First Sight
“WE DON'T NEED to bring anything, right?”
The black haired girl nodded. He glanced at the tall man walking next to him. The man who asked the question.
“We don't miss anything, right?”
Shalima Shero shook his head with a faint smile. All the questions were answered with a signal. Not a single word came out of his mouth. He was sure the hundred percent black-haired male next to him asked a lot out of nervousness. This was his first assignment as the Main Prefect.
“Gugup?” shalima asked in a tone of voice that tried to keep her voice relaxed.
Thedon smiled. He did not answer Shalima's question and just kept going. Shalima simply shrugged and followed the steps of that tall Elf. In front of a large wooden door, the two stopped. Shalima and Thedon looked at each other.
“Here, right?” ask Thedon.
Shalima nodded with certainty. “According to the direction of Miss Elafir.”
Both of them were waiting in front of the hall. Sometimes Thedon rubs his red prefect bet. The bet embedded in his left arm looks striking compared to Shalima bet.
“Seems you like that bet?” ask Shalima.
“It seems you changed a little bit compared to last year.” Instead of answering a friendly question from Shalima, Thedon instead made a statement that made Shalima bowed.
The man let out a small sigh, smiled and said, “Sorry. I mean, you're much more confident now than you were last year.”
Shalima only nodded small, but still did not raise her head. The woman just puffed her cheeks. Thedon felt guilty seeing the black-haired young woman not retaliating. He cursed in his heart.
“Not necessarily ...” Thedon had not yet continued his sentence, the door in front of the two of them was wide open. Miss Elafir stepped out gracefully. His eyes stared at the two prefects-planned students sharply.
“Thedon Ulsador's. Main Prefect. Dorm Fantasy.”
Thedon stood firmly and said, “Siap.”
“Shalima Shero's. Prefect Dorm Fantasy.”
Shalima raised her head.
“Then where is Habibie Alfarabi?”
The two students looked at each other. They forget students from sci-fi dorms who are also fellow prefects. The three of them should have indeed gathered in front of the hall. Since Shalima and Thedon were one dorm, the two of them left together from the gathering room of the fantasy dormitory.
Miss Elafir just sighed and rolled her eyeballs.
“You two follow me. And bring those two boxes.”
Both Shalima and Thedon simply nodded. The two walked in the footsteps of the famous vice school head who was firm and stingy while carrying a large orange box. The clothes they wear.
In front of the Star Stone room, a student in orange seemed to be pacing back and forth. Upon seeing the arrival of the three people, Habibie smiled waving her hands.
“Why were you guys so long?” yells.
Miss Elafir stopped right in front of Habibie. He just stared at the student from the sci-fi dormitory was brief.
“Three of you wait here.” Miss Elafir breezed into the Star Stone room.
“You can go with wakepsk?” ask Habibie to relax.
“We should have gathered in front of the hall,” Shalima explained. “You yourself why is it here?”
“I forgot. Just remember when I met Elle in front of the dorm. He said you two have already made your way to the hall.”
Thedon and Shalima both snorted annoyed at Habibie's reason for being too relaxed.
“Mean me directly here. Smart, right?” continued Habibie without caring about the view denouncing his two friends.
Before long, James Dakota, Miss Naina, and Miss Yuna walked over to the three prefects. Behind them two rows of new students walked in regularly. Everything went into the Star Stone room neatly past the prefects. Some of the new students seemed to be looking curiously.
“You are not interested in glancing at one of them?” whispered Habibie when the door of the Star Stone room closed.
Thedon smiled in a shudder.
“While I see many beautiful.”
“We are in charge of guiding them. Not to attract their attention.”
“Ish, you are not at all exciting,” rutuk Habibie. The man scowled at the main prefect who looked ordinary. Though Habibie can judge the new student line—, especially the students, who just entered the Batu Bintang room, is very beautiful. Especially the brunettes from the Fallen Angel race. He was ready to meet the student.
Shalima looked at Thedon in wonder then asked, “why should?”
Thedon shrugged his shoulders. “Entahlah. The curiosity that humans have, perhaps?”
Shalima snorted softly and then laughed softly.
“You wrongly asked, Mr. Chairman. That question you should have asked a Levi Strauss.”
“Ah, yes. That man.” Thedon smiled in order to justify.
Not long after Miss Elafir came out of the room. He approached Thedon and handed him a piece of parchment. “The names of students who have been able to hostel will be marked. Prepare robes and suits from inside the box.” Miss Elafir pointed to the two boxes previously carried by Thedon and Shalima. “Give it according to the designated hostel.”
After saying the directions, the vice principal immediately re-entered the room.
The three prefects who had not had the time to say a word were simply nodding. The three glanced at the parchment rolled in Thedon's hands.
“Don't-don't, actually they've already determined the dorm?” habibie.
“Hei, indeed last year, you already know which hostel to enter?” shalima Sela. His eyes implied the admiration of seeing the parchment. He looked impatient at the miracle that was about to appear.
Habibie smiled foolishly revealing his strange-looking grin in Shalima's eyes. He ruffled his hair. “Of course, no!”
Thedon only smiled at the debate between the two members. He opened the rolled parchment. The look of the parchment left the three dumbfounded. Not papyrus paper but a sophisticated tab. There are twenty-two numbers. And no name has been listed.
“Wooah!” exclaim Habibie, “ini new whose name is miracle.”
Thedon smiled and said, “You don't have to look for his name, do you?”
Shalima frowned hearing that. “You mean?”
“I heard from Amara, your friend from the Fallen Angel race is actually one generation with us?”
Shalima's face met with red instantly. He did not answer, turning his face away, making Thedon chuckle. The oddity that caught Habibie's attention.
“Weh, you can laugh too apparently. I thought I could just smile.”
Thedon smiled back. Habibie shut her mouth. He moved his finger as if pulling a zipper from the tip of the right lip to the left end.
Horrified also look at the smile of the Chairman!
Both Shalima and Habibie pretended to be busy opening a cardboard box containing a robe and suit. Thedon shook his head looking at the two students of his prefect team. He looked back at the tab in his hand.
Then number one suddenly contained a name.
“Chalia Aetosir's. Fantasy,” call Thedon.
The door swings open. The red-haired elf entered with the official outfit of Maple Academy in orange. He approached Shalima and Habibie who were standing one step ahead of Thedon. Shalima gives up fantasy uniforms for students who enter fantasy dormitories, while Habibie hands over scifi uniforms for students who enter sci-fi.
Shalima handed the fantasy dormitory's long robe to the girl who was shorter than herself. The girl's cheerful smile was transmitted to Shal.
“Thank you.”
Thedon immediately sculpted. The voice he heard made his heart suddenly thump. He looked at the girl who was still standing in front of Shalima intensely. Something suddenly flashed through his mind.
At the same time, the girl named Chalia turned her head and looked at him. The two pairs of eyes from the Elf race looked at each other. Her lips smiled sweetly.
Thedon did not return that smile at all. However, his attention was not distracted, even when the Elf had already passed towards the location of the fantasy dormitory table guided by Zovras and Adniel.
Oh!!!!
Thedon pressed his earlobe. He lowered his head suddenly.
Didn't you say your job as prefect was to guide, not draw attention or pay attention to them?
Miss Elafir's shrill voice rang out very clearly in Thedon's ears. He cursed slowly because it was diverted. Then, he again put on his smile when he realized that there was a white-haired student standing before him.
“Addison Spiegel Atum's. Fantasy.”
Shalima gurgas handed the robe to the white-haired student. The student just nodded his head and passed from before Shalima in style after getting the uniform. Addison has been in the academy for a few months, although he has not yet accepted students. He said he was under the direct guidance of the principal.
You'd better stay concentrated on your easy task, Mr. Ulsador!
Miss Elafir's warning was not only heard by Thedon, but also caught in Shalima and Habibie's ears. The two students chuckled while glancing at Thedon meaningfully.
The tall main prefect smiled as he sighed.
Damnit. Why is that girl accepted into the academy? it's in the heart.
