"Why you?" said the father.
"I know, if I'm impatient. Also understand that this decision has an impact on Meeza's mental state. Beatrice's grandmother was not an easy person. Mas Bian, still under his shadow and I can't pull that off" said Malya, sitting on the side of the bed.
"Mas Bian may one day change, but I can't wait for him, Dad. I was selfish, wanting to be happy in my marriage. I should be persistent in trying to create a harmonious atmosphere whatever the obstacles are...." Malya did not continue her words. He's looking down deep.
The shady gaze of Haji Syakur was clearly not fixed from the princess. However, the woman in front of him was increasingly unable to hold his head up. Malya felt very guilty, her household was destroyed. Shame on his face as old as he loves.
"Al," call the father softly.
Smooth whispers sounded. He admitted his mistake. Choosing a path that God does not like for the sake of a happy word.
"I know, I was wrong. I can judge," said Malya in between sobs.
"No. You know best the condition of your household, father or anyone has no right to judge. Each heart created has its own vulnerable power. There's no need to be ashamed and worried about us, your condition is much more important, don't get hurt again, Al" the father concluded.
Haji Syakur gave up, Malya was difficult to persuade so he handed over all decisions to her. He wants the best for the princess.
After the departure of the father, Malya pondered. He does think of Meeza, the child is the most seriously affected victim of a divorce. But Malya is reluctant to bet time accepts all of Bian's ill-treatment of her.
"Do I have to waste any more time and hope he can change with a spoon?" muttered Malya gazing at the twilight from the balcony of the room.
...***...
After the first meeting with Meeza, Beatrice did not give permission to both of them to let go of longing. Biantara confirmed this repeatedly to Malya that she allowed even though grandmother forbade, but Meeza held back because she did not want the elder to hate her mother.
["Al, I allow Meeza. Roby can bring it to you but the boy refuses."] Bian said one time.
["Al, Meeza refused again. He said patiently waiting for Omanya's permission so that you are not considered bad by him."] Bian's message the next few days.
Malya could only be patient, crying, because her daughter defended in such a way. Meeza really wants her mother not to get bad treatment from her great-grandfather.
"Even you, can not persuade Meeza," said Malya when reading a row of messages with almost the same content.
...***...
Two months just passed.
This morning, Malya prepared to go to the office of a fast food company for the first time. She had been neat with a long skirt suit as well as a blazer and voal that covered her head.
"The beauty of the mother's child," praised Mardiah when she saw Malya wrapped in formal clothes.
"Where does anyone think that you already have Meeza, Al," continued the father.
Malya just smiled sweetly, when at the Mansion she often stole time to keep exercising so that physical health is always awake and fit even though her heart is not.
"Are you more, Al? official dong now," said Mardiah a little sad.
Malya caught her mother's gelagat. Bian often persuaded Mardiah to bring him closer to Malya but the decision was unanimous.
"It's been more than a week since iddah. Three months and eighteen days," answered Malya, pulling the dining table chair.
"Greet the new day. Hopefully the people in the office are all friendly yes, Al," said Haji Syakur.
"Aamiinu. Well, playing to the Sulaiman mas family when? I want to explain everything" said Malya.
Biipp's. The sound of the unit door opening.
"Mom, I make mostly steamed eggs" Roby's voice called out to Mardiah.
Roby entered the dwelling of Malya freely because he felt he was close to both sepuh here. He had forgotten that there was someone he should have avoided.
Malya spontaneously lowered her head because Roby only wore a T-shirt and shorts with both hands carrying a container and a drinking bottle.
Meeza hid her smile.
"Well, there's you, Al. Uh, Madam, sorry sorry. I guess you still .. um, Mom, this, I-I went back, um, changed clothes first," said Roby clumsy to the stern, he handed all his luggage into Mardiah's hands.
The middle-aged woman could only chuckle at Roby's behavior which often made her laugh.
"Sulaiman's family is either with Bian or someone who can explain the detailed matter, Al" the father suggested.
"When are you, Dad?" continue Malya, scooping the results of Roby's cooking.
"Ask Bian first. This is also related to him," added Haji Syakur again.
Malya nodded, and continued to eat breakfast without a sound until Roby came too he was indifferent to the hesitant man who was about to sit before him. Feeling that Roby was rattling, Malya stepped away from there, choosing to sit in the living room while booking a taxi online.
"Dad, Mom, I'm leaving, assalamualaikum, yes" said Malya approached the two who were still at the dinner table while kissing both cheeks alternately.
"Wa 'alaikumsalam, be careful, Al," said Mardiah and only in Malya's nod.
Seeing a beautiful girl saying goodbye, Roby also intends to retreat a while after Malya comes out later.
Malya stepped out of the dwelling, towards the elevator at the end of the corridor. He was relieved because he did not wait long, the legs of the level were lifted into the iron box.
"Wait," exclaimed a man's voice, making Malya hold the button so the door wouldn't close.
Malya shifted her standing position, retreating backwards as Roby got into the same elevator.
"Good morning, ma'am," said Roby as kindly as ever.
"Morning. I'm not Cakra's mistress anymore. Just call Malya," replied Meeza.
He disregarded. "You forgot to bring the car keys. Go ahead," said Roby handing over a keychain.
"You forgot, too, Mr. Roby, if I can't drive," replied Malya smiling.
"Astaghfirullah's. Sorry for my carelessness, ma'am," said the assistant. "Do you want me to register for a car course?" coined.
"no need. For that matter, I want to be a spoiled woman. Get between here and there" said Malya again.
Uhuk. Roby was wrong. She thinks beautiful.
"Don't get me wrong, Mr. Roby. I'm not gonna trouble you, anyway. Many drivers ojol who are willing to take me," concluded Malya. It coincides with the elevator doors opening.
"Happy activities." Malya took a quick step towards the lobby as her bulge had been waiting, leaving the handsome man still stuck there.
"Judes looks like it's right now, Al. God willing, quickly changed hard. No wonder, Meeza who motivated him got up," Roby muttered, stepping around in the direction of the basement.
"I can go to ge-eran when he says he wants to be in anter everywhere. Though it means the same ojek," Roby was blown away by his stupidity.
"You, the more seductive you are, Malya. Look at me, Al."
