While Zia, now she is in another city.
“I have to find breakfast!” thought Zia.
“Relax baby, mom will definitely take care of you! Mommy will look for breakfast first so you don't starve.” Said Zia while talking to her fetus.
Zia had breakfast at a warteg that had just opened.
After breakfast Zia walks down the street until noon. During the day he prayed zuhur first in the mosque then returned to the road and rest for a while by sitting on a bench on the sidewalk while looking for the nearest boarding place for him to live online. Well, he had already bought a used cell phone for him to use at a cheap price. He was looking for boarding near here at a cheap price because the money he brought left little but unfortunately everything is expensive here.
Suddenly there was a car that stopped in front of him, “Ah, it turned out to be true.this is you brother! I almost passed you because I didn't recognize you but thankfully I retreated back” said a girl while getting out of her car.
Zia who heard someone talking immediately saw him and looked around to make sure that the girl was indeed talking to him. After making sure that no one else was around, “You talk to me?” ask Zia.
“Yes of course brother. You don't remember me?” ask the girl.
“What we have met before?” zia asked confused as the girl recognized her.

The flashback
A month ago, precisely in the city of Zia there was a girl who had just hit the road divider but for her she was okay - why only her legs were slightly injured. Zia who passed by that place who saw a crowd approaching him.

“You are a very beautiful girl, you better treat your wound immediately. If indeed we are destined to meet again then we will meet again and at that time I will definitely tell you my name sweet girl.” Zia.
The girl just silently looked at Zia's face inside. He was immediately taken to the hospital.

“So you're the girl?” asked Zia while remembering.
“Iya, I'm the girl. The girl you helped, brother. Thank you for helping me at that time.” The girl smiled.
“Then, now why are you here? Are your wounds healed?” ask Zia worried.
“It healed well. Said the doctor who handled me it thanks to your help legs until my wounds quickly healed and the marks were gone.” Said the girl cheerfully while showing her legs that were injured at the time.
“Thank God if so.” Zia.
“Ohiya, whose sister's name? I promised you I'd tell you your name if we met again. Ohiya, I am Prasti Permata Mahendra call aja Pras or Rasti. Oh don't call me Rasti because if Pras then it's my brother's name.” The girl said with a smile.
“Hahahh, you seem to remember that. All right my name is Ziandra just call Zia.” Zia.
“Ziandra doang? There is no connection?” rasti asked and was only taken in by Zia. He didn't want to admit to both of his people just that he didn't want anyone to recognize him anymore.
“Ohiya, alright brother. Now where do you want me to take you. You take it easy this time I won't do any harm because I recognize all the places in this town. So where do you want me to take you? Just say!” said Rasti.
“Ah no need. I can be alone and you just call Zia don't call brother.” Zia.
“Why? I'm sure you're older than me. I turned 23 this year. So I'm sure I must be more of a sister than you and if my guess is wrong then I'll still consider you my brother and call him that.” Rasti.
“Looks like you did have a good observation. Alright you can call like that.” Zia.
“Yes, thanks brother. I finally have a sister. Okay brother where are you going?” ask Rasti.
“No need, sister can be alone kok.” said Zia while standing but unfortunately when she stood she suddenly fainted. Well, maybe the tiredness of walking coupled with him hasn't had lunch yet. Rasti immediately asked people around to take Zia to the car and Rasti immediately drove her car to the nearest hospital because she did not want anything to happen to Zia.

Long story short, now Zia has been hospitalized and attached to the infusion in her hand while there is a girl who looks at her with sadness. Suddenly Zia immediately regained her senses from her stupor.
Rasti immediately helped Zia sit down, “We are in the hospital. Brother rest first. Don't think of anything.” Rasti.
“So, sister should go home now.” Zia said as she did not have the money to pay for the hospital fees.

“You mean?” ask Zia.

“Two? What do you mean?” tanya Zia took off her embrace.
“Yes, twin pregnant sister. I'm sorry I asked the doctor for the big brother's ultrasound. Here's his USG photo.” Said Rasti handing the photo to Zia.
Zia who saw it immediately cried because she did not think that there were two lives that lived in her heart.
