37. Shin Asked a lot

A million feelings in the chest when looking at Adrian, it makes the view of Dhiarra so empty. In between the existing happy, there is a disappointed slippage that comes. Adrian promises a wedding without giving a deadline. But Dhiarra was silent, not wanting to drop any more of Adrian's pride among the people sitting together staring at him.

"Sazlin will come tomorrow morning to the office, Mr. Shin. He just arrived. The flight was delayed" apparently this is what Faiz wanted to convey from earlier.

"Talk to Sazlina, tomorrow I wait," Shin responded to the news from Faiz.

Shin looked at Dhiarra and Yuaneta.

"Both of you, come home with me" the man walked forward without looking.

Submissively, Dhiarra and Yuaneta followed Shin's steps outside the building in silence. Dhiarra walks with a branched mind. Between staring blankly at the sturdy back that was walking firmly in front, with the contents of the head running around on Adrian. Where did Adrian go? How does Adrian feel now? Is the man happy or disappointed?

The journey to Yuaneta's house in Batu Beram is shrouded in silence. Until it really reaches the end of the alley to the position of Yuaneta's house.

"No. I actually feel a bit relieved. I honestly can't bear to refuse it, Mr. Shin," Dhiarra replied truthfully.

"I'm sorry if I was impressed to hold you back. But you have to understand, Dhiarra. You've come to my house and I'm letting you stay in my house. So you have to accept the consequences. Following the rules in my house," Shin said somewhat softly.
