For Happy

"Ck! Dad, Mom, I'm an adult. If you want to listen, please, but don't disturb us. Also when I decide."

"Kevin, answer me a question. What is your relationship with this woman?" Erik pointed to the woman who was now sitting next to Kevin on the edge of the bed. "Is he your ex-boyfriend?"

"former?" Kevin laughs. "I don't know the name."

"Mmh?" Erik's eyebrows are linked. "You don't lie to me, Kevin!"

"I've never called her name." Kevin turned to the woman. "Yes, right?"

The woman looked at Erik and nodded. "Yes, Mr. Kevin never called my name because he didn't know Sir" she said.

"Then how do you know my son's name?" erik asked the woman.

"She's a former nurse here Well." Kevin represents.

"Oh ...." Erik looked back at the baby in the woman's arms. "Then why did you ask my son to donate his bone marrow? You are not ...." He glanced at the two and pointed, but then he rounded his eyes. "You ...."

"I was drunk Dad." Kevin glanced at the woman. "And this nun used me."

The woman closed her eyes. It hurts to be slandered, because every time he met this man he always felt heartache. Yes, this is how the poor always get injustice, but even so, from so many people who insult him, only in this man can he hope even though he has to face his mouth spicy.

"What is he here for? Just get rid of the woman" Karen sidelines cynically.

"Mom, Dad, can you not bother me?" kevin was upset.

"But Kevin, your body is very weak. I'm not sure you're strong enough to make that donation."

Kevin rolled his eyeballs. "Dad, please. Can't you, I'm sitting quietly with mom on the couch."

"Kevin ...."

"Ck! Yeah, I'm going to the cafeteria." Kevin stood up. "Come on!"

The woman immediately stood up and followed the man.

"Kevin!"

But Kevin ignored Erik's words. The man then walked parallel to the woman which made everyone look towards her. A rich man with a poor woman holding a baby walked towards the elevator. The eyes of the people around made the woman awkward.

Inside the elevator, Kevin did not glance at her but towards the baby she was carrying. The baby is rarely fussy unless he hears a knock or a loud noise and then he cries.

After getting out of the elevator, they headed to the cafeteria, but before sitting down, Kevin offered him a meal. "What do you want to eat, just ask."

"Eh, no need sir." The woman looked down.

"Our talk will be long, so just order it."

They're already standing in front of the storefront.

"I've had a hard time eating lately, sir, sorry. Not swallowed when I see my son like this." The woman's tears were dripping.

"Why did you come to me? Are you saying this is my son?"

The woman glanced at Kevin with still tears in her eyes. "I'm sorry sir. I don't know myself. All this time I tried not to involve you, but this disease forced me to come to you because me and my husband, none of whom were suitable to be able to donate marrow to this child. I can only beg you sir, maybe your marrow matches him, would you give the marrow of the Father to this child?"

Kevin was silent for a moment. He then ordered 2 cups of tea and asked to be delivered to his desk at the cafeteria cashier. He picked a table and sat there. The woman followed him.

"May I know your name?" The man leaned his body forward.

"My name is Uliyah, sir."

"Mmh .. the boy's name?"

"Safi."

"If I can donate my marrow, what do I get?"

The woman looks confused. "Do you want to repeat the events of that time?"

"No. I don't want it anymore."

"Then what should I do? Just tell me, I'll do it."

Kevin looked at the woman for a moment. "Actually as a nurse, you know the risk of people giving donors."

The woman nodded.

"Don't he have any siblings?"

"This is my only son sir." The woman held her son.

The waiter in the cafeteria brought tea for the two so they fell silent for a moment. After that ....

"You're gonna do anything for that kid, right?" Kevin confirm.

"Yes, Sir. I'll do it."

"OKs. If it turns out I can help you, give the boy to me."

"W-what?" The woman was surprised.

"You heard my words, right? Give the boy to me."

"But, I don't know if this is your son or not ...."

"Did you sleep with a lot of people?" ask Kevin to be upset.

"Bu-not that I mean Sir. It's possible that this is my husband's son just happens to be the marrow doesn't fit."

Kevin's getting pissed. "Then, the DNA tests."

The woman looked down. "Sorry Sir."

Kevin was so angry. He began to fall in love with the baby. Suddenly the baby was crying. It looks like he just woke up from his sleep.

"I forgot to take the milk again ...." Uliyah confusion. He stood up immediately.

"Where are you going?"

"You're buying mineral water."

"Mineral water? Does your son need milk?"

"I want to buy biscuits for the baby, sir. There's already teeth."

Kevin stood up immediately. "This is me buying it. Can your son eat?"

Finally the woman followed. "Eat softly sir."

The woman was a little surprised by Kevin's change. It wasn't as good as it was when we first met. "Eh, yes sir."

"Message only. Which one?"

Finally they bought green bean porridge and mineral water. Then they went back to their table.

Uliyah sat her baby in her lap and fed her porridge. The little baby ate slowly while staring in surprise at Kevin. Maybe because the baby had never seen it.

Kevin was moved to be closer to her. "May I carry it?" His face looks happy.

Little wonder, Uliyah assented. When he handed Safiyah to Kevin, the baby seemed to know and threw his head away from Kevin. He seems confused and embarrassed.

"Oh, shame on you?" The man grabbed me and grabbed him. He enjoyed it for a while. The baby turned bold enough to look at Kevin with his cute round eyes.

"Hello ..," the man said to the little baby.

The baby is not crying.

"Try here the iceberg bean porridge, let me take the bribe." Kevin asked for the remaining porridge.

"What?"

Meanwhile in Kevin's treatment room, his parents were busy guessing.

"If it's Kevin's son, Kevin should marry him."

"Dad, I see Kevin doesn't like it. I feel like Kevin's been framed by that woman. That woman must be after our treasure" said Karen fiercely.

"But Kevin still has to take responsibility."

"Just give that woman the money she wants."

"Can't be so ma'am, it's not polite."

"And he wants money, so give me sa—"

The two men entered, Kevin and Uliyah.

"It's called Uliyah Yah, and I'm going to get a donor match test" said Kevin, who came with the baby.

Both of his parents were flabbergasted to see Kevin holding the baby.

"And if I can donate it, I'll donate it."

"Kevin .. why don't you get married" he asked.

Kevin laughs. "Well, she doesn't have a husband."

Erik scratched his head.

Kevin also underwent various tests. Also the DNA test that the child later knew was his son. His marrow was apparently compatible with Safiyah and his body was declared healthy enough for marrow retrieval. That guy is so happy.

Every day Kevin visited Safiyah in the special care room with Uliyah until the donation time arrived. Kevin had a small operation to retrieve his marrow. After that he had to lie in bed for 2 weeks, while Safiyah also felt the same but only 3 days and after that his health changed. Kevin and Uliyah were very happy.

"Take care of my son for as long as I'm sick, but you can't take him anymore. She's mine."

Uliyah. Sad to have to part with her only child but forced to do because at home she began to quarrel with her husband. The man realized he had been lied to by his wife of 3 years after she said Safiyah was not his son.

Uliyah works in a small hospital, her mother is still sickly while her husband who works odd jobs does not want to take care of her baby at home, until the best place Safiyah is now is indeed with Kevin.

Uliyah sat down on the chair beside Kevin. He fed Safiyah, baby porridge. "A lot of people, son."

"Ma-mom." Little Safiyah started talking.

Kevin was very happy to see Safiyah eating. While lying down rubbed the head of Safiyah who was still short-haired. The little baby looked at Kevin slowly.

"That's who?" ulliyah asked her son while pointing at Kevin.

The baby, whose neck was not yet strong, turned to his mother and then Kevin.

"That's Papa."

"Pa-pa," Safiyah imitated.

Kevin was very excited to see it. He shed tears.

Uliyah saw it too. He is now convinced, Kevin is the right person to leave his son even though he will no longer be able to see Safiyah. He was sincere, for the future of Safiyah.

"Thank you, for bringing the files to Safiyah. Safiyah's plan is I'll change her name."

"Replace?"

"Yes. I don't want him to remember his past. I don't want anyone else reminding him of the past either."

"So what's it gonna be called?"

"Calula. I like that name. Kalula Torick Natawijaya's. Taken from my name Kevin Torick Natawijaya."

"Yes already," Uliyah assented.

Meanwhile Erik is confused by Kevin's relationship with Uliyah. They cannot be put together because Uliyah has a husband but what if someone asks the whereabouts of Safiyah who is now in Kevin's room while Kevin himself is not married? What should he answer?

Suddenly Abra came and was surprised to see the whereabouts of Uliyah and Safiyah. Especially with the baby bed in the room.

"This ... who ...?" Abra glanced at Erik.

Uliyah turned to Abra and nodded his head. The man glanced back at Erik. His father called to sit together.

After coming, still in shock, Erik told her everything. Abra can't keep her mouth shut because she doesn't know what to say because it's surprising enough for her that Kevin already has children without her knowledge, even from married women. When it happened, he himself did not even know.

"So how will they?"

Erik shrugged his shoulders.

"Pa-w."

"Mmh, you're good at calling Papa huh?" The man rubbed the baby's head. "If you notice his eyes look like me?"

Uliyah tried to pay attention. "Mmh, that's right."

Seeing the familiarity of Kevin and Uliyah made Abra confused.
