Last Letter to Kheira
Harmonisation

Without the unification of the scales, the rhythm of music will be destroyed.

Like a family, harmony is the most important thing in it. The union of various different characters, both from mother's patience, father's assertiveness, brother's care and sister's childish nature.

Unification is important because everyone has different thoughts, without unification then

Like the union of two people destined to be together from different stories to give birth to the same goal.

Mutual understanding in each condition is the most important thing in a family foundation.

Their parents were not born into a wealthy family. However, they always have a way to insert happiness behind the simplicity they have.

"Because wealth is not real happiness, but you always have a way to make your family happy"

The words that always come from the lips of father, which Kheira could never forget at any time.

Making her little daughter believe that her father is a tough guy who always has a way of making her kids happy.

My father also told him.

"Dad almost drowned in the river when he was about to go to his elementary school, because the bridge he passed was almost cut off. Fortunately, there are villagers who are quick to help dad otherwise this tough guy might not be with you"

But the persistence of the father defeats anything, for the sake of pursuing his dream father always tries to defeat the fear in him.

"Ira, do you know who the superheroes in this world are?"

Mother in a small rickshaw.

"Superman ma'am?"

"No, your father"

Kheira gaped at the mother's words.

"What do you mean, ma'am?"

"So... "

(GAYATRI POV) flashbacks

Right that afternoon, the dusk greeted the sun to change the throne.

Gayatri stroked her stomach with pain that could not bear her hand grasping the round stomach. Grimacing in pain trying to endure the pain.

"Maidan's... Please call your dad, I'm giving birth"

Shouted mother in pain grasping her stomach.

"Good bun"

Aidan was shoved out of the room mom reached the house phone in the living room.

"KNEE..."

Set the destination phone number.

"Hello..."

Strangle someone in the phone with a familiar distinctive tone.

"Dad... This is Aidan, I'm giving birth to ya"

Serobot Aidan without further ado.

"Tip.. Tut's... "

The voice from the phone in front of him disappeared.

(FATHER POV) flashback

His feet ran towards his boss' office. Knock on the door in front of him.

"Come in"

Said someone from the inside making her ventured into the room.

"Good day sir"

Greet her with her head half down.

"Well, what's going on, Adi?"

Strangled the boss with a stunned face while playing the laptop.

"Sa... I'm ma... Mau ii's... The zi.n"

Lirih Adi nervously made his boss not frown as if he did not understand.

"Can be repeated"

His superior muttered raising one eyebrow.

"I want to ask permission sir, my wife in the village wants to give birth"

Clarify Adi with a nervous trembling fast tone.

"WHAT"

Said the boss crashing the table in front of him which made Adi surprised.

"Yes, don't wait long before your wife"

The boss continued to Adi made Adi stunned to hear his superior answer.

"Okay sir, thank you"

Pekik Adi lowered his head repeatedly.

"Yes, quickly your wife is waiting"

Said the superior.

Adi walked down the corridor of his study, he tidied things up on his desk. Then his feet ran to reach his butut motorcycle parked in the front yard of the official office.

(POV Gayatri)

"Maidan's... Where's your dad, son?"

I grimaced in pain.

"So the phone was turned off by ma'am"

Aidan's strangulation left Gayatri in confusion.

"TOOKS... GECK.. GECK"

"Aidan open the door, son"

Gayatri Pinta.

Aidan walked down the doorway, opening his door with a key in his grasp.

"A... "

Pekik Aidan was surprised.

"Where is your mother going to be?"

Asked a man in front of him with a face full of worry.

"Mother in yah"

Said Aidan.

Adi rushed into his room room, seeing Gayatri's condition getting worse. She carried the woman's body in front of her and took her out of the house.

His eyes searched for rickshaws around him but he could not find them. Because it's late at night. All the villagers began to close the doors of their homes if it started to get dark.

"Aidan, you borrowed a wagon from maman sir"

The father's orders.

"Well yeah"

Pekik Aidan ran towards the neighbor's house.

A few minutes later,

Aidan brought a pulungan cart owned by Mr. Maman who had been cleaned by him.

The father then put the mother in a cart and pushed the cart in front of him towards a midwife located not far from the house.

Gayatri's face is stuffy and looks so tight. Adi and Aidan pushed the wagon with all their might to save the two lives before him.

"Mother midwife help my wife"

Adi said with an anxious face to make the midwife take action immediately.

"Bring your wife in"

His reassurance leads into a delivery room.

"Sister and father please wait here"

Said the midwife directing the two in the waiting room.

Adi and Aidan sat in the waiting room. Adi's face looks so pale and anxious with deep fear.

"Try me was not damaged Dad's motorbike, surely you will not be in pain rich gini"

Monologue Adi in front of Aidan.

Right in the middle of dad's trip from his office to the village, dad's motorcycle tyre broke. And midnight doesn't allow any tire patchers to open. Finally, he tried to push the motorcycle home.

"Our father prayed that everyone would be safe"

Strangled his eldest son while stroking his father's shoulder.

The midwife came out of the delivery room with a radiant face.

"Congratulations sir, what a beautiful daughter"

Smiling words.

"Alhamdulillah O Allah"

Adi gleefully prostrated for a moment delivering her gratitude.

"May I see my son ma'am?"

Pekik Adi.

"Please"

Reply to the midwife

At exactly 1pm, Kheira opened her eyes for the first time in the world. Thanks to the struggle of his father, mother and eldest brother.

"It's good to be on time, otherwise the child and his mother may be gone".

Said the midwife who handles the labor process.

"His water had broken in the middle of the road before coming here like that"

Clarify the doctor.

"Thank you midwife, thank you"

Pekik Adi repeated.

"It's a gift from God, I'm just his mediator. Be loving to Him"

The midwife smiled.

Indeed, at that time the mother's amniotic fluid had broken in the middle of the road. But fortunately mother can still survive and father tried to fight for the people he loves to stay with him.

He's a tough hero who fights for the happiness of the family he loves.

He is also the one who always makes me believe that the world is good, as long as we don't have bad expectations for what happens to us. Especially when able to do good to others, then others will do the same.

He's someone who can always make us happy, in between his busy life he always took his time to joke around with his children.

"So that's the story, baby"

Kheira's eyes glazed over at her mother. Before her rickshaw reached the front of their yard, Kheira rushed down and hugged her father.

"Why son?"

Adi looks confused looking at his daughter who hugs him while crying wiping snot on the sidelines of his shirt.

"Kheira loves dad"

"Dad loved Kheira too"

Adi smilingly looked at Kheira's face, then carried her daughter into the house.

"Bu pay the rickshaw yes"

"Well yeah"

The mother replied smilingly looking at her husband who was so sincere in love with her children.
