Married Old Virgin Boss

Married Old Virgin Boss
38. Ben's Incompetence

“Do not say this to Dea or Dika, yes. They don't need to know about Dion. Enough they know, if the three of them are perfect brothers.”

Kahar's speech impedes Ben from revealing the truth to Dea. Instead, the man ended up restlessly restless since coming out of the workroom of the father-in-law.

Before leaving, Ben asked for time to think to Kahar, and was immediately followed. Ben is considered to be considering his ability to manage the company, even though the man is honestly thinking about some things about Dion's actions before. From last night, until this morning, the man closed the night and started the day thinking of the brother-in-law.

Dion's possessive nature towards Dea, and the brother-in-law's exaggerated observation of his sister— felt too excessive. Ben still remembers the awkwardness when Dion forcibly brought Dea home from his contract. I don't even want to wait for my sister to get dressed first.

Ben felt something was awkward, and now, after being told the facts. Ben is getting uncomfortable, but this time, is meddled by feelings of jealousy.

“Ben, you don't hear me?”

The question made Ben immediately turn his head in surprise towards the side. He changed his lying position to half-sitting to listen carefully to the words of the wife.

“Iya, De? You said what?” ask Ben, sue.

Dea stopped drying her hair for a moment, and stared back at her husband.

“You're serious about not listening?” dea asked, in a sour voice. “Ah, not so! It's not exciting to be re-broadcast!”

Ben snorts amusedly. He forgot a moment of trouble last night, and chose to get out of bed. Ben approached Dea who was again busy with his hair dryer. He made each step very slowly, until he finally arrived behind his wife.

“Sini.” Ben took over the tools from Dea's hands. He made the wife face straight to the mirror, then began to continue Dea's activities earlier. “So, what did you say? I'm not focused, because I think of something.”

“Thinking what?” Dea was immediately curious, even turning her eyes to Ben through the man's reflection in the mirror.

“About ...” Ben took a few seconds to think about how he explained to his wife. When he found a demanding expression on Dea's face, Ben hurriedly smiled. “What other styles should we use so that the process of making his son can succeed.”

Dea spontaneously elbowed Ben's waist, which the man easily avoided. Because, Ben knows very well, that his wife will always be KDRT if discussing the issue of making babies, whereas, Dea himself will be the most excited when they do it.

“What the hell, De?” reply Ben, in an amused tone. He clucked while shaking his head amusedly.

“You didn't think of any problems at the hotel yesterday, Ben?” asked Dea, who secretly felt the strangeness of Ben's current attitude change.

“No longer,” replied Ben. He turned off the dryer, then took out a comb to tidy up Dea's hair. “Our main focus is now just one: focus on ourselves.”

Dea's forehead wrinkled strangely, clearly unable to directly understand the intent of Ben's speech.

“Means?” So, the woman asked to demand further explanation.

“No one will disturb our relationship, if we both care about each other. Bodo is very, they want to do it too. Just don't need to be treated. Can we live our relationship together, outsiders will not be able to do anything if not one of us who serves them.”

Dea curled her lips slightly downwards, then nodded regularly. Approving the idea of the husband.

“So, De.” Ben paused his combing activity for a moment in order to look straight at his wife. The relaxed expression he had originally shown, was now fading without a trace. There was only a serious face in Ben's current expression. “Do not ... ever .. care ... with others who want to interfere in our relationship affairs.”

Dea once again nodded obediently, typical of a little boy her father advised.

“Includes Dion,” continues Ben, with a straightened jaw. “Never be horrified what he said, if he tries to interfere in the affairs of our relationship. This is a serious warning from your husband, Dea.”

...

“I want to talk seriously.” Kahar made the relaxed eating atmosphere become a little tense after that remark.

Instantly, everyone stopped eating. Including Ben who directly brought his face to Dion.

“Ben, will be working in Papa company,” continued Kahar, who immediately displayed shocked expressions on Diana, Dea, and Dika. Then gradually, the three began to display different expressions.

“Cie ... Ben level up, cie ..” Dika was the first to greet excitedly.

“Can't, Pa!” push Dea down firmly. He even hit the table after expressing his rejection. “Ben can what, Pa? She's usually just a food anther, mopping the floor, Pa. He doesn't have any skills—“

Dea immediately put the brakes on her words when she saw her brother put on a grinning smile to grovel towards Ben.

Kahar was just about to respond to his daughter's remarks, but Ben interrupted immediately.

“Pak, I ask for time to think this, while still working in a restaurant,” said Ben in a humble voice.

Dea immediately pulled Ben's arm roughly hearing that. “When is this Papa nawarin to you? You didn't tell me at all?”

“Soal is not sure, De, so I did not tell,” replied Ben.

“Looks of a story, Ben. I might be able to help you talk to Papa so you don't have to work for his company. I know, you're just confused thinking about how to call Papa, ‘kan?”

“Dea ..” Kahar called out full of warning.

“What the hell, Pa?” Dea reply weld. “I don't want to limit Ben to a doang waitress. But ... Logically, Pa. He had no education whatsoever, not the least, Pa, as an entrepreneur. Papa wants, Papa's business directly down if Ben works at Papa?” company

“Kan there is a thing called learning, Mbak.” Reply interrupted, which immediately got a sharp look from Diana. The mother gave a warning so that the youngest does not interfere because he does not have any knowledge in the topic of other family chats.

“How many years to learn, Pa? I'm the same Mas Dion had to study for years, and it had to start from zero. Ben's? He was immediately offered without any study or effort at all? Seriously, Pa? Papa's the most logical here. Trivial times like gini, Papa does not think!”

“Already, De. Papa has thought!” Kahar tried to convince, but the hard expression on his daughter's face did not diminish at all.

“I disagree!” reply Dea firmly. “Ben can't work with Papa! He won't be able to.”

Neither Dika nor Kahar wanted to interrupt, but a straightforward remark from Ben had already closed the tense discussion this morning.

“I agree with Dea, Sir. So, sorry, I cannot accept Mr. Kahar's offer this time.”

Dea breathed a sigh of relief, followed by Dion who did the same.
