Around mid-afternoon I was used to visiting Grandma's backyard. Usually there's Fluffy, my little gray-haired cat. I walked with slow steps, the intention was to make Fluffy surprised. But I'm hiding my intentions when that sweet cat isn't in Grandma's backyard. Shady trees don't tell me where Fluffy went.
Or maybe he went out? Looks like I didn't see Fy come out through the front yard. Gawat, that cat is not just my cat. The cat also belonged to my sister. Usually he's the most chatty if Fy happens anything. The bamboo fence surrounding Grandma's backyard looked fine. There was no sign of anything climbing on it causing the fence to break. I saw a bush whose leaves were very green, I stepped my feet towards it. Wonder what 'crash' sound had appeared from that direction.
"Veronic!"
The call surprised me, I reflexively turned around. I saw Grandma standing at the door. But he was carrying something in his hand. It looks like pie. Is that true pie? Because both of Grandma's hands are being bandaged by gloves.
"Can you help Grandma for a second?" ask Grandma.
"Er, hold on, Grandma!" I opened the conscious bushes and disturbed my attention. Nil, there's nothing there. But what surprised me was that there was a lot of blood. The blood seemed to be dripping down somewhere. I don't know exactly where it is, but why does the road lead to the dense forest there?
《It's Vampire!》
"Had Grandma said, it's better to help Grandma make some more pies" Grandma said as she pressed cotton into my bruised wound.
"Aah!" pekikku pain. After the blood scene I saw earlier, my body was completely shocked to see such a disgusting event. Then I immediately shouted calling 'Grandmother' and ran. Then I stumbled over a stone that was making a bruise on my neck now.
"What are you doing there? Grandma told me a few times, don't go near the forest," Grandma said again and put the hideous cotton that had been given alcohol and betadine into my neck, then wrapped around it using plaster.
"But I didn't go over the fence Grandma made."
"Just like, don't go near it! Then, just move Fluffy to the front yard of the house. So you don't keep getting hurt like this repeatedly."
Yeah, not the first time I've been like this. I have felt strange things twice. The first time I was feeding Fluffy in Grandma's backyard as usual, then I saw bloodstains on Grandma's fence. It surprised me. I'm a little phobic with blood. It was a horrible thick red-black color. I didn't really like it. Then when I saw the stain I accidentally hit Fluffy on the head. And the cat's reflexes clawed at my arm.
"Fluffy is missing from the backyard" I said.
"Then don't think about Fluffy anymore."
"But what about Sophie?"
Dingdong
"It looks like your sister's home." Grandma immediately got up from her seat, then opened the main door. There Sophie looked with a smile. Behind him was Grandpa who was carrying a fishing gear that he had resting on his shoulder. Sophie didn't come home empty handed.
One of his hands carried a fish with beautiful gold-colored fins. It would be nice if Sophie came home cheerfully. Ah, I was a little sorry for refusing Grandpa's invitation this morning to go fishing. The proof, Sophie got a beautiful golden fish. Of course I want it, too.
"How do you go fishing?" grandma asked while cupping Sophie's chubby cheeks.
"Very fun! Sis Vero was supposed to come with-" Sophie looked at me in surprise. The boy would definitely run over and say panic. A few seconds later, what I was thinking happened. "Sister! What's wrong with your leg?"
"Just a little hurt" I replied accordingly.
"Sister Vero?"
"Ah-but, Fluffy disappeared," I said then hummed my breath in lethargy. Will Sophie be angry with me after this?
"Ehm, that's nothing to think about. Vero's brother needs to get well before Mom and Dad pick us up."
