CHAPTER 9: THE RIVAL

"yes, it's me. Cha Joon Young...!!" Joon Young opened his mask and hat. Eun Seung is surprised not to play, all this time who will kidnap him is his own friend. Even the rival during the competition. He can't speak. Many questions were addressed to him.

"You can repay your family's debt of three hundred million to me?" Joon Young whispered softly. But it still sounded in Eun Seung's ears. The girl weakened, she sat down on the chair that was beside her.

"i don't believe you...!!" Eun Seung exclaimed at Joon Young who was in front of him.

"you may not believe me, but this is the covenant letter your father gave to my family..." Joon Young gave a paper sheet that contained an agreement from both parties. Eun Seung took it, right his father's name Lee Do Jin signed the letter and Hae Rim's name was next to him. Everything is clearly on the stamp. The agreement is binding on the applicable law. There are consequences there if Eun Seung can't pay for it. Hae Rim asks Lee Do Jin's son to marry his grandson Cha Joon Young. "...grandmother wants to revive the pastry shop you once had, she pityes to see your father has no more work. So, I just wanted to offer this to you. I'm not going to marry you, so pay your debt until the limit of three months from now.." Joon Young ended his conversation with Eun Seung. He sipped the drink he ordered until it ran out. "...prepare, I'll take you home." Joon Young said again offering him help.

"i can go home by myself...!!" Eun Seung's voice started to taper. He doesn't want to be next to Joon Young right now. Being with her, made Eun Seung very burdened. His mind was just the three hundred million debt his father had lent him.

"alright, I'll wait outside. I hope you change your mind with your attitude..." Joon Young starts preparing to leave Eun Seung walking towards the exit.
