It hurts! Uncle, Duke
The pain of umpteenth time

After the dance was over, Caroline turned to the noble ladies congratulating her.

Many noble ladies congratulated him, he glanced at the smiling Viscount Luis and nodded.

"Caroline."

Caroline stared for a moment, she knew that distinctive sound. He smiled and looked. "Uncle," cried Caroline.

"Congratulations." His speech was short with a trembling tone, his eyes were glazed over.

Baron Knight hugs Caroline, "Happy darling. I'm happy."

Caroline let go of his embrace, her eyes still looking at Duke Elios who was looking at her.

"Caroline, can Uncle talk to you alone?"

"All right, Uncle."

Caroline approached Viscount Luis for permission. He didn't want to have enough misunderstandings of himself in the past who had problems.

Viscount Luis didn't want Caroline to meet Duke Elios. He was afraid that Duke Elios would suddenly take him away. Viscount Luis turned his gaze towards Duke Elios, he looked at him dislikefully. A few moments later, he nodded. He can't possibly turn Caroline down, but he'll have some of his bodyguards watch over them.

Caroline, who had obtained Viscount Luis' approval, immediately took Duke Elios to the park. "What's Uncle?" caroline stopped her footsteps under the tree.

"Caroline,"

"Yes, what's up, Uncle?"

"May Uncle hug you," Without Caroline's reply. Duke Elios hugged Caroline. It brings out all his longing. Duke Elios held his so tight a heart, he did not want to cry in front of Caroline.

Caroline felt Duke Elios' body tremble, she stroked his back lovingly. "Caroline, may Uncle visit you, please,"

Caroline simply nodded as she wiped away the traces of Duke Elios' tears on her cheeks.

"Even if Uncle loves you, Uncle won't bother you, but at least Uncle wants to see you."

"Carolin, can I see you too." Said the Baron Knight, he unintentionally listened to the Duke's words earlier.

He had no intention of seeing them, did not want to disturb them. But he was afraid he would not have time to meet Caroline.

"Yes Dad." Said Caroline softly, she did not want to start her new life on the day there was still a sense of resentment in her heart on the two people in front of her.

From a distance, Viscount Luis saw everything. From Duke Elios hugging Caroline to Baron Knight. After Caroline's departure, Viscount Luis catches up with her and sees a painful apparition.

While Caroline, unknowingly catching the figure of Viscount Luis, she was afraid that Viscount Luis might see her embrace. He planned that when he was finished with his chat, he would meet Viscount Luis and explain.

After a few minutes, they returned to the party. Caroline approached Viscount Luis.

"Em, that was sorry." Caroline said.

Viscount Luis pulled Caroline's arm into a room dedicated to the guesthouse when she wanted to spend the night at her residence. Without further ado, Viscount Luis hugged Caroline. He wanted the scent of the man on Caroline's body to disappear.

"Caroline, what are you talking about with Duke?"

Caroline let go of her embrace, "No, Uncle just wants to visit me and I can't resist."

Listening to Caroline's words made Viscount Luis, worried and afraid. "Why did you let her Caroline, you should have talked to me first." Viscount Luis turned to sit on the red sofa.

Caroline crouched down, she clasped Viscount Luis' hands together. "Sorry if it makes the Viscount angry. But he's also my Uncle and for the matter of feeling. Viscount Luis had nothing to worry about. Me and Uncle are just nieces and nephews."

"But Caroline..."

Caroline hugged Viscount Luis. "Trust in our relationship."

Viscount realized, true Caroline said in the relationship there must be trust that strengthens the relationship.

"Sorry Caroline, promise me you won't leave me." she said, feeling the warmth.

Behind the door of the room was a man who smiled bitterly. Happiness and sadness mix together. He does not know to be happy but sad and just the opposite. At first he wanted to ask permission to return to his residence. But looking at the scene, made him disengage and instead leave in pain the umpteenth time.
