Although Gion was rich, but the young man was of course surprised by the nominal hospital bill of the girl's sister.

Justright. Gion paid off all the hospital bills of the girl's sister until she was fully recovered.
When Gion will step out of that place. The girl's question stopped Gion's steps.
"Sir, whose name are you?"
"You can call me Gion." replied Gion with a flat face.
"Arabellan. My name is Arabella." said the girl quickly.
"I won't forget your kindness." continued Arabella smiling sincerely.
"Live well. Because life is hard." chirped Gion before leaving the place. I don't know why this time the young man wanted to talk a lot with strangers.
"Gion." muttered Arabella smiling little.
While Gion continues his business meeting George.
