S2: Secretary
"Morning mom, dad, Jav" said Cathrine who had just joined the others at the dinner table. He sat down next to Alex. Cathrine is already neat with her work clothes.
"Morning baby girl" Alex replied.
"Well, the food is a lot" Cathrine said. It is not usual to have breakfast with so much food at the table.
"Mommy cooks a lot today because it's the first day mommy's daughter works" Selena said.
"Mommy is the best. Thanks mom" Cathrine replied happily.
"Oh yes.you work in which company, daddy to forget to ask" said Alex.
"Cathrine works at Damien's company" Cathrine said, leaving everyone at the dinner table shocked.
"Damien? you work there. Did Damien advise you to work there?" ask Selena.
"No mom. I don't know if it's Damien's company. I know during the interview. There's Damien interviewing" Cathrine replied.
"But good, that means you'll be close to Damien" Selena said.
"What a mom.." Cathrine blushed.
"It looks like daddy's daughter is being embarrassed" teased Alex.
"Dad.." said Cathrine spoiled Alex making the others laugh.
After breakfast, Alex and Javier leave together, while Cathrine uses her own car. Cathrine has already said that she will take a taxi. But Alex forbids him and forces him to use his own car. Selena gave Cathrine lunch.
"Honey.this is your lunch, be careful on the road. Hopefully your work today is smooth" said Selena gave a box of supplies.
"Cath goes first mom." Cathrine said, then kissed Selena's cheek.
"It seems I have to meet Sarah today" Selena muttered after Cathrine's departure.
Upon arrival at the office, Cathrine headed straight for her study on the 3rd floor. After arriving there Cathrine immediately greeted the employees who were there. It was well received. Shortly thereafter the head of HRD arrived.
"There's a Cathrine" he said.
"I am mom" Cathrine replied.
"My brother, you are not placed in the financial sector" said Monika, head of HRD.
"But ma'am in my cover letter took the financial part" Cathrine replied.
"Tok.butt.."
"Come in".
"My uncle has called Miss Cathrine, then I will return to my room" Monika said.
"Don't stand there" Damien said. Cathrine then walked over to Damien's desk
"Why I was brought here" Cathrine said.
"Because of where you are here, you will be my secretary" Damien said.
"WHAT?..but sir I applied in the finance department, not as a secretary" said Cathrine surprised.
"Yep.." Damien replied.
"Sorry sir, but I can't. You'd better find someone else" Cathrine said.
"There was no denial Cath. I want you to be nothing else. I'm your boss here" Damien countered to make Cathrine with Alex's attitude of commanding people as he pleased.
"But Mr. sa__" Cathrine's words were cut off as Damien kissed her lips quickly causing her to widen her eyes. How not, this is his first kiss.
"I told you there was no rejection. One more thing, don't call me too formal. Just call my name. Or you'll be punished like I did just now" Damien grinned.
"You.." said Cathrine annoyed.
"Sorry sir, I'm late" said a man who had just entered Alex's room.
"This Peter Cathrine will replace you, I hope you can teach him" Damien told his secretary Peter. Peter asked for a 3-month leave to accompany his pregnant wife.
"Well sir, I'll teach him" Peter said.
"Cath your desk is there" Damien pointed to the room in front of him. There was only a glass wall barrier there so Damien could see Cathrine at any time if he wanted to.
"I have business for a while, you can work now" Damien said and left. Cathrine doesn't know what else to do. Damien was gone, and he finally resigned.
"Hey..Miss why daydream" said Peter.
"Eh.no really" Cathrine replied.
"Let's start" Peter said, and Cathrine nodded.
