Chapter 48: The Effects of the Two Red Signs
Ray takes Amara to the hospital in his car with Ardi driving. While he held Amara in the back seat. Ray stroked Amara's lips that were bleeding gently then her cheeks that began to swell and the blood on her forehead that had dried up her tears came back to drip. Ray could not imagine how Amara struggled alone until being persecuted like that.
"I'm not going to let them go Ar. I'll make sure they're in jail for life!" Slow but vengeful that is the meaning of the word implied in Ray's speech. His eyes could not see Amara's pale face
"Yes sir I agree."
"Faster than Ar. Poor Amara."
"Good sir." Twenty minutes later they had arrived at Citra Medika hospital. Ray runs to Amara's body and Ardi calls the doctor
"Doctor! Doctor!" Ray shouted in the hospital hallway. Then some of the sisters came with a gurney. Slowly Ray laid down Amara's body. The nurse quickly pushed the gurney into the check room.
"Ray!" Greet dr. Rudi and Ray's best friend as soon as he enters the room.
"Rudis. Quickly check out my future wife."
"Wife candidate? Well you already have Ray's future wife." Ray looked at Rudi with his eagle gaze his eyes reddened with a stern face.
"Do you have to ask this? Quick check him! If anything happens to him I'll kill you." Appoint Ray to dr. Rudy.
"I.iya Ray's. You can go out first."
"Wait Rud!" Ray remembered Amara who only wore her bra and suit as cover.
"Why Ray?"
"Let the sisters replace Amara's clothes."
"Well Ray." after Amara put on the clothes of the doctor Rudi also examined him.

While Mr. Dirga was at the police station to be questioned and the three bastards were being treated for gunshot wounds each.
After he finished giving information, Dirga contacted Ardi and asked about Amara's whereabouts and condition.
Then after that Mr. Dirga contacted his wife and told if Amara was being treated at Citra Medika hospital but Mr. Dirga had not told him about the kidnapping that hit Amara which caused him to now lie in the hospital.

Amara has been moved to the nursing room. Ray was faithfully beside Amara clasping her hand with the occasional kiss.
"Wake up, baby, I miss you. Didn't you promise to introduce me to your parents. You also promised not to leave me again." Ray clasped Amara's hand and kissed her for a long time. Channeling the love he has for Amara. Ray felt someone touch his shoulder slowly.
"Ray.." greet mama ana softly. Ray looked up and had mama ana standing next to him. Ray stood up and hugged momma. Ray could not hide the fragility of his heart he cried in the arms of mama ana. Mom Anna was also crying.
After calmer, Ray took off his arms and wiped his tears using his arms. Mama Ana sees her future daughter-in-law lying with wounds on her swollen cheeks and bruised corners of her lips. Then look at the appearance of his son who was in disarray. Random hair scrambled white clothes that there are many blood stains make mama ana back to shed tears.
"What happened to Ray. What's wrong with Amara?"
"Ray failed to keep Amara ma. Ray fails to be a protector for Amara. Ray is useless ma. useless." Ray shouted with his own hair. Mama Anna hugged Ray back to calm him down.
"Dear no. You didn't fail this was all a disaster. Please don't blame yourself, son. Mama's sure if Amara sees you like this she'll be sad."
"Mama's right. I don't want Amara to be sad. I'm not gonna let anyone hurt her again." Ray took off Mom's embrace and tried to calm down. Ray walked towards the sofa that was in the room. Mama follows Ray and sits next to him.
"Drink first, son!" Mama Ana offers a bottle of mineral water to Ray
"Thank you ma." After calmer mama ana again asked Ray about what happened. Ray also told about the incident that happened to Amara.
"What's? Who are they Ray? Don't let them get away. Poor Amara must be she's so scared of Ray. How did the doctor say if there were serious injuries?"
"For a while only a wound on his face ma. The doctor's still waiting until Amara regains consciousness."
"No ma! The doctor checked it out. Amara's still virgin they haven't made it to that. But…"
"But what's Ray?" Ray recalled that there were two red marks of kiss marks on Amara's upper chest and on her front neck. Which makes Ray heavy to say.
"Ray.why are you silent. What's going on?"
"When Ray came, one man was on Amara Ma's body. And Amara's clothes were open. Ray doesn't know what they've done."
"But you said just now Amara was still Ray's virgin."
"Yes right ma! Amara is still virgin but the man has touched the upper body of Amara ma. Even the man left a trace there."
"Are you disappointed in Amara?" Ray did not answer
"Are you now disgusted by him?" Ray still did not answer
"Do you blame Amara?"
"No ma!"
"Now Mom asks what you saw when you came. Are all Amara's clothes messy?"
"No ma. Only the shirt has been removed. Everything is still neat."
"Then what makes you think that far."
"How far is ma? Ray didn't think of anything."

"But the man left his mark there ma. Which Ray himself has never felt." Reply Ray who is no less shouting.

Mama Ana slaps Ray's cheek.
"Mama's disappointed in you, Ray. You forget that your mom is a girl. What if it all happened to mom what if your dad was just like you. Is this what you call Ray's love? If you can't accept Amara let mama take care of her." Then mama ana went to get close to Amara and sat down beside her.
"Ma.." call Ray weak.
"Go home and let Mama take care of Amara."
"Ray wants to be here with Amara ma."
"What's Ray for? Aren't you disgusted with this body for what you still care about it."
"Ray is not disgusted ma."
"Then?"
"Ray just.."
"Have Ray come home, change your clothes and calm yourself." Ray approaches wanting to touch Amara but momma ana stops him.
"Go home Ray!"Ray leaves Ana and Amara in the hospital and returns with Ardi.
I don't know what Ray feels right now he loves Amara even so much he can't see Amara getting hurt. Ray also felt extreme pain when he saw Amara's condition like that. but Ray also felt heartache when remembering the marks on the chest above Amara and on his neck that made Ray think of things that were not.
