Episode 244's. The Rise of the 9 Star Heavenly Spirit Root

Then the six spirit roots that had yet to bind any element suddenly spread throughout Ling Yan's body and helped Ling Yan open the small meridians in his body.
"Akhs....." Ling Yan felt pain as the six heavenly spirit roots managed to open another 100 small meridians and made Ling Yan possess a new element that was instantly bound by his heavenly spirit root.
"Buck!! stop your training." Shouted the immortal flames along with all three of his other spiritual flames.
"Now-huk....." Ling Yan spewed out black-colored blood from within his mouth shortly after he stopped reciting the celestial path science technique.
"Do you want to die!! you careless brat!!! in such training, you must not open more than 100 small Meridians overnight." Shouted the eternal flames irritated.
"I'm sorry, I'm so hard-pressed to control the power of my heavenly spirit root." Said Ling Yan with a breath that was still panting.
It was actually not Ling Yan who did not want to stop his training, but rather his heavenly spirit root that too quickly opened the small meridians present within his body.
"If you hadn't stopped your training in time, you might have been hit with a counterattack that left all your little Meridians broken, and by the time that happened, you would have become a real piece of trash."
Ling Yan gulped his saliva harshly upon hearing those words of eternal flame.
"Gulp." Ling Yan then took out a white moon pill to heal the deep wounds he had just received.
