Keyan Tears

Time is cutting night. Spheres of sweat sprung up on Valonia's forehead. His breath wave was irregular, his beautiful eyelids were moving restlessly. Valonia's body trembled violently, though there was not the slightest movement from Keyan. The man seemed to be drowning in his tiredness and did not react.

Valonia's eyes opened slowly, Nightmares came and it was exactly like a flash of memory coming through her eyes. A few hours of sleep does not eliminate the dream. However it was as if it was real and Valonia had actually experienced it.

"Papa, I'm sorry. If I hadn't panicked that night, Papa would have been helped. I'm evil ! I'm the cause of Papa's death. I killed Papa !" Valonia murmured suddenly in panic and covered both her ears.

Tita's words rang out, Valonia was getting out of control. His gaze was so empty. The events of Alvan's impaled and Papa Danu's accident. And Keyan was driven from his family. It made Valonia feel guilty.

Unable to control her emotions, Valonia suddenly silently stared. His mind was empty with a blank look. What would he live for if he was the cause of trouble for those closest to him?

Without looking around, Valonia lowered her legs from the top of the gurney. She always screamed Mama Merry shortly before the incident. Valonia also recalled her father not acting as he called in between her half-consciousness.

Valonia's steps are getting faster leaving her room. His face was very panicked and sad. She hopes that Mama Merry can deliver Papa Danu to the hospital, she is the place where Mama Merry holds on when she panics to see her husband unconscious. However, that hope was broken in the middle of the road because of the accident. In fact, the incident took away Papa who loved him.

Valonia was already on the hospital roftoop. Sweat poured profusely, not a bit Valonia felt tired when climbing the stairs one by one to the roftoop. His bare feet did not feel cold. Valonia stood on the side of the barrier her gaze straight into the night sky and was in despair.

The more the wind hit Valonia's body in the silence of the roftoop. The louder the killer whisper in his ear. He felt more guilty about the death of Papa Danu.

Keyan panicked when Endi woke him up. So did Mama Merry already sobbed full to worry. Endi who wakes up wanting to go to the bathroom sees an empty gurney just left Keyan.

"Master Keyan ! We saw your wife come out of the room. And up the stairs. We suspect Mrs Valonia is on the roftoop, some male nurses are already there." A guard nurse entered without permission to notify Keyan. After one of them sees Valonia coming out and not coming back.

Keyan ran to the elevator and followed Endi with Mama Merry. Keyan's chest was pounding, his lips pale bloodless. His body seemed to be powerless and trembling, his breathing as if suffocating. His feet were not on the floor.

Keyan tried to resuscitate himself, with several heavy breaths. He was agitated because the movement of the elevator seemed slow, he was impatient but also afraid.

As the elevator opened, Keyan ran to open the door to the roftoop. His fear grew uncontrollable when several male nurses were already there. The rotation of the earth seemed to come to a halt as the night wind slapped his gallant body.

Keyan's knees are getting more detached from his cup. But also relieved to see his wife sitting and his head bowed. With a limp Keyan approached his wife who was guarded by two male nurses.

Keyan's crying broke. While dropping his body in front of Valonia. His hands clenched tightly to the wife's cold body. Keyan's cry grew louder and more regretful because he did not wake up on time.

"Darling, it's me." Keyan raised his wife's face and cupped both of his cheeks. "Why are you ?" He kissed Valonia. His hand re-embraced Valonia's body which was silent with a blank look.

"Key, take him down first. The air's getting cold." Endi touched Keyan's shoulder. Then saying. "Thank you for being here first."

"Sama-sama sir, now we go down. Our colleague has a wheelchair." One of the nurses grabbed a wheelchair.

"I just carry it." Keyan raised his wife's weak body and stood up straight. While Mama Merry just silently cried in the relief of her heart.

"I ask for your cooperation, for this incident not to leak out." Pinta Endi with great hope.

"I'll be in charge." Sonny came with a panicked and pale face. The condition is exactly the same as Keyan.

"Thank you, Son. Let's go downstairs." Endi stepped up to follow Keyan.

Keyan entered the elevator, his netra could not be separated from the face of his wife who was silent expressionless. Arriving in the nursery, Keyan placed Valonia on top of the gurney. There are already Alvan and Mr. Andre and Mr. Ardi. They were worried because Keyan went into their ward to look for Valonia.

Keyan landed a gentle kiss on his wife's forehead. His heart ached to see Valonia as the undead. Keyan's fingers tidied up the hair that covered Valonia's face. He looked at the wall and saw that the clock was three o'clock in the night. His eyes felt no more sleepiness.

"How, Son?" Alvan appears anxious after waking up because Keyan is looking for Valonia in his room.

"Good choice, hopefully Valonia will be back as it was tomorrow. Have patience, Key. It's a trial for you." Mr. Andre gently patted Keyan's shoulder channeling a father's warmth.

"Thank you, Om. Whatever Jasmine's condition, I remain by her side. Even if it's crazy together." Keyan has been peeping at his wife's knuckles since he put them on his lips.

"May not, son. Don't just talk." Mr. Andre can feel the sadness and deep love of Keyan's heart. "Now, Om and Alvan are back next door. Just let me know if there's anything." The middle-aged man walked over to Alvan.

"You're not alone, Key." Alvan smiled giving strength and support to his best friend

"Thank you, Al. Get well soon." Keyan returned Alvan's smile.

Mr. Andre pushes Alvan's wheelchair to leave Valonia's ward. So did Mr. Ardi after giving words of encouragement to his superiors. He went back to his room. Tomorrow the Valonia driver can go home because he is declared cured.

Sonny and Endi sat on the sofa enjoying the warm coffee that Keyan's assistant had just bought in the cafeteria. They need coffee to refresh their eyes until sunrise.

"Valo, this is my dear Mama. You hear Mama, son ? Sleep again is still night. Don't be afraid and sad, Mama's daughter didn't do anything wrong." Mama Merry whispered to Valonia hoping for a response from her daughter. "Valo, don't be like this. Kasian your husband, son. She's sad to see you sick."

"Ma, don't force him. Now Mama's sleeping again." Keyan touched Mama Merry's arm with a gentle smile.

Mama Merry nodded, however she had to rest. His aging body should not be too tired. If you want to stay healthy and can play with your grandchildren later.

"Key, this is your coffee." Endi stepped in to give Keyan's coffee. He and Sonny moved seats.

Keyan took it and drank it little by little. He smiled to see his wife's eyes began to look, a sign that the eyelids would soon be closed.

"Dear sleep again, don't be afraid.  I'll keep you company." Keyan justifies Valonia's blanket and kisses her forehead. His hands gently stroked the head of his wife. "I love you dear."

In the morning, not a second did Keyan close his eyes. This man is still in his position, sitting on the edge of the bed while holding his wife's fingers.

"Key, shower. Nak !" Mama Merry touched her daughter-in-law's shoulder gently. He knows that Keyan didn't go to sleep after last night. "Then you rest later if Valo wakes up. Mama will wake you."

"I'll just wait for Jasmine, Ma." Reject Keyan still flinching on the side of the gurney.

"Key, today there's an important meeting after hours of rest in our office. You go to bed, Derry's gonna pick you up. Now I'm going to the cafeteria first after that I'm going to the office." Endi grabbed his phone and stepped outside the room.

Keyan was forced to obey and with a heavy heart immediately stepped into the bathroom. He should attend this important meeting. Because, for the sake of cooperation with a large company on JFB.

After cleaning his body, Keyan again sat on the side of the gurney. He kissed Valonia's forehead gently, even though it was not fine. But the beauty of Valonia Jasmine does not fade.

"You are still beautiful even when you are asleep. I hope, later if having a daughter will be beautiful like you." Keyan put his hand on his wife's stomach. Her lips smiled as if imagining that in Valonia there was a little princess of her dreams.

"Key, breakfast first. After that you sleep. Soon Varen and Bang Levin will stop by before going to the cafe. Varen called me." He put the food he just bought.

"Thank you, En. It's been accompanying me here." Keyan sat on the sofa. While opening the food that you bring. "Ma, let's have breakfast. Mama can also rest at home, later Mommy is also here."

"All right." Mama Merry took her place at the end of the sofa. Although not tasteful but he still has to eat.

The delicious rice was like a flavorless dreg after touching the tongue of Keyan and Mama Merry. Even so, they must still have energy to be healthy while accompanying Valonia Jasmine.
