Her.. My soul mate

Her.. My soul mate
Chapter 83

>Kangen Nisa in France, <<

L’Universite d’Angers is a State university located in the city of Angers, Pays de la loire, France and is a university that is Nisa's choice to pursue further education S2.

Nisa lives in Angers one and a half hours from Paris, a city that is mostly student, Angers is considered a student city because there are many choices of majors, public and private campuses.

The cost of living in Angers is affordable. The French government provides many subsidies to students, especially those under twenty-six years old. For example, the residence, for the apartment itself is approximately twenty square meters, the cost is about 298€, for example, and students are entitled to a subsidy from the government usually called APL (Aide Personalisee au Logement) from CAF whose great assistance can reach 120-150€ and this applies in all regions of France.

For transportation, traveling with TGV for those under 25 years old gets a 20-50% discount from the normal ticket price by buying a jeune carte. There are also other options for walking around, such as co-voiturage, which is much cheaper and even more helps us socialize.

In Angers itself, students can make Carte Partenaire, this card helps students get discounts for irigo cards (bis and tram), whose normal price is 40€, and the, with that card they only pay 19€80. This card also provides vegetable and fruit assistance every week by only paying 2€50/1kg. So you could say 500-600€ per month is enough to stay there.

Luckily for Nisa not to have to rent an apartment like most of her friends from Indonesia, she has her papi heritage home. Although small, the house was more than enough to save his living expenses while in France.

"You're here okay. Don't eat late! Mommy's phone calls, video calls, messages too, okay?" said her mom when they were going to split up at the airport.

Today even a month her mother accompanied Nisa in France, and it was time for Nisa's mother to return to Indonesia.

"Yes mom ... Nisa must have called mami a lot. Nisa dear mami" said Nisa while hugging her mother tightly as if she did not want to part with her mother.

After feeling old, Nisa stretched her arms, she realized she could not hold her mother any longer because her mammary plane was about to take off. He waved his hand as he continued to stare at the passing of his mother. There was a tear that fell on his cheek. Only this time he was far from home, far from his mother, in the land of his own people. But he tried to strengthen himself to do well.

This afternoon on the weekend, Nisa enjoys it on foot to a park. He sat on a bench in the park while reading a book he had brought from home.

"Puis-je m'asseoir ici?" said someone in front of Nisa.

A person spoke French and Nisa glanced at the source of the voice.

"Owh! What an amazing destiny. We finally meet again!" said again. Nisa was still silent, she was trying to digest every word that was thrown by the person in front of her.

"We have met before. Remember?!" the question that made Nisa's mouth rounded to form the letter "O" because it remembered something.

"May I ... ?" he said while pointing at the empty place next to Nisa. Nisa then invited the man to sit next to her. The bench was enough for three people to sit on so Nisa did not mind if she sat next to Nisa.

"Goddess ... !" he said it again while hand-picking.

"Miss ... !" nisa welcomes Edmund's hand. He returned to his reading book.

"Do you live around here?" edmund's question diverted Nisa back from her attention to the book she was reading.

Nisa was a little disturbed.

"I guess you're not a native Frenchman, aren't you?" nisa said then that made Edmund laugh crisply at Nisa's question.

How not, Nisa has learned some culture from the French population which is somewhat indifferent and individualism, they do not want to interfere with the affairs of others and also do not want to be disturbed. They tend to be very careful with strangers. They really appreciate foreigners who speak French.

Judging from the way Edmund continuously asked as if he wanted to attract the attention of Nisa to want to talk to him as if showing himself not part of the French culture.

"I'm frenchman but I have learned a lot about Indonesian culture. They are friendly" he said.

Nisa had completely lost interest in reading it when the "bule" in front of her uttered the last sentence that made her become interested in chatting with him.

"You can speak Indonesian? How can? I mean .. something like that" said Nisa sumringah. He felt he found friends chatting outside of his friends on campus who came from Indonesia.

"Slight .. is not very smooth. But I understand what Indonesian people say" he said accompanied by typical French gestures.

"You're a student at L’Universite d’Angers, right?" tanyakanya.

"How did you know? Are you stalking on me?" ask Nisa full of search.

"No no no. That's because I studied there too". He shook his head quickly so that Nisa would not suspect him of being a stalker.

"I am a student in Tourisme et Loisirs (Tourism Management). I see you around campus often. So I guess you are also a student there" he said.

"Oh yes, you are right!" said Nisa.

"You haven't answered my question" Edmund said.

"Which question?" tanya Nisa tries to remember the series of questions that Edmund posed to her.

"Do you live in the area?" he said repeating questions that had previously been in English.

"Oh, yeah! I live near here. Not too far away, just need to walk a few minutes from here" replied Nisa.

Without feeling they are engrossed in chatting until they forget that the sun has left the contest.

"Oh! I have to go home now. It's getting dark. Hopefully we can meet again" Nisa said when she saw her watch. He stood up and prepared to walk away.

"May I take you home? It's getting dark, I'm with you, okay?" he said by trying to compile Indonesian sentences so that they could be understood by Nisa.

With no other choice but to let Edmund drive her, Nisa also feels a little afraid of going home alone.
