Alden was already on his way to his apartment after returning home from Indonesia, the drama to surprise Roland also worked, they managed to see Roland's stupid face as Anna said everything.

"What are you thinking?" Cassandra, who had been watching Alden, became curious when Alden remained silent until they arrived at the man's apartment.

Alden takes Cassandra to convince her that Alden has started to believe her.

"No, it's just that seeing Roland and Anna I feel guilty for you." Cassandra frowned.

"What do you mean?"

"Cassandra I don't really want this wedding, I just made you a stumbling block so I could get all my property.."

There was no surprise from Cassandra and Alden was sure Cassandra had already found out from Gres.

"I don't mind if it's for your own good.." Alden snorted inwardly as he watched Cassandra blush.

"Actually I love another woman, which I can't forget my whole life" Cassandra pouted, she knew who she was, as Gres said she was named Airin.

"Just because of something, we couldn't get together because of an incident she had to be Daddy's wife.." Cassandra widened her eyes, looking surprised.

"What?"

Alden breathed "Yes, he is Gres, my lover.We had to be separated for eleven years because of something. and now we have another chance to come back.."

Cassandra widened her eyes, getting shocked..

"I'm sorry Cassandra was supposed to be our secret, but seeing you I feel so evil, for using you.."

"A.pa?"

"After I got all mine, Gres and I were planning on getting back together.."

Cassandra shrivels up wanting him to be in disbelief but Alden's look is so serious it makes her growl in the heart, what Gres has been lying to her, deceiving and using her.

"I thought you loved Airin.." Cassandra monologues but can still be heard by Alden.

"Watery?" Cassandra nodded.

Alden clenched his hand "No, Airin is only a surrogate woman to me, so that's impossible." saying that Alden tried to hide all his pain, not Airin more than meant anything to him, but his life, too, he was even struggling to be with her, Alden muttered an apology in his heart for Airin for saying this.

"I also couldn't possibly sacrifice all my property just for a surrogate woman.." Cassandra feels so stupid that she is fooled by Gres, the goddamn Gres, the woman comes to her and says that they will ally in order to get Barnes's treasure, with Cassandra being able to get the handsome Alden, but apparently Gres will get everything, as well as Alden's treasure.

But wait, if Gres loves Alden what about Doctor Luke..

Cassandra looked at Alden "Al, does Gres really love you?" Alden frowned. "No. I mean is you never suspect about his loyalty.."

Alden shook his head "No, I'm sure Gres will be loyal to me, he's only married to Daddy because of Patricia.."

Cassandra nodded in disbelief at Alden's words "No Al, what if Gres had a relationship with another man.."

Alden stiffened his jaw "No, Gres is not like that, listen Cassandra I'm saying this out of guilt and you can resist this matchmaking, but that doesn't mean you can vilify Gres in front of me!" Cassandra shrinks in fear at Alden's anger, but she won't let Gres win because she's been cheating on him.

"I can prove to you that Gres is not as good as you think Al is.. I even heard it was actually the man who made the fake DNA test results about Patricia that she was actually the man's daughter.." Alden flipped his body, his lips grinning as he managed to make Cassandra believe him, but Alden immediately returned his look as Cassandra withdrew her hand.

"I'll still believe in Gres" Alden looked at Cassandra with a flat gaze."Besides, you don't have any proof that Patricia's not Daddy's son.."

Cassandra shook her head "No, I don't have any proof because I just hear their chatter in silence, but Alden if you want to believe I can show it if Gres isn't who you believe he is.."

"Go Cassandra, I still can't believe it, you must be just angry that you feel used by us, but Gres still isn't like that in my eyes.."

Alden smiled with satisfaction as he saw Cassandra sending him a message, a message saying she was in a hotel room with Gres and Luke..

Alden pressed a few numbers on his phone and after the call, Alden immediately called out, "There's something I want to talk to Daddy about, it's about all your property.."

"You said that Airin was Alden's lover, in fact Airin was just a cheap woman, which was not even worth comparing to me" Gres frowned when he saw Cassandra enter his hotel room, come on, she's having sex with Luke, and hearing the bell ring, Gres wakes up and puts on a kimono towel.

Gres straightened his body "What if Alden finds out you faked Patricia's DNA test results.."

"Also about Barnes, you think that old man will believe you?" Gres shook his head "He's so crazy about me that he's just gonna see me.."

"He even threw Alden away just to be with me. Don't forget that he doesn't care about his wife who died, just because he saw us making love, either," Gres turned to Luke, who was still smiling, "And we helped him to die sooner" Luke, who was then a doctor, made it easier for him to inject drugs so that Mommy Alden died, did not open his mouth to Alden, whose love even though Barnes did not know those who destroyed his wife Alden knew, but he had absolutely no evidence, until Barnes still sided with him.

Alden did try to do tests at another hospital, to prove Patricia was not Barnes' daughter, but because Luke's friend worked at the hospital then Luke easily changed it.

"And we won't make our plans fall apart just because of you"

Cassandra retreated but smiled fearlessly "Really, but I'm not sure which one of us didn't survive.."

Alden appears to make Gres immediately rise from Luke's lap, and what makes Gres surprised is that behind Alden there is Barnes who hardened his jaw with a gaze so unsheathed as if ready to eliminate him.
