Chapter 11

After a long journey, I finally arrived in Wamena. Riding an ojek from the airport, I arrived at the house where I was raised by Uncle Hector. When I entered, Uncle Hector was sitting in the living room with 4 men. I hugged my uncle who was sitting in that chair.

"This is my replacement!" uncle Hector said to the 4 men.

"Jerry, meet Paul, Yosef, Simon, and Pato!" uncle Hector again.

I bowed my body in respect to all of them. The 4 men were Hector's uncle's men who turned out to be suppliers of weapons and drugs. Uncle Hector without me knowing turned out to be the supreme leader of a cartel in Eastern Indonesia.

That night I accompanied Uncle Hector who was lying on his bed.

"Jerry, this is your parents' money and my money. Use the money as well as possible. Forget your revenge, Jerry. Find a good woman to accompany you. Stay away from the family of Mr. Bram from now on, don't ever deal with them again. Remember my message, son!" Said Uncle Hector while holding my hand.

"The 4 men will obey your orders after I die, think of them like uncles. The cartel business, let them take care of it. You will get a share of the proceeds from them every month! Uhuuuuk!Uhuuukk!" uncle Hector said as he coughed.

"Rest uncle. Uncle Hector don't talk like that, I'm sure uncle will get well soon!" comforted him.

"Sleep, you must be tired, Jerry!" he said while patting my shoulder.

"Good uncle!" I answered and then came out of his room.

In the morning, I was startled by the screams of Aunt Sofia from inside her room. Uncle Hector died in his sleep. Uncle Hector died like a sleeping man. I hugged my uncle's body while shedding tears.

"Good road uncle. May you calm down!" I said while kissing both cheeks.

After the funeral of Hector's uncle and the traditional procession held by Sofia's aunt. For almost 1 month I have been living in wamena, I also plan to return to Surabaya as soon as possible. Moreover, Ike has not continued to rent his apartment. Because he had to go home to look after his mother who was very sick.

Yosef escorted me to Jayapura airport, Yosef handed me a small bag.

"Boss, every month we send ration money in the account in this bag. Order from the former chairman!" yosef.

"Thank you, lots of Joseph!" my reply.

"Call me at this number, Jerry. Whatever trouble, I'm coming!" he gave me a business card.

I opened the little bag when I was on the plane as Joseph had said. The Bank Account Book on behalf of Uncle Hector contains 40 Billion dollars! I rubbed my eyes, but the nominal remains. The number has not changed. Crazy one!

Once in Surabaya, I headed to my apartment, my room was in a neat condition even though it was dusty. After checking my equipment, I tried to call Ike. Ike was still in Malang, waiting for his sick mother. I promised to see her after I finished my business.

I headed to the 2nd-grade room located at the end of the hallway, as I passed through the hall, saw a girl feeding an old woman who might be her mother. The girl smiled at the old woman. The room was filled with 4 patients.

"Hello aunt, I'm sorry I just got a look!" The old woman just gawked at me, Ike immediately shouted towards me.

"Jerry, kirain you're just a boongan to come!" he said with sparkling eyes.

"What I used to do was boongin you, Ke?" ask me while winking.

After meeting his mother and chatting with him for a while. I took Ike to chat at the hospital cafeteria.

"Your mom moved to VIP deh, Ke!"

"It was a month ago from VIP, but my money was limited. I finally went down to his room class."

"Yes I know. After this I'm the cost, you don't refuse. I don't mean anything, Ke."

"Don't, I won't want your help, Jerry. Thank you for meaning well to me!"

"Gue's just asking permission. Don't ask for your approval."

I smiled as I stuck my tongue out at him. Ike immediately sat beside me and pinched my waist.

"It took me here, I understand!" he said while pinched hard on my waist.

Ike went straight back to his mother's room being treated. Her mother was no longer in that room.

Ike turned around to walk towards me.

"Gue's not cool about you like this, Jerry!" Ike's face looks very angry.

" I don't have relatives now. Let me help your mama, that's something I can't do to my uncle, Ke!"

" But no." I cut off his words before he could finish.

"Gue likes you, Ke. If you refuse my help, I'll get out of here!"

"Gue doesn't want to owe you a favor, Jerry!"

"No, I'm not going to do that, Ike!"

Then I invited Ike to come to his mother who had moved room.

Her mother was sleeping after being visited by a team of doctors.

"Trus mama you who's guarding?"

"There's adek or aunt ntar, my change of clothes is over."

"Come on!"

After calling his sister and aunt, Ike and Ike walked out of the hospital.

"Whose car are you?" Ask Ike.

"Please enter Princess!" I answered while opening the door to my new Mercedes.

"Hmmmmm!"

"Why is it ahemmm?"

"It's okay, Jerry! Only guys who use sports cars are usually playboy types."

"Hahhahaha, my playboy klo will not datengin you, Ke!"

My car started moving Ike towards his house.

"Trus are you not going back to Surabaya, Ke?"

"I don't think I'm a bitch anymore."

"Live with me, Ke."

Ike looked at my face with a shocked look, then said.

"Did I gather kebo?"

"Emang you kebo?"

"Serious cave!"

"Gue is serious too!"

"Don't want to, I don't want to get married yet!"

"Hmm."

"Kilihih."

"Well, I was joking, Ke!" I said while lighting a cigarette. I called my car and soon arrived at Ike's house. The house was only inhabited by Ike , his mother and his sister.

"Look yuk!"

"Gue's still smoking, you go first!"

Ike then took a cigarette in my hand. And throw it away.

"Well, don't you smoke?" he said, dragging my hand into the house.

I sat down on the sofa after entering the living room. After delivering a cup of coffee, Ike went back inside.

"Being used to drink it" he said, sitting next to me.

"Wanna go back to the hospital again?"

"No, why?"

"Tok a suitcase?"

"You're coming with you!" said Ike while hugging me

"So seriously come with me?!" I asked while stroking his head.

Ike nodded his head.

"It's cold too, yeah!"

"Haha, Modusssss!" he said then kissed my cheek.

"Hahhahaha, you know!" I answered while rubbing her hair.

I grabbed her waist and kissed her lips.

"Go away?" I said after removing my lips from hers.

"Corn!" the answer.
