Chapter 27 The Return of Pride and the Trap of the Succubus

After Ryouta asked Rui and the others to be on the lookout, there was no sign or hint of anything strange happening in the Alfesteins kingdom or around the capital, seeing that nothing had happened, Ryouta said to the others,

"Since there's no sign of an attack, it looks like we can start reopening our tavern."

"Well, from the information we got while on alert around the kingdom of Deltras and the kingdom of Alfesteins, one of our members who was in charge of overseeing the area around the hill west of the royal capital of Deltras, he said, there was information about a strange magic circle that appeared out of nowhere, and from that magic circle, there were several Undead, Skeleton and Golem armies, among others, and from that observation we concluded that the Seven Sins of Hell, together with some of their great armies, would attack Deltras' work in about four to six days."

"It is true, to build a large army, it takes a long time, he said, plus the distance of the western hill to the royal capital of Deltras and the royal palace of Deltras is quite far and it will take a few days until they get there," Rui said while taking into account the time until the Seven Sin of Hell troops arrived.

Hearing the commotion at the entrance gate of the palace, Chera who had just returned from the adventurer guild came to the commotion, saying, Chera who has just returned from the adventurer guild,

"I'm sorry to interrupt this meeting, I want to give you some information I've got, which is in a few days, some of the Undead and Skeleton troops led by one of the Seven Sin of Hell members, Pride, will begin an attack on the capital of the kingdom of Deltras, therefore, I want us to prevent their movement on the way to the royal capital of Deltras."

"That's a very good idea, if we manage to prevent their movement, with the magic of the Priests at hand and asking for help from the Eastern church, he said, then we might be able to force them to retreat and rearrange their plans" said one man from the Dragonewts race wearing shoulder and chest armor and a large sword hanging from his back.

"I also agree with this plan, we should immediately contact some adventurers who have a job as a Priest and also ask for help from the Eastern church," connect a woman who is also from the Dragonewts race who wears a light Armor in deep blue and with a cigarette cigar in her right hand.

"Alright, since there are no complaints about this strategy, then we should start preparing troops to prevent and block their path," said king Alfesteins ordered one of his soldiers to deliver the results of the meeting to the adventurer guild and also some other soldiers.

Six days passed, after gathering about 1000 troops and 10 Priests from the Eastern Church, their plans began to be carried out. After waiting for about half a day more, a soldier can be seen reporting to the king Alfesteins and others who are currently on the cliff on the right with three of his strongest generals, that an adventurer who was doing reconnaissance, said that some enemy troops began to move from the south towards the direction of the road leading to the royal capital of Deltras.

Hearing these words, the king of the Alfesteins began to take into account the rarity and the right time to block the path they were about to go through, then began to ask some Priests from the Eastern Church to start making a magic protective wall so that Undead and Demon monsters could not pass through. Not long after the King of Alfesteins asked to prepare, from a distance there appeared to be a large horde of demon troops who were heading towards the capital of the kingdom of Deltras, then at the time when the troops began to approach, and the barrier is starting to activate.

After Pride looked around him, Rui appeared and said,

"I will be your opponent."

Pride who saw Rui also started laughing while slightly underestimating her.
