Chapter 3: Metamorphosis [RE-WRITE]

The sound of the school bell rang which indicates that each student can leave the class to rest for a moment.

In the class Sou is currently seen if Sou is writing in his book with a random writing scrambled quickly which then he violently closed the book and immediately ran out of class.

Sou ran with a box of supplies he brought from home and went to eat the provisions in a rather quiet place.

The reason he was alone was none other than because he was an overactive child and his peers were a bit less fond of Sou's behavior that tended to be strange.

Even so, Sou was still a sensitive child to the situation. The uncomfortable eye gaze sometimes makes Sou awkward and embarrassed himself with his behavior and increasingly makes himself crybaby.

But Sou let it go and walked away on his own. Slowly this makes a condition where this child has a very overprotective behavior in his school environment.

Not saying hello when passing will be interpreted as dislike of him. But this does not happen because Sou still has his family, at least he can trust his own family.

Evil laughter sounded so loud inside a large cave that made his voice even louder.

A long yellow haired woman laughed while sitting on her throne with her eyes closed, the clothes she was wearing looked like the clothes of a royal-era European noble family.

However, the woman with the pure white face looked extremely weak with a seal binding her.

I don't know where it is at the moment but Sou is seen inside this cave along with the strange woman. Sou curiously stepped before the woman.

His head fell with his eyes closed. Sou then asked curiously at the woman, "Beautiful sister why laugh at herself? Then why is he living here alone?"

The woman smiled faintly then replied gently. "You're very attractive, son... Not only you, but your destiny is also very, very exciting. Well, sir, are you playing me or do you really not know who you really are?"

Sou's small body was already unable to accept the pressure from the strange woman and then his body immediately collapsed to the ground losing consciousness.

Shortly after, a terrible event occurred. Monsters appeared and made a mess in the school building. The place that was supposed to be a safe place was apparently not at all.

"Run fast! Save children!"

The teachers tried to save the students first but the way out of the school gate could not be passed.

"Hide the kids in the 5th grade building at the end of the 3rd floor hallway!"

In keeping with this incident, the police who received the immediate report rushed over as quickly as possible after contacting the hunter service to rescue the students trapped in the school.

The west hall of the 3rd floor was invaded by many orc monsters with their mainstay weapons that were none other than stone axes and large mace.

The man immediately swung his baseball bat with all his might and continued to charge forward to finish off the group of Orcs that invaded.

"Does it matter if I take the cool script alone?"

Eight years ago when I graduated High School I was just unemployed with an uncertain future. My High School days, I went through stupid things. Fighting, picking, bullying until I finally have nothing because I never prepare anything.

My father was a good man, but he left my mother because he was tempted by a young woman at work. My mother was so hard at work to pay for my school that she became ill and eventually left me.

He left me on the day of graduation. "At least if you're given longer, I still want to see your graduation day... No need for good value but at least not to be a trash of the community... Because of your pride and the reason you were able to endure through all this pain" that was the last will of my late mother.

But when graduation day there I saw all the documentation of my school that was used as a report assessment. Poor passing grade, Junk attitude value, absenteeism full of absence. 'Mom... I really became the scum of society.' How shameful I was that day, my regret came at the end with a cry that I could not explain.

Uncle allowed myself to calm down and told me to step forward and start looking for a job that was in line with my field. However, there were no work calls for more than 3 months.

Lucius smiled faintly with his eyes closed and head that felt very difficult to lift. 'Is this how I can at least meet Mom without shame?'

A miracle happened for Lucius. He felt someone pat his back that was none other than his mother. "Mother..." Lucius was surprised to see it.

But he can no longer stem his sadness because it harbors a very deep guilt. "Hiks... Ahhhhh.... Huaaa... Excuse me... I'm sorry..."

Lucius fell in that warm embrace. "It's been... It's been... You're really Mom's pride..."
