Denis was already preparing to head to the sister's office. Just like her father's message to bring Maya home, because he wants to meet her. He stepped towards the parking lot. Open the car door and enter.
After the engine was on, he started driving his vehicle out of the basement. Just ten meters away, a long queue of vehicles had already filled the streets.
The red light that was in front made the traffic even worse. Right left there is a multi-storey building, where every time the clock home office arrives. Vehicles from inside the building exit in turn.
"Ah, fuck! It's a real mess again. Maya must have nagged me if I'm late for the pick-up!" rutuknya annoyed while hitting the steering wheel of the car.
He grabbed his phone, and immediately called his sister.
"Yes, May. I'm still stuck in traffic. You can't go to your own house?" ask Denis.
"Yes, I'm riding an online motorcycle," replied the voice across the street.
"Okey, thanks my sister, honey. Loe really understands. Adios. I'll wait at home." Denis hung up the phone. He then breathed a sigh of relief.
The distance between his office and Maya's office can be taken one hour more if it is not jammed. How about it gets stuck? Not to mention Maya's office to the house took an hour. Too long on the road.
Denis went straight home. Slowly the vehicle in front of him started to advance. Until he was right in front of the red light. Car stopped. Both eyes looked forward.
"Within?" he said softly when he saw a girl who had just passed in front of his car with a man the age of the girl.
He snorted annoyed.
"Pantes loe nolak me, Rin. Maybe you prefer a guy the same age as you," he murmured softly.
The light turns yellow, then green. Denis stepped on the gas slowly and drove.

Maya arrives in front of the fence of the father's house, just as the adzan magrib reverberates. He opened the fence and walked inside. The door is unlocked. He just went in after previously saying hello.
"Sister?" Sherli, who was watching television, approached her brother.
"Where's dad?" ask Maya while putting the bag on the sofa, and take off her shoes and socks. Then he walked down the stairs putting his shoes on the shelf.
"In the room, brother. From last night Papa wasn't feeling well."
"Oh yeah? Did you check?"
Sherli just shook his head weakly. Maya finally steps towards the father's room. Open the door slowly. He could see the middle-aged man leaning back while reading a book.
"Assalamualaikum, Pah," said Maya, he approached the father. Kissing the back of his hand with reverence.
"Maya, how are you, son? Papa kangen." The old eyes were wet.
"Alhamdulillah, good news, Pah. Did papa eat? Taking medicine?" ask Maya who is now sitting on the edge of the bed while massaging her father's legs.
Hardi smiled, "Udah. Have you eaten yet?"
"Later on, Pah. Hungry yet. Why isn't Papah on medication? He said it hurt."
"It's healing, it's you." Hardi clasped the princess' hand.
"Your hands are so rough like this, honey?" hardi asked as he looked at his daughter's palm.
Maya grimaces.
"Well, you work at Adji's house. I mean Papah, ya nyuci, ya cook," guess Hardi.
"Yes, Pah."
"Alhamdulillah, this spoiled son of Papah can do homework."
"Ish, Papah." Maya blushed in shame.
Hardi was proud, his favorite daughter was willing to do homework which he had never worked in his own home.
"You told Adji that you wanted to come here?" ask Hardi again to make sure.
"Udah, Pah."
"Good enough."
"Well, I want to pray magrib first, yes."
"Owh, yes. Papah is not praying either."
Maya cringing. "Is he praying?" ask Maya to be confused. Because he knew, his father used to rarely perform this one worship.
"Alhamdulillah, already this month Papah likes to take part in studies at the office. Papah's starting to break up, afraid of being late, May. Especially when Papah is old. No one knows the age, right?"
"Alhamdulillah, then we worship aja yuk, Pah!"
"May, take Sherli, May."
"Yes, Pah." Maya moved from her seat to the outside of the room.
The three of them prayed magrib congregated in a small mushola in the house.
💕💕💕
Elsewhere, Adji who since three o'clock in the afternoon has returned home. Now he is in a mosque. He had just finished performing the magrib prayer.
He picked up a small mushof in the glass cabinet. Open and read in a low voice. The holy verse of the Quran recites the beautiful. He hadn't touched that thing for almost a week and it felt like something was missing from his life. The rush of being a husband almost makes him negligent. He knew it was a mistake.
Suddenly a young boy sat next to him with a hunting breath. The boy patted Adji on the shoulder.
"Bang, Bang Adji!" call him.
Adji stopped his reading and turned to the other side. "Why, Van?" adji asked the boy named Ivan.
"At Bang Adji's house there are people, from earlier Gedor-gedor house Abang continues. He said his brother is Brother. Mending Brother went home. Afraid of the residents," said the thirteen-year-old boy.
"Owh, that. Yes already. Thanks, Van."
"Yes, Bang."
Adji got up from his seat, again he put the unfinished mushof he read in the closet. Then hurry home.
💕💕💕
From a distance Adji can already see who the guest referred to Ivan earlier. The man was sitting on the porch of his house. His face was down, hair a little messy. However, he still looks handsome wearing a short-sleeved black shirt combined with jeans and white sneakers.
"Assalamualaikum" said Adji.
The man turned his head then approached Adji and shook his shoulders. "Dji, finally loe dateng too. I waited for Loe from earlier. It's really important, there's something I want to talk about" he said.
"We're talking inside, brother. Not good to see people." Adji invited his brother in.
They sit in the living room.
"What's wrong? Tumben Brother night-night here?" ask Adji.
"Dji, I just want your ingetin loe. It's critical. Loe's wife's family's concerned." Sean stared hard.
"What does Brother mean?"
"Loe must have known the case that befell me, right? Honestly, I put on a body now, I have no problem going to jail, my wife is sincere. Because I can't return that company money that I don't enjoy a penny at all."
Adji gawking at hearing it. What does her brother mean? Why didn't Sean enjoy the money? Where's the money?
"I don't understand, instead Brother has moved all the company's money as well as some shares owned by his father Maya huh? My sister's time doesn't enjoy." Adji shakes in disbelief.
"Dji, you have to trust me. I'm just being used, Dji." This time Sean's tone of speech was really convincing.
"Trus if Brother is on the device. What does that have to do with me? I can't help Brother."
"Dji, I don't need Loe's help. But Loe has to help loe's wife's family. The company is now under the control of Reza and his bokap. Unbeknownst to Maya. Half of the shares are in their hands. If Maya believes everything in Reza's hands, she'll lose it all."
"What?"
Sean finally told me. If in fact it is only used by Reza who incidentally is his closest friend with Doni. It was when Sean's father went bankrupt and he didn't have a job. Doni and Reza helped him.
Now when they see the success of his best friend. They're envious. Moreover, Sean managed to win the heart of a woman who is famous as the campus Princess. While they are both alone.
In the name of friendship, Doni and Reza try to get him into business and invest. Unsuspecting, Sean agreed to all of that. He was willing to corruption, even to fake a signature for investment that until now he never knew the results.
The last time he realized that he was just being used. When Sean knew very well where he was transferring those huge funds. And it turns out that the money had been in the account in the name of his father Reza along with the shares he sold belonging to his father Maya.
Sean gets caught manipulating the office's financial data. While the agreement between him and Reza there is no written evidence on the seal. The money was gone, and he never enjoyed it.
Money erases everything, friendships, careers and also good names. No one will believe in him anymore. Sean was willing to put the body on the police if his father Maya caught him. And that was talked about by the wife's family.
"Drink first, brother!"
"Thanks, Dji." Sean sipped slowly coffee made by his sister.
"Dji, you have to save Mr. Hardi's company. He's a good man, Dji," Sean said, staring intently at his brother.
"No, what's the evidence, let Reza take responsibility for everything?"
Sean just shook his head. "I was stupid, Dji. Overconfidence. Because I think. They are my best friends, they help me when I am in trouble. I didn't think Reza was the same. Moreover, Doni is furious because his love is rejected as raw as Maya."
"Maybe if I told you, the Maya family doesn't believe me, sister. Later I guess I asked for a position in the office. I have no experience. My High School diploma I haven't taken. Or you want to help me talk to Mr. Hardi. Maybe you still have proof of the transfer?"
"Oh yes, there is. My savings book. It's all there where the funds are I transfer. Okey. You're not going anywhere tomorrow, are you? I'll take it, and it'll clear everything's the same as Maya." Sean's eyes are excited.
"Yes, Brother. Inheritance Papih, Brother?" ask Adji in doubt.
"Later on, I don't need it. Yesterday I thought I could pay for everything to get my name back. But after I thought about it again. Poor bokap, make money for us, buy the house for us, the time we sell so for debt let alone this is all my fault. If you want a bokap house sold and the money you need. No problem. I'll pay for it, I'll sell my house. The important thing is that the bokap house exists"
Adji smiled happily to hear it. He did not intend to sell the heritage house. Because the house is the only memory they have.
"No, Brother. The house was rented. Let someone take a break" suggested Adji.
"It's okay, or if you want a place, it's okay, Dji."
"No ah, brother. Paying his list is expensive. Hihih." Adji chuckles.
Sean just shook his head. They talked for a long time. Such an atmosphere that Adji missed. The arrogant brother was now turning into a more docile one. Money blinds everything.
"Dji, I, I want rich loe, Dji," said Sean Lirih.
Adji. "meaning? Brother want to start?" tanyanya could not believe it.
"Bu-not that, Dji. I want to get rich, learn njai. Convert to Islam."
"God willing, Brother seriously?" Now both Adji's eyes sparkled hearing the brother's words.
Sean nodded. His desire was strong and steady. He wants to change. Not that old beliefs can't change it. He only felt a sense of comfort was there when with the Muslims, especially the wife is also a Muslim. They were married in different religions.
"When will you make a pledge?" ask Adji to make sure.
"When do you think?"
"Fastly, Brother. Good intentions don't be put off."
"Well, tomorrow, I'll bring proof of Reza."
"Not now? I said same to ustadz if I wanted to."
"Tomorrow, Dji. When I wear clothes like this?"
"I have a kok koko shirt, sarong, peci. But if you want tomorrow. Yes, I'll wait tomorrow. Ba'da Dzuhur aja."
"Sip, thanks Dji. Loe emang well, loe emang my sister the most the best." Sean got up and hugged his sister tightly.
"Sister too, most of the best."
"Where are you going, oh where's your wife?" sean asked as he walked out of the house.
"Again to his bokap house. He's coming home!" Adji points to the end of the road where Maya is already visible and is stepping closer to them.
"Assalamualaikum," said Maya.
"Getishalight."
Maya grabs her husband's hand and kisses the back of his hand in reverence. He also talked to Sean.
"Are you Sean?" ask Maya nervously.
"Yes, May. How's Mr Hardi? Healthy?" ask Sean.
Maya nodded softly.
"Greetings to your father, say my apology to your father. I promise to be responsible. I apologize to you too. I've been wrong all along."
Maya just nodded. He was surprised by Sean's unusual attitude.
"I'll excuse you. Dji, I'm home, Ya." Sean also said goodbye.
"Yes, Brother. Careful."
Sean smiled. There was a happy feeling when Maya and Adji saw the smile from the face of the person they had known fierce, rude and arrogant.
💕💕💕
The night began to rise. The two men are now on top of the dispute. Adji lay on the bed while the wife was kneeling her husband's legs.
"But why are you? Weird." Maya looks at her husband.
Adji looked up at the ceiling.
"I'm happy, Sean's brother is finally about to change. He wants to convert to Islam."
"Are you serious? Alhamdulillahot. What else did he tell you?" ask Maya enthusiastically.
Maya lies down next to her husband. Hugging the husband from the side while looking at Adji's face.
"Yes tomorrow he'll come here, I'll take him to Mr. ustadz."
"I'm cool, he looks cool that way. Not usually rich."
Adji glanced at his wife, feeling that his wife was praising him while there he was.
"Yes, Sean is cool. The handsome and the tyrant," Adji chirped in an annoyed tone.
"Ish, what's wrong with you? How does Judes say that?"
"Yes you, mijitin did not. Uh even muji-muji Brother Sean. What am I less handsome?"
"Oh yes I forgot. You're a real good-looking man, honey. Where good, sholeh, smart, diligent worship, dear wife. The best anyway." Maya sat back down and grabbed her husband's leg. He forgot that he was on his feet, because of the preoccupation of talking.
Adji pulled his wife's hand until it fell right over her body. Maya looked at the husband's face right in front of her.
Their noses touched, the roar of breath was heard hunting between the two.
Cup.
A kiss landed on Maya's thin lips, they clasped each other while hugging tightly. Enjoy the night together.
Suddenly the sound of knocking on the door sounded loudly in front. The two look at each other. Maya immediately jumped and got off the bed, so jiga with Adji who came running out.
Maya opened the door slowly. People came to his house.
"Is there a RT?" adji asked a man who was standing at the front.
"Son Adji, your brother was in an accident. Killed in a hit truck when she crossed."
"Do you know where my brother is?" ask Adji still can't believe it.
"Si Ivan just happened to walk down that road. He met your brother, want to come back here he said. Something's missing maybe."
Adji walked into the living room looking towards the chair, right. Her brother's cell phone was lying there.
"Where is my brother, sir?" tanya Adji tried hard. He just hoped it wasn't his sister.
"His body is still on the street, wait for the police to come."
Adji ran into the streets after some residents. Maya follows after closing and locking the door.
From a distance the crowd was seen crowded watching the incident. The truck that allegedly hit the body has been secured along with the driver and his knuckle.
Adji is still in disbelief, he approaches a body covered in banana leaves. He sat down and his eyes became wet when he saw the white shoes he knew.
His eyes closed for a moment, holding tight. He dared to open the leaves covering the victim's face. His face was clean, even as if it was not stained with blood. Blood was flowing from the back of his head.
Adji gulps. Her crying broke right then and there. Maya rubs her shoulders and strengthens her husband. He also cried. They don't believe. This meeting was the last meeting.
Adji supported his head with both hands. His shoulders continued to shake violently. He was happy to hear his brother wanted to change, his brother was good. But just a few minutes ago. Now he has no one else. Her father and sister had left first. His prayers and hopes are one. May Allah always accept the good intentions of his brother to become a convert.
