It's Vampire!

It's Vampire!
- Come Back To?-

Now Sophie and I are sitting in Grandma's house. Not without reason we're here, waiting for Mom and Dad to pick us up of course. Almost half an hour in, Sophie looked sleepy. Then I heard the sound of the door opening, Grandma coming up from there

"Dad hasn't picked you up and Sophie?" asked the grandmother I was crying with lethargy. "Then, would you like to make a snack?"

"No need, Grandma. Maybe Mom and Dad will pick you up soon."

Before long I saw a black sedan car speeding up to Grandma's house. From the window of the car I saw Mom's hand hovering in the air. Waving his hands at us. Sophie woke up happy. Grandma smiled to see him.

The car stopped right in the front yard of Grandma's house. Then I saw Mom get out of the car, I tidied up my ponytail and confirmed the layout of my flower hairpin that Grandma gave me yesterday.

"How is the year-end holiday? Pleasant?" mom asked along with Dad's descent from the car.

"Let's go in, let Grandma give you a drink first" said Grandma with a smile.

"Mom, have you found a new school for me?" ask me later with a happy face. I really hope now. Hopefully Mom will get me into the best High School that I asked Mom for a month ago ahead of my graduation from Junior School to High School.

"Yes, Mom has got the best school and suits you." Mom said as she cupped both of my cheeks and smiled. At the age of fifteen years, I hope to get an interesting story in my life.

"It seems like drinking is unnecessary, ma'am. I'm going to take Veronica to her new school soon" Mom said, to my surprise.

That fast?

"Ah, what should it be now, Mom?" my many. Mom nodded enthusiastically. What I have in mind now is, how was the school? Is it the same as I dreamed?

If it were, I would be so happy!

Dad shakes Grandma, and so does Mom. Sophie was already prancing in front of the car, it seemed like she wanted to get on it right away, but Sophie did not know how to open the car door yet. So I approached him and helped him open the car door, and he went straight into it.

From here I could see Mom and Dad talking for a while, then walking back to the car.

"Come on, come on in, baby," Mom said as she walked in. I took a seat next to Sophie. Sophie looked at me for a few seconds.

"Sister, can I pull my hair like you?" ask Sophie.

"Yes, I can."

Then I helped Sophie pull her hair. Dad enters the car and starts the engine, followed by Mom who also enters the car.

"Please say goodbye to Grandma."

"See you later, Grandma!" I shouted along with Sophie.

After that I smuggled my head back into the car, covered the window so much as Sophie. On the way, Sophie looks fun to play with her barbie doll which is already stored in the car. I prefer to cover my ears with a headset. Listening to some of the rhythms of the song seems like fun on this journey.

"Veronica."

The sound of classical music is ringing in my ears.

"Veronic!"

"Ah, yes!" I hurriedly reopened the headset I was wearing. I didn't realize Mom was calling me from the front. Dad was busy driving.

"Listen carefully to Mom's message, remove your headset next to it first."

I followed Mom's orders, putting the headset on my lap.

"It."

"In the school that Mom chose for you, don't do anything there. Follow the rules, don't dabble in breaking them or you'll be in trouble" Mom's long speech confused me for not understanding.

"Where will I go to school?"

"You'll see for yourself later. Need drink?"

Ah, ja. I'm a little thirsty now. I'd better take Mom's offer.

"Yes, I can."

Mom gave me a bottle of water. Wait, but I see some strange stuff in it. Did Mom want to poison me? But ... where does an evil mother want to poison her child?

I let go of that bad thought that I had related to Mom. That can't be the case, I believe in my own Mom.

Then I drank the water until it ran out. Sophie who was playing barbie immediately looked at me with a surprised look. I said in my heart, What's wrong?

But the last thing I heard before my eyes closed perfectly was Sophie yelling at me.

"Sister Vero!"
