Raining

As usual, Greysa went to school because today there is a training schedule with his bandmates. Arriving at the training ground Greysa did not see a single friend of his. He saw that the door was still closed. In the front yard of the training ground there was also not a single motorbike parked. Seeing this situation made Greysa confused.

"Who? Kok deserted gini, the feeling they said it was on otw. I even thought I was late." Grumbles Greysa.

"Where the key is not in me anymore I have to wait for them outside" Greysa said as he walked to a bench near the door.

While waiting for his friend Greysa to open his phone turns out the phone battery runs out so he can not contact his friend.

Not long after, a motorbike entered the front yard of the training ground. Seeing that made Greysa happy to think he could enter the training ground and immediately train. But his hope was lost when he found out that the one who came was not his coach or one of his friends.

"Eh Greysa, what's out there?" Darren asked after opening his helmet.

"The door is still locked, sir, who holds the key is still not coming" Greysa replied with a slightly disappointed look.

"Si Rael hasn't come yet?" Ask Darren again.

"Sir.if Rael's brother has come I can't possibly sit outside like this." Greysa said a little emotionally.

"Why not get a call?" Ask Darren again.

"My cellphone is dead sir." Greysa replied.

"Wait a minute, let me call" Darren said, pulling his phone out of his jacket pocket.

Darren tries to contact Rafael but Rafael does not pick up the phone from him. He continued to try to contact Rafael three times but was not appointed by Rafael.

"Maybe Rael's another way here so you just wait." Darren said putting his phone back in his jacket pocket.

"Without you telling me from earlier I also wait for Rael loh sir" said Greysa.

"Ooo so you're sitting there waiting for Rael?" Darren chuckles as he deliberately provokes Greysa's emotions.

"No sir I sell bags all the same contents sir, you want to buy? I give you a cheap price for your father. When else do you find a trader who sells bags plus with their contents" Greysa said.

"What is it?"

"Oo it's got noodles, there's potatoes, there's eggs, there's sausages all the groceries are here sir." Greysa said while pointing at the bag in front of him.

"How much is it?"

"For 15 million sir." Greysa replied with a smile.

"I don't have a lot of bags in my house"

"Why then do you ask so many questions?" greysa said in an emphasized tone.

"Why indeed? Can't you?" Ask Darren without sin.

"Can't sir if it's obligatory to buy sir" Greysa replied firmly.

After Greysa finished his sentence, it was raining down making them surrounded in that place.

"It's raining." said Darren disappointed.

"What if it rains?" Greysa asked confusedly.

"First because it's raining we're definitely surrounded here and second because I hate the rain." Clearly Darren with a soft tone.

"Sorry sir, if you know why you hate the rain? Isn't rain a mercy from God?" Ask Greysa curiously.

"Yes, I know that rain is God's grace, but because it rains, I make a person's sweet smile go away." Darren said as he watched Greysa with a hard-to-understand look.

"I mean sir?" Greysa did not understand.

"So a few years ago I learned to bring a car. When I was driving the car, it was raining. The longer the rain is getting heavier, making it a little difficult for me to see the streets. When I tried to focus on seeing the streets suddenly there was a little boy running down the middle of the road making me point my car in the other direction and hit a mother. After I helped it turned out that the mother had a daughter and said the child was only her mother was the only family she had. Because his mother was hospitalized the boy never smiled even though I had tried to comfort him." Clearly Darren with a smile covered the sadness he was feeling.

"Because you hate the rain?" Ask Greysa to make sure

Then Greysa fell silent he thought how lucky the little boy could get so much attention from Darren even though the attention given was only due to guilt but from Darren's eyes when telling the story earlier seemed to be if he was sincere about comforting the little boy.

"Sorry sir, how is that boy now, sir?" Ask Greysa again.

"Means his mother survived dong sir? Then you should not hate the rain anymore because the little boy is still smiling maybe for some other reason that has nothing to do with the event he looks moody. Because every human being must have a feeling of sadness either because whatever it is and it is not the duty of the father to always make him smile." Greysa.

"Sorry sir I don't mean to advise but I'm just expressing my opinion." Greysa said when she realized that her words made Darren speech silent and thought her words had offended Darren.

"No papa kok makasi you already want to give me advice" said Darren with a smile.

"Does you want to try?" Greysa asked, standing up from his seat.

"meaning?" Darren asked confusedly.

"Do you want to try to get rid of your hatred for the rain?" Greysa asked with her sweet smile which inadvertently convinced Darren to comply.

"How?" Ask Darren again.

Greysa opened the jacket he was wearing and put it in the bag and then ran in the yard where the bike was parked. Then he danced in the rain laughing cheerfully and then looked at Darren who was still in the shade.

"Look here sir later I'm sure that you will like the rain." Greysa asked while waving his hand.

Seeing Greysa play in the rain makes Darren a little worried about Greysa's health. But I don't know what prompted him to open his jacket and join Greysa playing water in the rain. Now they are like happy children because they are allowed to take a rain shower by their parents.

They laughed freely no longer caring about the surroundings, all they wanted was to spend time together in the rain for the day. Not long after Rafael came to destroy the romantic atmosphere that was happening.

"Jeez, you do not remember the age, especially Lo Ren, that age is still a rain shower with high school children again" said Rafael, shaking his head.

"Sister Rael why so long ago came Grey was tired of waiting for brother from earlier." Omel Greysa to Rafael.

"I'm sorry it's raining." Reply Rafael casually.

"Udah Now you enter change clothes do not play rain again like a child Kindergarten. If you are sick, your parents are also troublesome." Rafael told Darren and Greysa like a sister who scolded his two younger siblings.

Darren and Greysa follow Rafael's words. Greysa entered the room where there was a change of clothes available. Keep in mind not only Greysa who has a private room but other Greysa friends also have a private room is no exception Rafael. The training ground was already like a second home to them.

After finishing changing clothes and drying his hair with a hair dryer. Greysa walked out of his room and headed to the room where he used to hang out with his friends.

"Grey we're not training today because your friends can't come he said he was surrounded by rain." Said Rafael who came from the kitchen carrying a tray containing 3 glasses of warm tea.

"Huh! the reason they pray is even though they say it's okay before it rains." Grunts Greysa.

"Drink after the rain comes straight home." Said Rafael putting the tray he was carrying on the table. He sat down near Greysa.

Not long after that Darren out of the room Rafael approached Greysa and Rafael who were chatting. After a long time of chatting they finally decided to go home after the rain had subsided.

But Greysa's motorbike arrived suddenly could not be turned on making Greysa a little panic.

"Where if the motorbike lives here first let me take you home." Darren gave me advice.

Without a second thought Greysa agreed to Darren's remarks. Moments later Greysa and Darren leave the training ground. When the trip to Greysa's house arrives rain again Darren intends to stop his motorbike looking for shelter but is prevented by Greysa.

"Next sir. He said he wanted to get rid of the hate for the rain maybe this could help" Greysa said.

"Pak downin speed yes" said Greysa asked Darren to lower the speed of the bike then he tried to stand by holding Darren's shoulder.

"Greysa what are you doing?" Darren asked in a bit of panic.

"It's a road sir."

"IT'S RAINING FOR THIS GUY TO LIKE YOU NO MATTER WHAT." Shouted Greysa who was still standing.

Darren was shocked and laughed a little at Greysa's behavior. "Now you sit down again and fall"

"I'll sit down if you yell that you like the rain." Greysa

Darren doesn't want to do it, but he is worried about Greysa standing up. "THE RAIN!!! I HATE YOU!!!" Darren Shouts.

Heard that Greysa laughed and then sat down. Somehow he suddenly ventured to wrap his hands around Darren's waist. Darren was surprised he didn't think Greysa would do that.

Greysa leaned his head suddenly aching on Darren's back. He smiled in relief because there was no lightning that day and he was happy to be this close to Darren thanks to the rain.

"Now I am thankful for the rain. Because it rained I could meet him and be this close to him. I'm not gonna hate the rain anymore because the guy who made me hate the rain told me to love the rain." Darren muttered with a smile and continued to drive his bike to Greysa's house.
