The Arrival of ER Patients in the Midnight Part 2
Joy asks Vascular Clamp to stop the wound bleeding . The Vasculsr Clamp is a blood vessel clamp. Then Joy asked Deaver. Deaver is a retractor type tool. Seeing clearly the torn wound in the intestines, Joy immediately asked for a sewing needle. Slowly Joy began to sew up the wounds that had been torn from the glass bottle.
"Wouldn't the doctor wear magnifying glasses?"
"No need." Answer Joy who started sewing from one place to another. The three sisters look at each other and see clearly how Joy works. The stitches made by Joy on the wound are also so neat and perfect. The sisters also helped Joy to edit the thread as Joy moved from one wound to another to be stitched.
"Tuwit, tuwit.." The sound of the monitor screen goes off.
The sisters explained to Joy that blood pressure is unstable with blood pressure levels of 75/50 and is steadily decreasing. The sisters panicked and Joy remained calm. Joy ordered an infusion of Ringer Lactate and helped Joy to make her blood pressure normal. Both sisters took the infusion of Ringer Lactate and also prepared a blood transfusion for the patient
Joy is still focused on sewing the torn wound. Stay calm and not look the slightest bit Joy panicked. Even Joy immediately gave orders to give blood type A as a blood transfusion, this makes the nurse worried also the diagnosis of Joy wrong. Not yet able to argue, Joy immediately explained with the diagnosis given by him about the conclusion of the patient's blood type is A. The sisters understood that and continued Joy's orders.
A few minutes later, they did as Joy told them to, suddenly the monitor showed a drop in blood and possibly a heart attack. Joy therefore ordered them to prepare a defibrillator (a cardiac drive device).
But suddenly the chief surgeon came and was told to the nurse who was outside about the circumstances that occurred in the operating room. The chief surgeon changed his clothes and washed his hands and entered the operating room. As he went inside and saw that the patient had a heart attack.
"Don't do it with your dirty hands. Let me do it." Angrily and yet to trust Joy. Taking a defibrillator (heart booster) to be done to the patient.
"Do a blood transfusion now." Said Joy, who ordered the sisters to have a blood transfusion.
Starting with 200 Joules set on a defibrillator (heart drive device) up to 400 Joules. Perform 3 times touch defibrillator (pulse heart drive) patient's heart back to normal. The right actions are done to make the right impact. Everyone who had been tense since then became relieved because the patient's monitor screen became normal.
"I look forward to your explanation later. Now tell me about the patient's condition." Said the head of the center named Charlie.
"......" Joy explains what happened and opens the green cloth in the patient's stomach.
"What are you doing?" ask Charlie.
"Checking if he had any other injuries other than injuries as we plucked the glass bottle from his stomach." Joy replied that what she said just a few seconds ago turned out to be true. Joy found another wound in the stomach. Joy imagines what the patient is doing and opens the wound.
"She was punched in a glass bottle twice." Joy replied that seeing clearly that the patient's heart was scratched a little because of the glass bottle. Doctor Charlie sees what Joy says and it turns out to be true. The patient's liver is slightly injured at the tip and draws blood.
"What are you doing? Did I order you?" charlie asked who saw Joy open the wound with a device. Not to mention ready to talk, Joy has got broken glass from a glass bottle stuck in the patient's heart. Charlie is shocked by what Joy finds, as are the sisters who are again shocked by what Joy does.
Charlie kept quiet for a while and continued the operation that Joy had done to stitch up the scratches in the heart and completely clean up quickly. Charlie sees the stitches and workings of Joy in patients make it a little subside in his emotions that have been upset by the decision taken by Joy.
Joy waited outside the room with the driver of the patient. Joy also explained the situation to keep the driver calm. Feng saw what Joy did from the start of the surgery until Charlie completed his surgery.
"The girl didn't disappoint." Feng said inwardly and immediately called Max to say the same thing.
"You'll be more surprised by her true abilities. I'm busy." Max said to Feng and then turned off his phone.
"It's good work." Said Charlie ending the operation to the patient.
Charlie came out of the operating room and explained to the patient driver that the patient had finished the operation and it was normal to wait until he realized. After that Charlie leaves the ER room and is followed by Joy.
"Go change your clothes and meet me at the office." Said Charlie.Joy nodding his fist.
"Director?" charlie said he saw Feng go into his office.
"good job. I stopped by just wanted to give enter to you. I saw everything and understood what happened. Don't be too hard on him, his ability is enough to surprise me. That's all I want to say. Good night." Said Feng leaving Charlie's room.
Joy walks into Charlie's room and stands up at his desk.
"Do you know what you're doing is wrong?" charlie and Joy just kept quiet without answering.
"You're just a month-long resident who wants to gain experience in the ER room as your graduation thesis. Even your biodata is just a specialist doctor who is not related to living humans. But what were you doing just now?" ask Charlie.
"I understand I made the wrong decision, but I wouldn't do anything wrong if I wasn't able to do it. I just want to help patients. And I'm ready to accept the sentence that the doctor decided." Joy replied by bending her fist with an expressionless cold face.
"Next time don't do things that make you lose. Just do what you can without having to cross the line." Answer Charlie.
After that Joy came out of Charlie's room and went back to the ER room to see patients who were still unconscious and then returned to do a night shif together with the sisters.
