Chapter 26. Defeat of the Haduz Army

The leader's feet are no longer strong. His body was also still weak from the gunfire and the stab of the dagger. Yet the look in his eyes did not show submission even harder to resist.

The leader thinks that if he has to die here it is okay but but his mission must be completed. Then he used his thumb and index finger inserted into his mouth. There was a loud scream from his mouth.

Not long after that the wolves appeared from behind the asab with a grim face and growl like they were angry. The suitan was to give orders to the herd of wolves.

Sarr stopped his run when he saw the wolf began to emerge one by one from behind the asab that enveloped.

Like getting new energy, the wolf herds are so violent and excited. The wolf who had been in a daze lost its way, now had a purpose.

With some movement Sarr can kill one or two Wolves. And another Wolf tried to pass through him from the left and right side of Sarr. The wolves ignored him, as if not interested in Naery Sarr.

The Valkirie no 1 killer looked at the faces of the beasts. The beast did not stare at him, it seemed like he was not a prey. The frenzied beast's face was directed at Ragil. Apparently these Wolves were ordered only to slaughter Ragil.

Sarr thought that he could face this wolf even though his life was threatened, but the problem was not himself. Although Ragil can shoot one by one the animals but still can not shoot all at once.

Eventually Sarr decides to save Ragil is a top priority. He ran up to Ragil and Without permission, Ragil's body was directly on his pelvis and ran away from the Wolf.

Ragil who did not expect to be bopong by this woman of his dreams became surprised. Their eyes stared at each other for a few seconds.

Ragil's mouth was just gaping and his weapon no one took out a bullet. All the concentration in facing the wolf is now becoming crumpled. The heart starts beating harder.

Although they look at each other, their hearts speak differently and contradict each other. One had a gaze of beauty with an increasingly hunting heartbeat and the other had a humbling cold gaze with a hollow heart.

This moment was so beautiful to Ragil, as if the world was moving slowly. Sarr's hair moved softly, the sound of his breathing was clear, his densely clutching hands.

But for the short-haired girl, this is because of force. It felt like throwing this body in a cradle into the Fire of Hell.

Ragil looked at the face of the girl's oval face. Although the skin is not too white but it is seen that the skin is still hard and smooth. His round eyes had a sharp highlight.

"If you keep looking at me, the wolf will chase you down and kill you." Sarr broke the daydream.

"Twuuiiittt's.." The sound of the screams sounded again.

The sound of the scream stopped because the owner of the suit was unable to use his hand to make a scream because his arm had already been shot.

The leader does not seem to give up easily.His mouth can issue a scream again even without using hands.only through his bare teeth, he can make a suit.

Once again a shot was heard. The screams stopped. The Leader fell with his head hollowed out by hot lead.

The wolves started to get shot one by one.

Sarr then threw Ragil's body down, then turned to face the remaining wolf.

One by one the Wolves fell under Sarr's feet. His body began to be drenched in the splashes of animal blood. The swift movement tore the furred animal's neck as it leaped towards it.

Smoke began to thin and the opposing forces only seven people who could stand including the eyes of one. And some Wolves who were still dazed from a distance.

"Your leader is dead." Shouted Ragil. "If you still want to survive release the weapon and kneel."

Everyone looked at each other one by one. They don't know what to do. The one-eyed man who first let go of his weapon and octagonal compass then knelt down. He was followed by all his followers.

Arbakir and the four Disciples of Yakove witnessed all the events though from afar. From the beginning Arbakir was about to act against the Wolves but it was not so because it could be seen that his master still did not need help.

"See. The one who was raised by the Master. It turns out that weak people only use guns." Ejek Tamave to his sister. "If it wasn't for the girl's prowess I think she would be lifeless."

Arbakir who heard the rant was about to curse back. But he recalled his Master's message not to talk to Yakove's students. So he can only hold back his emotions.

While Sarr in front of Ragil just looked blankly and then his body fell down.

Ragil swiftly restrained Sarr's body. There are two needles. Paralysis lodged in his back and legs. I don't know when the needle hit his body.

"I've been taking anti-muscle paralysis medication but it still seems to have an effect." The voice of Sarr.

Not long after, Binoang and his men began to arrive. They were amazed not to think that the army could be destroyed with just two people.

Binoang ordered his men to lock up the surviving soldiers and bind the remaining Wolves.

They are very happy because the victory although only enjoyed in a moment because they will enter into new problems.

"Three horse-drawn carriages from the North are coming here. They're moving slowly, it's about an hour from now." Sarr gave me information.

"That's Paniell and his entourage." Binoang. " A month ago they came out of the East through this valley. After looking for drugs they're back."

Binoang explained about Paniell and his entourage."

"So the group of healers came." Ragil shouldered Sarr to walk to the chair. "If we could, we would hold back some days this group of healers to heal the wounded.

"Paniell was an expert at fighting using spears. Even though he didn't use magic he was still able to fight. It took me thirty minutes to recuperate to be able to deal with it." Sarr.

"Please order your men to take the black coat I just made and hang in the cave." Ragil looked at Binoang. "I will wear it to him so that the Physician Paniell does not recognize that he is from the Military."

Sarr was still wearing white Military clothes. Anyone can tell that Sarr is a military man if he wears that outfit.

"Why indeed?" Ask Sarr.

"To remove his vigilance. Because you'll be the one to fight him. I want him to think that we are weak. The more self-confidence is high, the easier it is to drop. I plan to get him to bet and keep him here for three days by way of betting."

Next they negotiated how to deal with the Paniell group.

How the story of Paniell's arrival and the fight that took place between Sarr and the Paniell Family, we all know the story from the First Chapter.

Before the fight, Ragil had asked for a bet of 500 gold pieces. The defeated Paniell was forced to pay. Not only that, Ragil also forced the Paniell group to stay for three days to heal those who were injured but still alive.

From the results of the fight, Ragil can guess the Ice Core disease suffered by Funuell, Princess of Paniell, the physician.

Paniell did not think that Ragil could find out the rare disease in his daughter. He also begged Ragil to heal his daughter who suffered from the Ice Core disease. He thought, if Ragil knew about his son's illness then he would know of his healing.Just like a healer, if he already knew the patient's illness then he could cure the patient.

Ragilpun promised to help cure Funuell's disease and asked the group of healers to endure for three days.

Ragil also requested that Paniell's entourage rest first and then examine the Haduz soldiers.

Inside the cave of the Binoang Villain headquarters there were some rooms that were quite spacious.  Some of the injured were in the cave.  Some are lying down, some are sitting, some are still talking.  Most of them suffered external injuries.

Funuell while treating patients, she also seeks information regarding Ragil and his herd.

The disciples of Yakove decided to stay in the valley, with the excuse of helping the wounded. Actually it was Yakove's oldest disciple who insisted on staying because his fiancee, Funuell, also lived in the valley.

Thus they all spent the night in the Valley of Binoang.
