It'S Me

It'S Me
Episode 31

Demanding the question from Xu Kai, Yan Yuru sighed for a while then let it out slowly. He picked up a small book in which he always wrote down and poured all his aspirations into it in the past.

The look on his face was glum as he looked at the booklet, but then he started to smile thinly again.

"Papa always forbade me to be a singer long ago. At first I didn't accept it and was very angry, because papa couldn't give me a good reason. I was still often disputing back then, Xu Kai. Because he thinks papa does not have a reasonable reason" said Yan Yuru began to tell a little about his past.

"And that's when I still go to the studio with my friends playing music. Even I once secretly participated in a band race with my friends. But all of a sudden I got word that papa had an accident and put him in a coma for some time." Yan Yuru spoke again.

"That's when my mom told me everything. In his youth, papa was a very talented singer and filled several important concerts. His name is increasingly known and soared since a large agency recruited papa and invited him to join." added Yan Yuru still telling stories and staring at his small book nanar.

While Xu Kai was still listening to him carefully.

"Papa's name has soared ever since. However, papa had an accident that resulted in his vocal cords suffering a little damage. Since then papa has not been able to sing perfectly, high notes can not do as usual. Papa decides to wean from that world, and decides to bury his dreams as a singer." Yan Yuru was still telling stories and occasionally sighed.

"And that's why papa always forbade me to be a singer. If you remember some things related to music, it will always make you remember the moments of adversity in the past. And of course that made him very hit. Ever since I found out about my mother's true reason, I decided to stop singing. I do not want to make papa sad again, for me at that time .. papa can re-awaken from his coma alone is more than enough. I can give up my dreams, but I can't let go and lose papa."

Imbuh Yan Yuru again, without realizing a pair of beautiful beads has now become glassy like crystal. A faint smile began to adorn his face.

"And now I'm reopening papa's old wounds. I ... I was worried before. But I'm glad you finally changed your eyes and allowed me to sing again." Yan Yuru said, a little relieved.

"I'm happy with all this, Jun Ze. Congratulations .." said Xu Kai patting Yan Yuru on the shoulder and slumped wide.

"Thank you, Xu Kai."

"Is this you guys? You were quite cute huh in childhood." asked Xu Kai again staring at the small figura that was still in his team.

"Yes, Xu Kai." replied Yan Yuru chuckling softly at Xu Kai's praise.

"Then? Where's your real mama, Jun Ze?"

"Mama's dead 5 years ago because of an accident."

"Oh .. ma-sorry. I didn't mean to make you go back to grieving." Xu Kai said feeling guilty.

"The past is a memory. And the memories of mama are not to be forgotten, Xu Kai. Don't worry, I'm fine." replied Yan Yuru started to move and sat on the edge of the bed and laid her body on top of it

"Hc. You're right, Jun Ze ..."

"Xu Kai, I'm sleepy. Let's go to sleep .." said Yan Yuru softly and began to close her pair of eyes. It didn't take long, he had fallen asleep.

Xu Kai also started to catch up with his best friend and lay down next to him.

The next day Yan Yuru was seen chatting with her father in a room in the Yan family mansion. They also enjoy a warm ocha tea that has been prepared by one of his household assistants.

"So you've been having amnesia all this time, my son Yuru?" asked the middle-aged man who had deliberately to comfort himself for these few days just to spend his time with his son who had just returned.

While Xu Kai is currently trying to play some songs created by his best friend with a guitar owned by Yan Yuru which has always been stored in the warehouse well.

"That's right, Papa. From the moment I fell on a cliff near the forest of Wild Kaazane, I was so badly injured I had amnesia. Grandma Yu found me and took good care of me back then." replied Yan Yuru sipping her warm ocha tea.

"Can you deliver papa to meet Grandma Yu? In any case you should thank him for saving you and taking care of you. Papa owes him."

"Hhhm. One day I'll take Papa to see him. She was a great grandmother and was always patient. Even she thinks of me like her own child" said Yan Yuru who suddenly started to remember that figure and started to miss him.

"Papa will wait for that time to come, Yuru ..."

"Mr ..."

"Yes? Is there something you want, Yuru? New guitar? New piano? Private studio? Just tell papa. Papa will give you everything you want." mister Yan offered sincerely.

"No, Papa. I'm not asking for anything." Yan Yuru said softly.

"Then? What's up, Yuru? Just tell papa everything that sticks in your heart .." said the middle-aged man again kindly.

"Are you sure you'll let me play music and sing again? If papa still objected, then I do not really know if I have to resign. I can resign if papa wants to .." said Yan Yuru looking at the papa seriously.

Hearing the remark from his son, instantly made himself stunned for a while in confusion. However after a moment of digesting all the words from Yan Yuru, finally the great master Yan began to answer them.

PLUGS ...

Big master Yan patted Yan Yuru's broad shoulders and smiled faintly.

"You don't have to resign, Yuru my son. Because from now on papa will always support whatever will be your choice! As long as it is positive, then papa will support it." replied the great master Yan without the slightest hesitation.

"Is ... papa okay? Papa ... Not kidding, right? Papa was serious and supported me to become a singer?" yan Yuru asked who was actually still worried about her father.

"Yes! Of course papa is serious. From now on you should do everything well! Stay upbeat and always do your best" said the great master Yan gave his spirit and support to Yan Yuru.

"Hhm! I'll do everything well, Papa! I won't disappoint papa! And ... thank you for letting me, Papa ..." Yan Yuru said.

The two men of different generations looked at each other and made eye contact for a while. The view was so warm and heart-shattering. And finally they embraced each other warmly.
