4 Days have passed since Denji's stabbing tragedy. After surgery, Denji must be hospitalized to recover his condition.

The saturation he felt while in the hospital, although his friends like Aki, Power and his idol Makima accompanied him.

"Aki, if later I have no guard over Makima and Pochita" Denji opened the conversation with Aki after a silence during the trip.
