completely." Answer Alea. At a time like this, he could not concentrate. Thought fucked.
Adila then grabbed her phone, and tried to contact someone who was none other than Alea's father. He asked Alea's father to come to his Grandmother's house, or else she was his own biological mother.
......................
After the trip, 30 minutes, he finally arrived in front of his grandmother's house. He was greeted by his grandmother, who looked angry at him.
Mila who was already inside the house, suddenly came out and looked cynically.
"This house, it looks like it's going to sell soon. Because soon, there'll be hotel construction here." Adila replied in an arrogant style.
"Don't talk too much!" Grandma Alea.
Nothing changed from the middle-aged woman. He was still arrogant and rude.
"You guys want to come here? Not satisfied with insulting me and papah?" ask Mila.
"Wow, papah. Which man did you say papah? Is the man you've been living with all this time?" Answer Adila.
Since then, Alea had only been silent in silence, without saying anything. He was just a loyal spectator.
"You mean? Do you want to find fault again? After my father left your wife?" Ask Mila.
"It's Mila, you don't care about them. We're going in sa.. "
"I managed to find an orphanage, which is where Mila came from." Adila then threw the letter in front of Mila and her grandmother.
"You mean? Don't nag! Enough of your wife to insult my daughter-in-law Intan! Now don't add your insults to my grandchildren!" Grandma Alea.
"Open your eyes, lest you be fooled by a woman like Intan, who has obviously been lying to you for years. You've thrown away someone who sincerely loves your child, and so do you." replied Adila.
"You mean? That cheating woman? Which has put the family to shame..."
"Enough!!" Shouted Alea hysterically. "Never insult my mother like that! My mother is not the person you said she is!! She's a good girl! It is precisely who has destroyed the family, and cheating is your son-in-law!" Alea hatch.
Alea's grandmother almost slapped Alea. But Mila confronted him, and led him away from Alea. He picked up the paper that Adila had thrown.
"You must not be insolent!" Alea's grandmother said as she pointed at Alea.
"Sir, is this really?" Mila then gave the letter to her grandmother.
"What's this?" Ask her grandmother with a confused face. He took the paper, and began to read the contents of the letter.
"Where did you get this from?" Mila asked and looked at Adila and Alea.
"Where to ask, mending now, you call your mother, and your father here" Alea replied.
"You don't slander!!" grandma Alea shouted and tore the paper
"Defamation? No one is slandering anyone here. In the letter it is clear, if Mila is not the biological child of your child, and also your daughter-in-law.honestly, I feel sorry for you. It's old, but you have to know this secret." Obviously Adila is long.
"This must be your essay, right? Because you don't like the harmony of Mila's parents?" Grandma Alea said with a cynical smile.
Hearing her grandmother's words, Alea let go of her husband's hand, and approached her grandmother. If not an old man to be respected, Alea would have definitely slapped this arrogant woman.
"What do I not like? Fortunately what is it for me? Without you, my life is much better!!"
