"Congratulations, Yosh!" ma'am Anna said as Yoshua held the woman who cared for her for the past dozen years patiently until she reached this point.
Yoshua has finished his education in Singapore with his own efforts.
"Thank you Mom, if not for the protection and affection of Mom, I will not be like this" said Yoshua still hugging the woman like her own biological mother.
After a while, Yoshua took off her embrace. Anna told him to sit in the office chair.
"Where's it like in Singapore, Yosh?" ask Anna Ma'am.
"Amazing, Mom! Was I just abroad that time? I have to go there someday!"
Yoshua's face seemed radiant considering everything he had experienced there. Getting a scholarship from the results of his exam, making the man able to continue his education abroad.
"Then? Tell me about your situation there," said Ms. Anna enthusiastically.
Yoshua was no less enthusiastic about telling his experience abroad. About her work as a waiter, also became the assistant of a famous model. A girl friend who is similar to her sister, did not escape what she told me. Anna's mom caught something to hide when she told me about Susan.
"Oh, so you're that happy there that you haven't been home for almost five years?" ask Anna Ma'am.
"Hahaha, ah Mother .. I miss you guys, but I thought about the round-trip cost .." she roared.
Ms. Anna laughed after she put on a pouting face.
"Yes, put your things in the room. After that, take a shower. It's noon, your sisters are waiting in the dining room" Ms Anna said.
"Yes, Mom. Ma'am, this is a little bit of money from my job as a model assistant."
Yoshua pushed the white envelope into the wrinkled hand of Miss Anna. Then rushed to leave the woman who seemed touched to see one child that he cared for as a child had given him his own hard-earned money.
Not the value, though, but his concern for an elderly woman whose life has only been spent on social activities since her husband's departure with another woman decades ago because her womb could not give a child to her husband and family.
Unknowingly, Miss Anna shed her tears.
"Yoshua has to live happily with the woman he loves ... He's like my own son" said Ms. Anna.

"Sir Yoshua!!" the children of the orphanage shouted at the arrival of Yoshua.
They hugged the man. The man who helped Bu Anna to serve them sincerely.
"Hey, your clothes are nice!" puji Yoshua was just making small talk. However, the pleasantries produced an incredible shock.
"Yes, this is from the beautiful Sister Susan!" sahut them.
Hearing the name 'Susan', Yoshua was wide-eyed.
"Susan?" reworked.
"Yes! Sister Susan, the national hospital doctor! Beautiful, smart, fine, again!" knock them.
Yoshua looked towards the door and saw the calm face of Ms. Anna. Ask for an explanation from the woman. Could it be Susan? Or the other Susan? What is clear, Yoshua's heartbeat was irregular hearing the name called.
Ms. Anna started telling me about the arrival of Susan and her family. Yoshua listened to every word that came out of him carefully.

At the hospital, Adele's surgery is ongoing. All doctors who treat are very professional. Only Susan was feeling tense. The only time she had surgery and the one she had was Adele, a cheerful child, who had been close for only a few days with Susan.
The operation lasted four hours. As long as it's pounding in Susan's heart doesn't subside. Ms. Erry also continued to pray during the operation.
"Sir, is Adele in the operating room?" asked Mrs Erren, the sister of Ms. Erry was excited to come.
"Yes, ma'am, it's already."
"Oh, yes, I have. You are patiently waiting. I hope his heart really matches Adele's, "wish Mrs Erren. The woman in the shirt was a bit glamorous and it looked like she was a pretty rich man stroking her sister's shoulders.
"Yes, it's been four hours."
Before long, the door of the operating room was opened and nurses wearing surgical gowns pushed the gurney out. Ms. Erry and Ms. Erren followed the nurses from the operating room to the Emergency Unit for intensive care there.
"Doctor, how's my son's operation going?" asked Ms. Erry with a clear face.
"Let's come with me to the patient's ward first. Please wear special clothes to enter the ICCU room" said the doctor.
Ms. Erry according to then wear special clothes that have been provided.
Inside, the doctor explains that they will wait for several days to see the patient's progress. If in a few days there are no complaints, it means that the patient matches his heart graft. However, if there are complaints, it is likely to be given a follow-up. Miss Erry nodded her head hearing that. There's nothing more to do than to stop.
Dion walked over to his mother sitting in the ICCU waiting room.
"Mama, how? Did you administer it?" ask Dion to Mrs Erren.
"It seems, not yet .." said Mrs Erren.
Dion glanced at the clock that was coiling in his hand.
"Trus, what's Adele, Ma?"
"Just finished the operation. The doctor was talking to Aunt Erry. We can only wait, Dion."
"Yes, Ma."
Dion caught a familiar figure walking up to him wearing a doctor's shirt. The man rubbed his eyes when he saw her. He looked back from top to bottom.
"Su-Susan?" he said he didn't believe. She read the name tag on Susan's chest.
"Oh, good afternoon, Mr. Dion!" sapana. Trying to relax even though his heart has just been pounding while in the operating room and has not subsided when he has changed clothes.
"Mother doctor" said Mrs Erren kindly to see the person in front of her know her son.
"Yes, Mom."
Susan left the two of them without saying a word. He's still on duty to check the patient's condition in the ICU, Dion's cousin, and Susan doesn't care what Dion's business is for. The important thing for him was to just finish the task.
"Do you know the doctor, Yon?" ask the mother but not hugged by her son.
Dion watched Susan from behind and pulled her mother's arm.
"Ma, Mama .. if you wear white clothes it must be a doctor, right?" tanyanya seraya daydreaming.
"Yes, obviously!" tukas Sang Mama's.
Though Dion hoped Mama would answer with an OB or a waiter or a garbage man. She still did not blink looking at Susan from behind until she was lost from sight. I can't believe what I saw with my own eyes.
