The First Layer of the Sage Realm
A figure with demonic features was seen flying at a very high speed. The aura of Darkness around him seemed very strong, he was seen rushing to a far place while behind him was a giant gate with a wide open door.

The Demon Souls that were at the gate seemed to have no intention of passing through the gate at all because the outside world was not where they were. After all, in order to live, they needed immense spiritual power and the First Layer until the Seventh Layer of the Sage Realm was a place filled by extremely dense spiritual power.

“We Soul Devils only manage all souls in the First Layer of the Sage Realm and so on, I hope you don't interfere with our activities. And about the ruling Clan in the First Layer of the Sage Realm, it is a matter that you must resolve yourself. Don't confuse souls in this place.” The Demon Soul spoke in a slightly cold tone.
Nie En knew it was a threat. But he would certainly not mess up because he knew very well how the Nie Clan worked in the past. Although the Soul Devils seemed unwilling to look for trouble for setting up the reincarnation cycle of souls and doing other things related to the soul, their strength was actually not weak.

From the records read by Nie En in the Nie Clan, the First Layer was managed by one Clan Sovereign and four Clan branches to help the Soul Devils. But their numbers are not as many as the demons on the surface because of the number of Devils in each Clan or their territory. That said, the number of Devils in the First Layer of the Sage Realm might not reach 100,000 Demons, at most thousands exceeding that number.
“I know what you say Demon Soul! We came to the First Layer of the Sage Realm not to interfere with your work. We only came to catch someone who entered before we passed this gate!” said Nie En.
