Hearing the words of papa Daniel, everyone who was there immediately gasped. They were completely shocked as the voice of papa Daniel sounded louder than ever.

"Thank you, sir." Papa Daniel nodded towards Papi Indra before returning to his voice. "Previously, my family and I did not know the introduction and closeness of my daughter with you and your family. And, honestly I was very shocked when you suddenly came and intended to ask my daughter as a daughter-in-law."

"If I may know, do you all know the events that my daughter had experienced a few months ago?" ask papa Daniel.

This time, it was Ferdian who answered papa Daniel's question.

"What event do you mean, sir? What was the failure of Desi's marriage and had to be replaced by Daniel and Alesya's?" Ferdian asked with an ordinary expression with no look of surprise on his face.

"really. So, do you all know how it happened and what caused it?" Papa Daniel seems to be unsatisfied.

"Really, Sir. We already know that story. Desi herself told me that. Maybe Mom and Dad were surprised why I knew. Yes, because at that time Desi was already my assistant."

"Do you not mind that?" 

Ferdian and both his parents compactly shook their heads.

"We don't mind at all, sir. In fact, we had thought that the event was a way for our sons and daughters to unite," replied Nia's mother with a happy face.

Papa Daniel glanced at Desi. He breathed his heavy breath before asking back. 

"Father, Mother, and Son Ferdian, if I may be honest, I was still quite traumatized by the failure of Desi's marriage at that time. We, as parents put considerable hope in Desi's future husband at that time. We've known him long enough. And, we're really baffled."

"We did not expect that our daughter's marriage would eventually fail. As parents, we don't want to experience anything like that anymore. We will not be able to do it if our daughter gets a second failure" said papa Daniel with a sad expression. 

In fact, Daniel's mother had begun to shed tears because she remembered the events that had passed. Desi was next to the mother, immediately embraced the body of her mother and rubbed her arms.

Seeing the situation that began to soften, Ferdian immediately made a sound.

"Father, Mother, if you accept me, I can guarantee you that I will not disappoint this family. I promise I will truly marry Desi and will do everything possible to make her happy and look after her" Ferdian said with confidence.

"You seriously want to marry my poet and won't deny it?" Papa Daniel is still trying to ask for certainty.

"I'm serious, sir." Again Ferdian answered with confidence and incantation.

"Then, prove it. Tomorrow morning marry my daughter."

"Alright, sir," Ferdian replied spontaneously while nodding steadily. However, he soon came to terms with papa Daniel's question. "Eh, what?!"
