With a heavy heart, Rena finally obeyed Arsen's request, she realized that Arsen was so powerful in this house. Rena could not resist.

"Want to sleep now ?" ask Rena to her son.

Before answering inexplicably Elvan glanced at Arsen, who had been indifferent even at all to Rena and Elvan. Now he is the husband and father of both men.

"No favor" said Arsen and went straight from there. He stepped out of the room leaving Rena who was now holding back tears.

The bedroom door was closed again, it felt like Rena could not withstand the pace of tears. He looked down to hide all that, his chest was so tight as if he was hit by a very strong burden.

"El the same toy Mama ya" said Rena with a hoarse voice.

"I'm going to sleep, Ma, sleepy"

Elvan said she laid her body on the mattress that Arsen had prepared, gently Rena stroked her son's back until Elvan fell asleep.

The next morning while going to take Rena's ablution to check Elvan's body, he was surprised to find that his son was sick, Elvan's body was so hot that it made Rena so panicked.

"Oh God El, I can have a fever like this Son" Rena carried her son, but Elvan's body did not respond in the least he was so weak.

"Wake up !" shout Rena.

"Mas Arsen woke up" this time Rena wiggled Arsen's body to the point that the man opened his eyes.

"Oh anyway, just disturb, I'm still sleepy" snapped Arsen with a distinctive hoarse voice waking up

"El is sick Mas, his body is very hot, can Mas Arsen drive us to the hospital"

Arsen glanced at Elvan who was asleep on Rena's chest "You think I'm your driver, you can take a taxi, I'm still sleepy there go"

Rena's heart was so broken hearing Arsen's words, so cruel was the man that he did not want to take her to the hospital.

"Where to go !! don't talk too much !" back Arsen snapped and his hand reached for the wallet on the nightstand and then pulled out a card and threw it in front of Rena "It's all money, it's enough to cost your son's hospital"

Rena shook her head "You are so cruel Mas, you have no conscience" without taking the card that Arsen threw. Rena immediately left the room, her steps a little long so that the child can be treated immediately.

"Not near here there is a midwife, hopefully it has been opened" the inner Rena who remembers that not far from the house of Arsen, there is a midwife who opened the practice.

Rena went down one by one rung of stairs, she was so worried about Elvan's situation.

"Where is the madam going ?" ask Marni who sees Rena looking very panicked.

"I want a midwife near here, my son is sick" explained Rena.

"Why not take her to the madam's hospital ?" Marni put the back of her hand on Elvan's cheek "O Allah is very hot, immediately bring the mistress afraid of getting DHF"
