Chapter 4: Sacrifice [Re - Write]

In the Zunzo School where there was a chaos caused by the monster attack, at last the hunters had arrived with a solid attack even though it was too late.

A rank B Valen hunter uses detection magic to search for survivors. "Sense!"

"Floor 3 is west! But there's a horde of monsters heading that way, let's hurry!"

The other hunters then darted towards the 3rd floor while finishing off the monsters that still filled the 2nd floor.

When the Hunters had reached the 3rd floor they were very surprised because along the passage was filled with the corpses of orc monsters that died very brutally with their heads crushed.

"A... What's this..."

Valen then ran quickly alone towards the end of the passageway where he saw survivors. But surprisingly someone blocked the entrance with a situation that was not fine.

Valen then yelled and asked the medical team to come over. "Sister! PLEASE CALL MEDICAL, THERE'S A DYING VICTIM!"

Team hunter who was with Valen then moved Lucius' body carefully. "He's still breathing... Move it carefully, you secure the survivors." orders Vedalken who is the leader of this rescue operation.

"Captain Vedalken say confirmed that no one inside was seriously injured, but unfortunately the children were severely traumatized."

Vedalken let out a long sigh, then said, "Yes..." He felt a little guilty about his delay in this rescue operation.

Vedalken stared at the healer who was trying to save Lucius's life and was seen once on the healer's face trying to save his patients.

Meanwhile in a very large cave where Sou was currently. Surprisingly Sou stood up and looked at the woman before him with a sharp and very calm look.

Sou raised his index finger towards the seat the strange woman was in. "Death."

The strange woman did nothing but was very strange because she was not injured in the slightest after the powerful explosion.

Sou walked slowly towards the throne the woman was sitting on. "You made my last soul come out ... I can't believe a stupid creature like you doesn't know a place!"

The woman laughed loudly. "AHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"I had thought that there was something strange about this child, apparently I was right ... You're disguised in the body of a little boy? That's temp—"

Not yet had the woman finished speaking in a cold tone and Sou's high killing aura cut through the woman's words. "Shut your mouth tight so I have a reason not to slit your throat right now!"

"What a murderous aura that is so extraordinary." murmured the woman with my feathers raised so horrified her killing aura that was emanated from Sou.

"I don't remember ever allowing yourself to appear before me again, did I, Demon General Olsa Sossea..."

Hearing that made Olsa's eyes widen and then laugh out loud. "KUHUHAHAHA!"

"I think I misled someone. So are you Melheim the Great Sage? The only Human not tied to the Taboo of the World."

Sou turned his attention as if indifferent to Olsa even though they were talking. "Melheim? Great Sage's? Looks like you forgot the one who made the 17 Demon Generals seal by the 5 Heavenly Emperors."

Olsa was shocked to death because the current creature before her reminded her of a very bad memory for her.

The large sword was a shiny red with a white-faced owner and a psychopathic smile as well as white hair and red eyes. The one who upset the balance by committing the destruction of the creation belonging to the Heavenly Emperor.

..."The 4th Prince of the Great Leonid Empire. THE FALLEN ANTARES!"...

With eyes wide in disbelief and lips that tremble Olsa was talking stammeringly.

"W-How could you still be alive?! I swear by my own eyes! We witnessed your execution back then."

Antares began to laugh then explained calmly. The reason Antares explained this was because Antares was not willing to live surrounded by enemies and corpses that were scattered, he was tired of it all.

"Olsas... Forget about our once hostile past, I have no interest in bringing it up. Moreover, as I explained earlier, my causality has been destroyed by the Heavenly Emperor, meaning that my existence violates the rules of the world. And sooner or later I'll be gone."

Antares then glanced at his fingers which began to be difficult to move. "My time is up, I'm leaving. And please return the child's body back to Earth."
