With a quick step Rena took Elvan to the midwife's house located not far from the house he occupied.

As soon as it was written on the sign in front of the house, Rena sighed because the midwife's clock was not open yet. He again glanced at Elvan who until now still closed his eyes.
"Patience, dear, we will go to the hospital if so" he said slowly.
But before leaving, someone called, making Rena stop her steps, then turn to the source of the sound.
"What's wrong Mom ?" ask a middle-aged woman who just came out of the midwife's house.
"I want to treat Mom, but the bed is not open yet" explained Rena later.
"The sick son ?" The middle-aged woman asked again.
Rena nodded, making the woman open the gate wide.
"Let's go in, her mom's up" she asked later.
Rena was so happy to hear it, she immediately followed the middle-aged woman's steps to enter the midwife's house.
While in the midwife's room, Rena was greeted with a friendly.
"Why's Mom's son ?" ask the Bounty Midwife,
"Don't know the mother Midwife, suddenly it was hot like this" explained Rena.
"Yes let's put his son to bed first, let me check"
According to Rena, he put Elvan to sleep on a gurney that had been provided. But it turns out Elvan revolted and did not want to escape from Rena.

Arsen continued to say his words, there was not the slightest bit of guilt for not taking Rena and Elvan to the hospital.
Arsen put the card back into his wallet, then stepped his feet out of the room not forgetting to bring his briefcase.
While on the floor, Marni approached.
"Sir, do you want to catch up with Madam ?" ask Marni while putting a cup of coffee in front of Arsen.
"I'm busy, a lot of work" replied Arsen coldly.
"Oh kirain Tuan wanted to follow the Madam, because I saw the Madam was so worried about her son's condition"
Arsen looked up, he looked at Marni expressionlessly making Marni a little afraid of Arsen's gaze.
"I'm sorry sir" said Marni and went straight back to the kitchen.
Arsen was just silent, he did not finish his coffee and immediately passed away from there.

"My son is sick what Mom ?" asked Rena after the Gift Midwife finished checking on Elvan's situation.
"She's just a common fever ma'am, I'm prescribing a heat-lowering drug, but if in 3 days there's no change brought here anymore" explained Bidan Karunia while taking the drug for Elvan.
Rena took a breath of relief, she was grateful that Elvan was just a fever, even though she was so panicked because Elvan's body was so hot.
After finishing paying for Elvan's medicine and examination, Rena immediately went home. He took Elvan back by walking slowly towards the house.
On the way home, Arsen's car passed by. But it did not stop as Rena expected.
"Astaghfirullah's. Realize Ren why do you hope that Mas Arsen will ask about El's condition, he just doesn't even care" Rena muttered quietly.
Arriving at the house Marni and Leni immediately welcomed the arrival of Rena.
"How's Madam, what's her son sick ?" ask Marni enthusiastically.
"Alhamdulillah El is fine Ma'am, she's just an ordinary fever"
"Thank God that's it, we've been panicking from earlier afraid Den Elvan why" Sahut Leni later.
Rena smiled at least there were still others who were paying attention to Elvan. Although it's not Arsen as a father.
"If so Madam rest again just the same Den Arsen, if you want to eat just say the same to us"
"Thank you in advance ma'am, then I'll take El to the room first"

Rena left, she went to her room instead of Arsen's. Rena does not want Elvan back sick due to the room temperature is too cold.
"El go to bed first, son, Mama wants to go to the bathroom" said Rena gently.
Elvan nodded weakly.

Inside the car Arsen stared around, as he stopped right at a red light.
"He didn't go to the hospital anyway"
"I'm telling him he won't take the card I gave him"
"Don't, what the hell am I, why think of him, whatever he wants to take his son where, it's none of my business"

The sound of a car horn from behind makes Arsen stop his grumbling, he immediately runs his car back because he feels annoyed.
"Fatigue" said Arsen annoyed, even he replied to sound the horn of his car loudly and repeatedly.
Not long enough Arsen arrived at his office, he was immediately greeted by Robert who had been waiting. Since living with Rena. Arsen never used a driver again.
"Good morning sir" said Robert.
"Hmmmmm" replied Arsen.
The two men walked firmly and arrogantly entered the majestic company. The employees who passed by them immediately bowed their bodies as a sign of respect.
When the door of the room was opened by Robert, the two were immediately shocked when they found a woman who was so familiar with Arsen.
"Hai Arsen" says Talia Arsen's childhood friend.

"From now on, I deliberately didn't tell you to be surprised" Talia approached and then wrestled spoiled in Arsen's arm "You're shocked right Sen ?" tanyanya.

While Robert immediately held back his laughter hearing Arsen's words.
