" We meet again Mom" Silas said with a flat, empty look.

Aresta's first new look in Silas in 4 years. It was like seeing Silas in the past who had only a cold gaze staring at him as if unconcerned even when that night happened Silas just threw his face away and left his moment on the brink of death.

Just thinking about it instantly made Aresta shake her head expelling those negative thoughts.

" Silas, are you okay and are you thirsty?" asked Aresta who was trying to be gentle.

Although Aresta was a little scared by Silas' gaze that seemed to be drawing to the bone.

" Looking at Mom's gaze to me I'm sure that Mom is experiencing the same thing as I am today" Silas said, looking at Aresta.

" What does Silas mean, Mom doesn't understand what you're saying" said Aresta, who tried to pretend even though she knew what Silas meant.

Silas who heard the reply from Aresta displayed his faint smile before bringing his face closer to Mommy's ear whispering something.

" I know that Mommy is repeating time again" Silas said slowly.

But Silas' speech struck down Aresta's wounded heart as to all his past mistakes.

Silas who heard all Aresta's apologies made his old buried wounds begin to appear again. Sometimes when she was 3 years old Silas had a nightmare to see a little child alone at home, a woman who resembled her Mommy looked at him coldly.

Eventually Silas learns that the dream is a memory of a past life. Even now it is clear where Silas remembers who his father was and who used his Mommy.

With a slow motion Silas stroked Aresta's face wiping away the trace of tears on her Mommy face that always looked at her gently, giving her all her wish even though her Mommy had to put in a lot of effort, a Mommy who often takes her to festivals and dinners jokes laughs at each other. Making Silas feel happy that his life that he had dreamed of has been realized despite having to feel the name of death first.

Aresta who felt the little hand of Silas on her face was holding her with his hand. A small hand that grasps tightly when it is a baby. Small hands that always hold their hands when they are outside.

Unable to hold her back any longer Aresta immediately threw her hand into Silas' embrace. While crying and peeling every face of Silas even though he has often done it for 4 years. But somehow this feels different because Aresta can feel Silas experiencing the same fate.

Silas who felt Aresta's embrace returned his embrace by hugging his waist with his hands while closing his eyes enjoyed a warm embrace.

David who saw a pair of mothers and children hugging each other felt moved. She did not think that someone she had ever liked was a great mother. Sometimes David still wonders who the man who could have left Aresta with his son.

But David does not care much about it as long as Aresta needs help for sure he will always try to help her.
