Chapter 55. Dodder

Nael and Sonia continue their tour, Nael does not forget to introduce Sonia some products made by the company while looking for someone.

Nael has trouble finding Caca, his uniform and his many female employees make him keep looking for where Caca is. Sonia calms Nael who looks desperate.

"Call Nael down, you'll definitely find him" Sonia said as she held Nael's right shoulder.

Nael nodded and smiled at Sonia.

"Thank you" replied Nael.

They then walked through the packing room. Suddenly Sonia's feet stumbled over something under her feet, and at once her balance was reduced but Nael who was nearby swiftly caught Sonia's body.

"Thank you!" said Sonia while stroking her chest.

"Together," replied Nael.

Nael then remembers when he first helped Caca when Caca was about to be hit by Nael's wreckage and smiled.

"Thank you, Nael. You've been taking me around the factory, at least the picture made it easier for me to work on this report" said Sonia.

"Together."

Caca saw all that, he went back and hid. Sonia and Nael are engaged, and Caca thinks the closer they are. He also did not want to disrupt the relationship.

Nael and Sonia then exit the place with Nael's eyes looking back to look for Caca, but Nael is disappointed that he didn't find her either.

Caca gasped in shock when someone suddenly patted his shoulder.

"Eh Maya," said Caca, wiping her tears quickly.

"Linda. You why? see what again?" ask Maya.

Caca was silent and did not reply, he only saw Nael and Sonia who had gone a long way and disappeared from his sight.

"Oh. That's our young boss named Mr. Nael, his son Mr. Heru and the one next to him is Sonia, his fiancee Mr. Nael. They are compatible yes," Maya said.

"Yes" replied Caca.

Shortly thereafter. The break clock. Maya invites Caca to eat in the cafeteria.

"Linda, we eat yuk."

"You go first. I'll catch up" Caca replied.

"Okay, Linda. I'm first yes" Maya said.

Caca saw the condition had been quiet and he cried alone in the corner of the room so that no one saw him cry.

Teh Mul turned out to see Caca who was crying in the corner of the room. Mul tea became unbearable, she felt Caca's feelings were so sad as someone who was being heartbroken. Teh Mul then approached Caca.

Mul held onto Caca's crouched shoulder with the face she was hiding behind her hands.

"Ca."

Caca then turned to the direction of the voice.

"Teh Mul," said Caca lirih.

Mul then tried to calm Caca while rubbing Caca's shoulder.

"It has. Don't be sad, remember don't let your disguise be known to others Ca."

Caca then nodded, he tried hard to deal with it all.

"We go to the canteen yuk!, we can meet with Lista and Mba Dewi," asked Teh Mul.

"Yes Tea. Yuk," reply Caca.

The two of them then walked to the cafeteria for lunch.

In Office.

Ahmad came to bring lunch to Nael, and he saw Nael who was pensive.

"Nadel."

"Yes. Mad came in," said Nael uninspired.

"Feed first" said Ahmad, putting food on Nael's table.

Nael recalls when Caca ate with him in his room. Nael returns moody. Ahmad could not bear to see Nael who lost his spirit and he tried to comfort Nael.

"Eh, Boss. Just look," said Ahmad while removing his cellphone.

"See what Mad?" ask Nael.

Ahmad then showed some photos he had taken when Nael and Caca were both secretly.

Nael's eyes immediately glazed over to see the photo at that moment as well as the memory of those times.

"Mad. Send her photo to me yes," pinta Nael.

"Beres Nael," said Ahmad while tweaking his mobile phone.

"Nael. Can I borrow Ahmad for a minute?" ask Sonia.

"Can. What do you need with Ahmad?" nael asked back.

"I'm going to the bank for a while so ask Ahmad to anterin get there. All for lunch" replied Sonia.

"Oh so. Yes, please. Ahmad, Anterin Sonia yes, just use the car."

"Okay Nael. Ready, yu Sonia!" bring Ahmad.

"Thank you Nael. I walk first yes," said Sonia.

"Yes." Yeah."

Ahmad then takes the car in the parking lot and leaves with Sonia.

Nael goes to the toilet and does not forget to wash his hands before eating.

Caca saw Nael's car driving out of the company area and saw Sonia in the car. He also wondered in his heart.

"Where are Nael and Sonia going? the two doang again go her? maybe they'll have lunch together."

Caca remembers something inside her drawer, she then intends to take it by stealth, but Sonia and Nael are out of the office.

"Teh Mul go to the cafeteria first, I forgot something" said Caca as he left in a hurry.

"Yes Ca."

Arriving at his old study, Caca entered, like a thief, wailing and looking around.

"It's lonely, fortunately they're going out, you're also the Ca why the photo should be kept here again," said Caca speaking softly blabbing himself and swearing to himself.

Caca then heads to his desk which is now Sonia's desk. He then took the key from his pants pocket and opened the drawer.

Caca's action is seen by a pair of eyes that look at it from a distance, the person approaches slowly to find out who the woman who settles like that is.

Caca then opened the drawer and took a memory left behind and looked at it carefully.

Caca cried, she then removed her mask so as not to get wet from tears and opened the head cover slowly so that her beautiful hair was slowly visible.

Nael is surprised that the woman sitting there is Caca.

"That's Carisa!" nael said in his heart.

Nael immediately approached Caca who was still sitting sadly on the bench, then called Caca's name gently.

"Maiza."

Caca gasped in shock at hearing a familiar voice, his face immediately turned to the direction of the voice and found Nael who was already beside him, then he quickly turned his face.

"Ah Mr Nael! why is he suddenly here? it wasn't that he had left with Sonia earlier," Caca said in his heart.

Caca then wiped his tears quickly, then put on his headgear and mask.

"Carisa," call Nael again.

Caca was speechless and confused as to what to answer, he was like a thief caught off guard.

"Sorry, I'm wrong. I'm sorry too I was like he entered the room wrong," said Caca hurried away.

Caca then tried to go as fast as lightning, but Nael's movement was even faster, he managed to grasp the hand of Caca who wanted to try to escape from him.

Nael then pulls Caca's hand to get closer to her. It didn't take long for their bodies to finally get close. Nael looked at Caca's face covered in a mask carefully. Caca was not wrinkled he looked hot cold with the gaze of Nael who was so curious.

"Is this really not you Carisa?" nael said as he opened Caca's mask and head covering.

Caca's not budging. His heart beats unbecoming. He's sorry, he shouldn't have come here.

Nael smiled broadly when he saw that the woman was Caca, the woman he loved. Soon Nael's hand without hesitation clutched Caca's body tightly like the old man did not just meet.

"Sir, please let go! don't be like this. What if someone sees?" caca said as she tried to let go of Nael's embrace.

Nael did not heed Caca's words he even closer and buried his face into the curve of Caca's neck. Nael feels Caca's scent back then Nael unhesitatingly gives a soft peck at Caca's neck.

Caca felt something warm and soft touch her neck. She is shocked by Nael's treatment, and Caca pushes Nael's body away from her.

After escaping from Nael's arms, Caca ran out crying and did not forget she was wearing a mask and her hair cover again.

"Maika!" shout Nael.

Caca just ran out of the place and did not look at Nael for a bit. Nael bowed sadly and fell silent to a photograph lying beneath the floor.

Nael then took a photo of Caca who had fallen when she was in a violent struggle. Nael then saves the photo with a sad face.

They did not realize that there was a pair of eyes that had seen the incident, then went missing without a trace.
