Piano clinks sounded calm inside the Serba Guna Adisucipto building after we managed to pass along the memory lane with pleasure. Dominic parked his bike under the shade tree. The scorching atmosphere of the afternoon did not dampen the spirit of the invited guests who alternated in and out of the building that witnessed the bond of love Setyo and Princess.
“Down ati-ati, Ras!”
“Iya understand, anyways why you buy me shoes not to say. I'll be able to request my favorite, Dom!”
“The name is not suprise to Rastanty. Pinter just don't add!” his taunts while tidying up my disheveled hair after wearing a helmet.
“Tomorrow if you go-go bring a comb, so that beautiful continues easy to sell.”
“Mbok think I'm trading should be promotion? Your lips are like Dom long ago want tak rubberi. By the way I like the origin of jeplak.” I said while ruing his lips. “You are also the candidates for virgin tuwir, do not realize continue.” I screamed in foresight as my finger was licked by it.
“That's really you, Dom. Swear!” I turned around while wiping my finger on the rag. Geez, he tasted it savory my finger. He doesn't have diarrhea anymore. Prana, I swear why you can be at home with Dominic who is obviously often lacking in tons.
I turned my head as I hurriedly avoided Dominic who was deliberately chasing me in a made-up slow motion style.
“Ras... Race...” Dominic shook his head quickly as he pointed at something with a warning expression that was so panicked. But I still haven't understood what that means. I screamed and was so shocked, my eyes widened, my steps retreated slowly after the pain in my sensitive part made me grieve and embarrassed. Not playing, Dominic was blown away when I complained while hitting the back of the bike I hit.
“Sick, Race?” ask Dominic behind me.
“Why! Ud tau—”
I covered my face with both hands, embarrassed to the crown. I froze on the spot, my face pale while some people passed by in the parking lot. They must have laughed at my reckless yet funny behavior.
“Mau gagging, Race?” Dominic shoved my shoulder with his shoulder, showing that he was just kidding before saying, “Would I check his pain?”
The tip of my shoe stomped on his shoe with a feeling of unbecoming. How could Dominic be so mischievous, oh Rastanty, don't be stupid, it's not good to go thirty-five years alone, especially Dominic has westernized blood gone. I'm sure she's lonely, but why is she still beside me instead of going out looking for an outlet.
“You should brainwash, Dom. Minimal on broom let's not get!” my lips while looking down.
“Cuciin dong, Race. A good friend helps his troubled friend!” Dominic lowered my hand from the face while looking at me who was embarrassed. He smiled, “I luwe Ras. Eat yuk.” Dominic rubbed his stomach.
“But you don't have to talk about it, be shy of me!” threaten me while holding her arm carefully.
“Will not, Race. But it is mandatory to remember!” Dominic was wide-eyed before we walked to the porch of the yellow-faced building that dangled lined every entrance and exit. Dominic approached the side of my face while waiting in line with the other invited guests.
“I've been like that. Mouth until mom took me to the hospital. After that mom traumatized I play ball afraid my future broke!” whisper in my ear.
I laughed until my cheeks tightened and pulled the envelope out of the bag and put our dues into the box before writing my name and Dominic in the guest book. While he took out two souvernir with a sinless expression then he stuffed them into his bag.
“Lumayan, Race. The glass can make coffee!” dominic whispered while touching both my shoulders.
“Dom... Ras...” shouted Paijo beheaded my speech from inside the building after we looked at the festivities of the wedding of Setyo and the Princess. “Yes Allah Gusti, you are still together until now.” Paijo stared at us enthusiastically with a hurried pace approaching us.
We spontaneously shook hands with him while smiling widely. “Still, Jo. How else, there is no I Rastanty so lemes, less healthy keep older faster mostly think.” I Dominic.
I'm stunned, it's good that he said that. But what's my day, though, it may be true that our friendship is shrouded in affection and comfort hidden behind our jokes and attitudes for what they are until we do not know what to do but to be together in this bond.
“Wong wadon, Dom! Angel.” (Girl, Dom! Difficult) Paijo bobbing head. “Rastanty, Rastanty Paijo looked at me with pity and then smiled sadly as if remembering the past, “How are you doing now?”
“I realize this may be my destiny.” replied as I leaned my head against Dominic's arm for a moment. “Don't look if I'm okay?”
Paijo looked at me and Dominic took turns before looking back. Crowds of people swarmed over buffet tables, some shaking hands with newlyweds who opted for gebyok decorations with fresh flowers of vibrant and beautiful colors.
“Mending we eat first, keep looking for other friends for discussion of reunion place.” Paijo pat Dominic on the shoulder with a facial expression that wanted to vaporize something. “Before returning later we gather with others.”
“I'm not invited?” sahutku.
“Girls get it right, Ras!” Paijo grimacing.
I grimaced lazily before leaving Dominic and Paijo who wanted to chat in person because I remember Paijo and Dominic were familiar during college so it was up to you to be alone. Maybe they want to talk about something so secretive that my existence is useless.
I looked at the buffet table with a dark green table cover. Dominic was pointing at me without seeing me before Paijo interrupted him. Dominic smiled warmly.
They're talking to me?
What Pranata?
I filled two bowls of meatballs with warm sauce and sauce and searched for empty chairs and tables.
I looked at Dominic and Paijo while stirring up both of my balls. The next second I saw while eating meatballs, some of our friends began to arrive one by one forming a society of alumni circa two thousand nineteen management majors. They throw greetings at each other, hug longs, and smile freely and then look at me before the smile of pity they give me as if I still seem to suffer for them.
I smiled back while waving my hand. Aware I could not silence their mouths over my condition after the horrible death of Pranata first, but just try a day Paijo or the others become me who lost Pranata when it was just sticky and sweet like a layer cake. Yeah, even though I'm not that happy it's really praying for them like I am.
I fear they suffer even though time has passed.
“Ras, bribe me!”
