Livy The Heart Enchantor

Livy The Heart Enchantor
Chapter 4 Is A Little Closer

Livy has no intention of coming to the same place as yesterday. That is, the basketball court on the edge of the park where he met Sammuel as well. But how else, his legs seemed to rebel and continued to step there. And it's true, Sammuel was already there dribbling basketball. His face looked solemn without a smile with sweat drenching his forehead.

Sitting on the sidelines, the girl stared focused at Sammuel. Without interrupting the man's activities. Livy thinks Sammuel really likes the sport. Looking at the man's posture, his tall and sturdy body, maybe he already likes the sport from childhood.

"Old old?" Sammuel approached Livy and sat down near the girl. His body was filled with dryness and his breathing was hunting because he was tired. This was the second time they had met, but it was as if they had known each other for a long time.

"Must be." Livy replied briefly.

"Is it better?"

"Gue doesn't hurt, Sam!'

Sammuel chuckles. "You wanna play?" haggle that guy. Don't want to talk about things Livy avoided.

"Lazy. I don't like dryness.'' he continued bluntly.

"OK I play first. You wait here" he said with a foot that began to step towards the field.

Livy shouldn't have obeyed what Sammuel said. But somehow he stayed there and watched Sammuel play basketball until he was done.

Accidentally, Livy enjoyed Sammuel's every move. When the man finished playing basketball, then downed his drink from the bottle, and wiped his sweat with a towel, until re-wearing the long-sleeved shirt he had left, all of it was not separated from Livy's gaze.

"Why the hell?" Sammuel felt that he was being watched by Livy intensely. "Is there something strange about my face?" ask him with a frown.

Shaking her head slowly, as a form of answer given by Livy.

"Why do you think I'm rich?" It seemed that the man was getting curious and Livy did not want to answer Sammuel's question. The girl chose to look up at the sky above her, as it seemed more pleasant than responding to Sammuel's remark. Sammuel chose not to urge Livy to answer his question. Because she followed Livy looking at the blue sky with focus. The two are silent to each other. The wind gently blows as if to support the creation of a romantic atmosphere.

Without Livy knowing, Sammuel secretly rolled his eyes just to enjoy the girl's flat face. She realized that Livy had a pretty face with her flat face.

His face is natural without makeup polish, his hair in brown paint and how to dress also seem simple and suitable with him.

Accidentally, Livy looked to his left and found Sammuel still staring faithfully at him.  Sammanta cannot deny and avoid. Due to the fact that he did admire the girl beside him.

"Why is it now that I'm so rich?" now Livy asked back because Sammuel had not shifted his eyes. To be honest, Livy was nervous about being looked at like that by a man. Even though she was indifferent, her soul was still female. It can also melt if in the face of a handsome catfish like Sammuel.

"You know?" So Sammuel said. "I think I like you."

A surprised expression was imprinted on Livy's face. But he mastered himself more quickly and asked back. "Like in what context? There are many meanings in the word like."

Sammuel pulled the corner of his lip. "Likes between men and women. Interested, and maybe we could go through a relationship, like a courtship." Sammuel does not seem to be a person who likes to make small talk. So he didn't mind explaining what he liked to say just now.

Livy didn't answer. He looked back forward with a long breath.

"Lo seems drunk again, deh" he said who did not want to take seriously the words of the man beside him.

Sammuel wasn't angry with the words that came out of Livy's mouth. He just spread his shoulders indifferently.

"You're single, right?"

Livy was dizzy with Sammuel's question just now. But he kept nodding.

"So there's no harm if I like single girls" she said casually, making Livy snort.

"I want to be the same" she said, the girl looked a little arrogant.

But Sammuel was unaffected, "I don't think I'm the one who's just gonna back down for a reason like that."

To Livy, the guy next to her was so confident. But let it go, let Sammuel do what he likes.

They fell silent again. Both Livy and Sammuel stared ahead with their own thoughts.

"I'm hungry." Sammuel returned to voice. "Come," the man was already standing and waiting for Livy to follow him. It was already late afternoon and the man was already hungry because this afternoon, he was only eating bread because he was busy with unresolved college assignments.

"Where?" Livy stood up, they had already started to step up to leave the place.

"I have a stall subscription here. Don't you mind if I invite you to eat at the stall?"

Livy. She was not the kind of girl who was picky about where to eat. The most important thing was that the food was delicious and halal, that was enough for him.

"How's your dream guy?" Looks like Sammuel wants to know more about Livy so he asks.

They've reached the shop Sammuel was referring to. Sit down, with a mat and a short table in front of him. Sammuel stared blatantly at Livy's face without feeling the need to hide it. The man enjoyed the flat facial expression of the girl in front of him.

"Gue doesn't know." The answer was thrown out without thinking. "Gue just thought, a relationship between a girl and a guy is important to love each other, and that one belief is enough. But I was actually wrong. In fact, I was cheating on my relationship."

Sammuel listened carefully. "Then is it right?" Sammuel asked again.

Livy flicked her shoulders indifferently. "Gue doesn't want to talk about it for now" the final.

"Please, Mas Sam" said the shop owner when delivering the food they just ordered. He knew Sammuel because he ate there often.

"Thank you, Mom." The answer came out of Livy's lips. Sammuel smiled and nodded.

Livy stuffed the food into her mouth, soaking up the delicious taste on her tongue. Then he commented. "Enak the hell" he said, which made Sammuel smile.

"It feels good, the portions are many and cheap. Fits the pockets of students like us." respond Sammuel.

Livy agrees. Indeed, foods like this will be visited by many students to become their subscription. Especially a kid like him. Although he never lacked money every month, still he had to be able to manage his monthly money. And a place like this is heaven, because it is friendly to the pockets of students.

"Lo kos too?" Livy asked.

"Same contract with sekampus." Sammuel put away his empty plate and focused on Livy. "Actually want to cost, let's not complicated if you want to do anything yourself. But already contracted home, so just keep it."

Livy nodded in understanding. "Yes, if you only need to clean your own room, if the contract must clean one house. So, you every day nyapu mengepel himself dong?"

"Yes" answered Sammuel briefly. "I'm the one who swipes, my friend."

Livy had also been offered by his master's men to contract the house, but he refused for the reason he said earlier.

"Where do you really have to cost?" Sammuel was trying to find out little by little about Livy.

"Jakarta" he said, sipping his drink, the girl continued. "Elo?"

"Jakarta too." replied Sammuel. "Then why cost? Can you still go home?"

"Because I have to spend two hours on the road, it's also if it's not stuck. So I broke up for the cost just so it's not complicated, and that's the best option for me." Livy does not want his time wasted on the road. Then he asked his parents' permission to be allowed to stay at the boarding house. Luckily they agreed and found a safe boarding place for their daughter.

Sammuel understood what Livy was feeling. He was even late for college and could not get into class because he was stuck in traffic. While the lecturer who teaches is too disciplined and will not allow students who are not on time to enter the class for any reason.

Sammuel returns to deliver Livy to his boarding house, still on foot. For some reason, they both observed this atmosphere. Walking together, even occasionally commenting on something that is considered interesting, even chatting things that are not important at all. And Livy has already vented her heartache of being betrayed.

"Can you get your phone number?" sammuel asked with a hopeful expression.

Livy did not answer. His lips were still tightly closed and his feet were still moving. Not that he didn't want to give me his contact number, but I don't know, he just didn't want to.

''Livy!"

"For what?" Livy knows that Sammuel is calling her for attention. Or at least he responded to the man's words. "At the same time we will meet" he added.

"So we'll see each other again?" Sammuel pulled the corner of his lips, hearing Livy's words that seemed to give hope to the man, if they would still meet, even though no one kept each other's contact.

"Come.'' That's Livy's answer. But for Sammuel, Livy's hopes were enough for him.

Livy's legs suddenly stopped when he saw Adam in front of his boarding house. The man sat in the saung that was prepared there to relax. Not even infrequently, the boarding house there uses the place to do their duties with his friends.

"Why?" sammuel asked, not understanding. But the man stared in the direction where Livy's eyes were staring.

There's a lot of people there. So Sammuel didn't understand who Livy was looking at.

"Livy!" Call Sammuel again to resuscitate the girl.

"Lo come home." As soon as he turned him over to the man. Sammuel who felt he did not accept immediately refused. "Why should I go home? Is there your boyfriend?" his question was curious and pitched a little higher.

Livy looked up at Sammuel who was taller than him, he was only as tall as Sammuel's shoulders or Sammel was too tall. I don't know.

"Gue will tell you later if you need to. But for now, I'm asking you to come home first.''

Sammuel's dislike of her face is clearly visible in Livy's eyes, but the girl refuses to care.

Not answering, the man left there without saying a word. To be honest, Livy felt bad about it.

Seeing Sammuel already away from his boarding place, Livy continued her steps to return to her boarding house. Adam, who saw Livy from a distance, stood up and ran over to the girl.

"Vi!" Her voice was made as clear as possible to draw sympathy from Livy. She was not ashamed, but this morning Livy had insulted her.

"I'm sorry. I'm not wrong."

Livy does care about Adam's bullshit. It's just that he wouldn't attract people if he played rough with Adam.

"I still love you. You're pulling back on your decision, please!" Adam's face even still there are traces of bluish due to the bumps given by Livy the other day, but untiringly, the man still chased after Livy to apologize.

"Gue doesn't want to and I'm not going to make the decision I made. So, go and don't beg any more forgiveness from me. Because of me, I won't apologize to you."  Livy's sinisterness is clearly heard in Adam's ears, but the man ignores Livy's speech.

"Gue does not want to play violence again. So please, don't show up again where I am there. Because I'm so sick of seeing that innocent face!" yells. Without waiting for a response from Adam, he left there and immediately entered his boarding house. Dealing with a guy like Adam would give him a headache.
