Saving the Gangster Boss

Joy comes out of the dressing room and gets survivors from the sisters and other staff who have taken unexpected actions. They ask if Joy used to be a martial artist so can fight like that. Joy just smiled and said that it was just one of the self-defense taught by her family. Joy tells them to get back to work as usual. They nod their fists.

Joy returned to her work by going around the patient's rooms to check on them this morning. After finishing touring, Joy went to hospital F's cafeteria for breakfast. The gazes of the people turned back to him, the doctors and other sisters who were having breakfast were talking about Joy. Being in the limelight made Joy uncomfortable so she hurried to breakfast and left the hospital canteen.

Joy, who returned to her room, was told by the nurse that Charlie's doctor had called her. Joy nods her fist and goes to Charlie's doctor's room with her report. Joy knocks on the door and Charlie's doctor lets her in. Joy sits down in front of Charlie's doctor and gives a report and asks what made Charlie's doctor call her.

"Good work, you do it as a good doctor. I heard what happened this morning. Again you act alone when I haven't come. But you never let me down." Charlie congratulates Joy on apologizing for her actions that were not in accordance with the procedure and thanks Charlie. Charlie receives Joy's report and says he will read it later for correction. Joy stood up and said goodbye to Charlie if there was nothing else to talk about. A few moments Charlie was silent and Joy stepped towards the door to exit the room. Suddenly Charlie stops Joy from coming out with a question.

"What exactly is your main purpose for coming to intern at this hospital? Because I heard I was the proud student of Doctor Max?" charlie asked with a serious face. Joy turned her body around and answered the question from Charlie casually. Joy said she had come to the hospital to study a lot in the ER room and meet with Feng's doctor. Max's own doctor advised Joy to do an internship at this hospital.

Getting that answer left Charlie still unsatisfied and also wondering what exactly was the reason Joy was in this place. Joy's academic background is good and Joy should be able to get into Sandreas' hospital in A with Maz's connections as the hospital's head. Even Joy can get into an international hospital with Max's connections and the ability she has. But why should hospital F be in this country. Although hospital F is the best hospital in country F but still far inferior to Sandreas hospital and other hospitals at the international level.

Joy is out of Charlie's room and Charlie is still thinking the same thing with Joy. Even Charlie wonders what Joy's relationship with Kriss is. But he could not ask about it because of an ethical leader who should not ask personal things that have nothing to do with the hospital and as a doctor.

"Doctor Joy, the patient who was conscious this morning, did not want to be examined by another doctor. He wants you to come check on him. We were afraid that his men would do the same as this morning. So can we go there to see it?" ask the nurse who got the news that the gangster boss was awake.

Joy, who rushes to the examination when she gets word that the gangster boss is conscious, enters the room of the gangster boss's patient. Everyone kept the door in order and saw them greeting Joy as Joy came and was about to enter the room.

"Why are you standing here so much that you're scaring everyone else?" joy asked to see them marching like they were doing a line-up.

"Sorry doc, this is all an escort. Our boss' enemies are everywhere so we have to look after him for 24 hours." Answer one of the men who opened Joy's door to enter the boss' room.

Joy and the nuns do a check on everything about the gangster boss and take notes. Ask the gangster boss what he is feeling right now and take notes. The gangster boss answers the question casually and sees Joy working very professionally.

"I see you're okay, otherwise how can you answer my question quickly." Joy said she saw the patient.

"Thank you for helping me, Doctor Joy." Answer the gangster boss who read Joy's name from her suit pocket.

"It's my responsibility to save patients. But if you really want to thank me, have your men take turns keeping you at the door without everyone having to guard at the door. I don't even think they're having breakfast yet." Joy said to the gangster boss by looking at their sleep-deprived faces and hearing a stomach voice as she was about to walk into the room.

"I understand. Sorry for making a fuss and something like this. All this is done because my enemies are everywhere." The gangster boss who hasn't finished his talk has been cut off by Joy.

"It is precisely because of that that that I advise them to take turns looking after you. Their lives serve you without thinking of themselves. How can they protect themselves if they can't take care of themselves. Not to fight with the enemy must have a healthy body, not a disease?" joy asked with a smile and read the report.

Hearing Joy's words, the gangster boss apologizes to his subordinates and orders them to go for breakfast and take alternate breaks guarding him. Joy smiled at them and left the room. The subordinates paid their respects again by thanking Joy. Joy simply gave a faint smile and walked away from them.

"Gee, really pretty doctor and also kind. Good at fighting again, looks like she's fit to be our boss's wife."

They laugh with jokes to match Joy with their boss. With a joke it made the boss blush in embarrassment and ordered them to immediately have breakfast alternately. They went to run his boss' orders for breakfast alternately. 15 people went for breakfast and 4 people stayed to stand guard at the front door of the patient room.
