Chapter 31. Htur Orpahh

The moves Kirk displayed were never told before. Ragil can only be amazed.  A powerful magic that can eliminate the opponent's magic.

Actually, Kirk's juror is not eliminating the opponent's magic. But the Kirk Technique is able to absorb the opponent's energy into his energy. So the opponent's magic is only absorbed just like that.

Magic Absorb

This Ancient Array user man turned his body around and did not care about the dispute between the two great figures.  He began to seriously look at Funuell's Tree of Life. To make a seal on the Tree of Life it must melt the frozen ice first.

Now Ragil channeled his light energy to melt the frozen Ice enveloping the Tree.

Ragil was a bit difficult to concentrate because his ears kept hearing the impact of the weapon.

The pale lady at high speed continued to attack with an ice sword in her hand. While Kirk only uses his bare hands to fend off every attack. His black hand was truly extremely powerful, able to fend off the opponent's sword attack.

Occasionally Ragil can catch the Ice Sword but cannot break it.  Can only catch. 

But the white-haired lady never lacked a weapon, even though one sword was captured then a new sword appeared in her hand.

Their power is not what it used to be.  Because some of its power is given to the Avatar doll and to the graft stem.  Moreover, Kirk's power will be stronger if it is in the dark but will be weaker if it is in the sunlight.

The woman approached Ragil who was channeling his energy.

"The tree of his life became an ice crystal because of the existence of that peyot grandmother in this soul realm.  Had the grandmother died then the crystal would have melted away by itself. "

Before the woman knelt down, Ragill was already kneeling before Kirk.

"I will take the place of this Ice Mistress on my knees.  If you can, please melt this crystal.  This affair has nothing to do with this Ice Lady.  This is my promise to Funuell. "

In Landria, kneeling other than the elderly is considered taboo. It is considered that the kneeling one considers as the one who has given up.

Therefore, when Ragil knelt, the woman considered Ragil unworthy to kneel before a criminal like the Dark Lord.  Better his grandson's life to die than Ragil to kneel in front of criminals. Even though the lives of his grandson and himself were sacrificed. Because if Funuell dies then the spirit of this ice woman also dies.

"Don't kneel Ragil.  I'll definitely help.  I'm doing not for Peyot's grandmother but for you. " Kirk approaches the Tree of Life.
