Finally after spending hours with Silas and David Aresta until Copenhagen Denmark.

Noma is a Nordic or Scandinavian style restaurant. Rene Redzepi and Claus Meyer, as the founder and head Chef at the restaurant successfully redefined Nordic cuisine.

The advantages of Noma Restaurant are not only there, they strive to serve a variety of delicious and fresh dishes. As well as assimilating other culinary cultures with the skills that Redzepi has with other teams.
