Ch 8 - Problem Solving

Agreement again? Why are there so many agreements that man made? Nisha read carefully every thing written in the covenant. Try to examine every thing contained in it. Many things in the agreement made him very objectionable. Like for example he got compensation money?

He doesn't need that money. All she needs is a way to keep giving birth to the baby without her mother's knowledge. It seemed like he had to contact the male assistant to raise his objection.

Nisha looked around for the business card the assistant gave her. After obtaining it, Nisha attempted to dial the number by telephone from the hospital. His phone and bag may still be in the office locker. And he had no other way but to contact the assistant by hospital phone. On the second ring, the owner of the number answered the call.

“Halo?”

“De...with Mr Assistant?”

“Meanway? Who'sisthis? Who am I talking to?”

“Sa..i Ta..Tanisha Sir..”.

“Oh, Miss Tanisha?”

“Iy..Yes Sir..”.

“How is Miss Tanisha? Have you made a decision?”

“Eh...Eum..A...There is a pa...article I do not like Sir..”.

“Which article? Oh, you don't have to explain. Me and Aji's lawyer are going to the hospital now.” And the assistant hung up. Nisha stared at the phone blankly.

He was confused what to do? What kind of words should you say? He is not an educated man. She is just a high school grad girl. What would he say before smart people like the assistant and the father of the lawyer?

Nisha biting the end of the blanket. Reading the chapter by chapter with the heart. Many of these things he really disliked.

Moments later, there was a knock on the door in his room. Without a warning from him, the door of the room was opened. Enter Aji's assistant director and lawyer into the room.

“Nona Tanisha, We meet again.” Aji's lawyer greeted as he extended his hand. But out of fear Nisha did not welcome the helping hand.

“Ehem, okay. It seems Miss is not happy to meet me.”

“Now is not the time to mince words sir. Maybe we can just start?” ask Gerry's assistant.

“Pak Zico where? Looks like we need Mr. Zico's presence to reach this deal.”

“He refused to come here Sir. We can only make voice calls only.”

“Hem, okay. Then let's just get started. Miss Tanisha, looks like you've made up your mind?” aji's lawyer turned to face Nisha.

“Ke...decision?” Nisha asked with a trembling voice.

“You called Us. That means you have already made your decision.”

Nisha shook her head, not agreeing with the lawyer.

“Sa..I have not decided yet. Ta...but I object to the contents.” Nisha nervously tries to speak her mind.

“Actually you have no right not to agree to this agreement because you are only a second party. After I have examined, the contents in this agreement benefit you more than Our clients. Then where do you mind?”

“Eh...Eum... Mi. for example, article 3 and article 4. I don't need that compensation money. I really don't want this kid. Ta...but that does not mean I will sell it...”.

“Nona Tanisha, it's not selling. The money is just a form of gratitude that our client wants to express because you are pregnant with her child and are willing to give birth to her. So my advice, you should accept it.”

“Ta..but I really do not want it. I just want this kid to come out and have nothing to do with him and the guy. Ka...if she forces me to compensate, Sa...I decided not to give birth to this child..”.

Nisha tried to bluff, her voice sounding trembling. Inside his voice was tucked into a sense of insecurity as well as fear.

“Well Miss Tanisha. We will write down the items that object to you. We will tell our Director. Anything else?”

Nisha's voice broke, she started sobbing. His body trembled in fear. The thought of having to live with the man made her very frightened. He really didn't want to stay with that guy.

Aji's lawyer and Gerry's assistant exchanged glances. Gerry's assistant nodded his head, coding the answer to Aji's lawyer's question.

“Alright Miss Tanisha, We will consider your request. Anything else?”

Nisha shook her head. He hid his face behind his arm. A sign that wants to end the conversation.

“Alright Miss, We will convey your objection to the director and revise this agreement. Then, We say goodbye first.”

“How did it go? She's willing to approve it?”

“Please excuse me Sir. Most of Miss Tanisha agreed, but there were some articles that objected to her. She threatened not to give birth to the baby if we did not fulfill her request.”

“Which article?” Zico is angry.

He had already tried to arrange the agreement in such a way as to benefit the girl even more.  Why is there still something that makes him object? Is the compensation money offered still less large? Should he raise the compensation money?

“He does not approve articles 3, 4 and 5 Pak.”

“What is that article? read!”

“Article 3 and 4, regarding the compensation money Sir. He objected to the money. He didn't want to get that money. She threatened not to give birth to the baby if her request was not met. Then Article 5 about staying one roof sir. He doesn't want to stay one roof with you. He threatened to commit suicide if he had to stay with.”.

BRAAAKK!!

Zico punched his office desk. His handbook began to bleed. His body trembled as it held back anger.

“There again?!” ask her with a heavy voice.

“No Sir.”

“You can come out!”

“God's hand is bleeding, I'll call a medic..”.

“No need. You come out.” Zico waved his hand.

“Good Sir.” Gerry's assistant obeyed Zico's orders, he immediately walked out of the room.

Now all that's left in that room is Zico and his anger. How dare that woman threaten suicide just from staying with him? Was that her fear? That big? When it came to choosing, he also did not want the woman to stay with him!!

He made the article out of concern for the condition of his son alone. He didn't want his son to have to live in that dilapidated and rundown boarding house! He wants his son to get everything that is best even though he is still in the cage. Therefore he decided to make the woman stay beside him, so that he could more easily monitor the growth of the baby up close.

Unexpectedly his good intentions were even reciprocated like this?!! If he was not drunk, he would never touch the woman. The woman is below her level. In any case, there was nothing about the woman that attracted him. The woman is 180 degrees different from her fiance (her former fiance).

Then what should he do now? Did he have to let that woman stay in that slum? Nope, no. She would not let her child grow up in such a dirty environment.

Does he have to buy a house and make that woman live there? But, if he did that the woman would still be alone. No one is really going to be watching him. What should he do so that the woman can live in a clean environment, supervised by her confidants as well as far away from herself?

Long Zico thought about that possibility. His brain is spinning fast. Then, it was as if getting a wangsit Zico clapped his hands together.

“Ya!!”
