"Today I will go to war, pray that I may return safely" Tejo said farewell to Surti

"May you come home soon and return victorious. Never get hurt and you have to come back safely if you really love me" Surti said

"Of course, Dinda, I've come a long way for that, then see you later,"

Tejo then went to fight on the battlefield with the other fighters.

During his time on the battlefield Tejo was so confident that he was never the slightest bit afraid to face the invaders even though he did not have firearms like his opponents.

Tejo's bravery apparently disturbed one of the other fighters who were curious about Tejo's fighting spirit that was so burning.

Secretly the man found out what made the young man so brave that he was not afraid to die.

"What exactly makes you so eager to fight, when young men your age are usually the most afraid to fight?" ask the man

"First I went to war to get the blessing to marry the woman I love. Secondly I am not afraid of death because I have a talisman that will protect me from any weapon, which is why I am so excited and not afraid to die" Tejo replied

"I also brought a magic amulet to protect myself. If I may know what amulet you brought to protect yourself?" ask the man again

Tejo then took off his necklace and showed it to the man.

"What amulet is this, like I've never seen it?" asked the man curiously

"This is the Wolf necklace belonging to Prince Adipala Sayuti" Tejo replied giving a brief description of the necklace

"Oh so it seems, so if we wear this necklace then we will be immune from any Weapon, right?"

"True," Tejo said, then reused his necklace

That night on June 14, 1945, the full moon shone brightly. Like the Ponijan Mbah message every Friday night Tejo must give offerings for the amulet. That night Tejo left the battlefield to search for the sacrificial animal. He had difficulty finding flowers of seven forms because there were not many flowers in the forest. Nevertheless the clever Tejo outsmarted her with seven other types of flowers that remained just as fragrant and useful.

Quietly Marijo the man who was always curious about her Wolf necklace, followed the man to the forest.

Marijo so wanted the necklace after seeing his magic on the battlefield.

"I have to take it, if I have the chance," said the man, keeping an eye on Tejo, who was slaughtering his game.

The finished Tejo gathered the offerings immediately back to the barracks. He left his necklace and then rushed to clean his body before performing the ritual offering.

While he was bathing Marijo took his necklace.

I finally managed to get this magic necklace, too,

Marijo immediately came out of the barracks and met the leader of the warrior lascars. The man deliberately conveys false news if Tejo will leave the battlefield in order to meet the lover.

"Are you really going to leave the warrior army to marry your lover?"

Arya Tejo was so astonished to hear the words of the leader of the warrior army.

"Of course not, I will continue to fight until the last blood" Tejo said

"Then why are you packing your things?"

"I'm not packing but I'm looking for my lost thing" Tejo replied

"What is that thing?"

"A talisman that protected me all this time. Tonight is the time for me to give a prayer. If tonight I don't give him offerings then the creature will come here to kill me." Tejo replied resignedly

"Then get out of here, don't let that thing harm us here,"

"What if all your words are wrong" said Marijo

"That means the person knows how to treat the amulet," Tejo replied

"Then stay here, because only you know how to deal with the creature" said the leader of the army

"Well," Tejo then prepared the pilgrimage away from the barracks.

The man deliberately held a ritual in a quiet place so that no one would see him.

Under the moonlight Tejo performed the ritual without the necklace. A strong wind blew against the barracks of the fighters. Everyone ran off the ridge to leave the place to save themselves.

Marijo was so frightened when the figure of the Wolf-headed Man emerged from the necklace she was wearing. He immediately ran to save himself from the creature that would pounce on him..

In desperation Marijo runs into the woods looking for Tejo's whereabouts.

"Help me Tejo!!!" exclaim Marijo ran as fast as she could.

"Help me!" the man was so scared

He fell down as his feet hit a tree root. He started to creep as Asu Baung approached him.

"I'll return this necklace but please don't kill me" Marijo said, throwing the necklace away

Tejo immediately caught the necklace as Marijo threw it.

"Stop!" tejo exclaimed when he saw the creature would suck the blood of Marijo

"I will give offerings as you ask, the blood of animals and the flowers of seven forms. So let him go" persuaded Tejo to try to seduce the creature

He walked quietly to the creature and gently rubbed the creature.

"Now go back in this necklace and I'll give you what you want" he added

Suddenly the creature nodded, its long hooves began to disappear. His flushed net instantly turned white again, and miraculously his form turned into the figure of a handsome man in the typical attire of a royal prince.

He then approached Tejo. He stared at her for a long time without saying anything. He then disappeared into a light and entered into the Wolf's necklace.

Tejo then brought the necklace and began the ritual.

"Thank God it's done too" Tejo said sighing

Marijo then immediately got up and took a dagger from under her shirt and stabbed Tejo as the young man was about to take his necklace which had been bathed in animal blood.

"Why did you do this after I saved your life" Tejo said

"I'm sorry, Tejo, I also want to be so blessed and have a beautiful and rich wife like you. So forgive me if I have to kill you to take your place," replied Marijo then pulling her dagger.

He then leaves Tejo dying and wears the necklace.

"With this necklace, not only will Surti bend his knees before me, but also the Japanese soldiers. I can become the leader of the warrior army or rise to the position of an aide general" he said

When the man left Tejo suddenly a light came out of his necklace pendulum.

The light shot towards Tejo. Suddenly the light turned into the figure of prince Adipala Sayuti.

"You have to bear your karma as my successor, because you can't keep that necklace until it falls to the wrong person. But since you have compassion for a creature like myself, then I save you from death, and so Asu Baung takes my place," the man then sucked out Tejo's blood until the man was completely dying and passed out.

When Tejo was on the verge of Death, Sukma Prince Adipala Sayuti immediately penetrated into Tejo's body making him come to life as the figure of Asu Baung.
