Chapter 7 - He Indeed Is
Dew has now arrived at the campus where he is currently studying. His arrival to campus that afternoon was welcomed by Kanya who had arrived earlier on campus than him.
"Grow!" Kanya says hello. Dew's hands then led her to the classroom where they were in college.
Dew that has been used to be treated so by Kanya according to her good friend's steps.
"Oh yeah, Dew, is it true that today you're working at your mother's employer's house?" Kanya asked her to confirm her conversation and Dump on the phone yesterday.
The nodding of the head justifies Kanya's words. "I started working this morning."
Kanya stopped her steps until she made Dew step come to a halt. The woman who had round eyes was now staring intensely at Dew's face. "You're so great, Dew. Want to work in your mother's place as a maid." Praise Kanya. If the current position of Dewun happens to her, Kanya may find it difficult to decide to work as a maid.
Dew reviews a thin smile. "I'm not great. I just did my duty as a child well. If I don't help you, then who else?"
Kanya followed the smile. "You're right too. But even so, I salute you very much, Dew." Praise Kanya.
Just smile. As the first child in his family, he must be required to have a stronger shoulder than his sister. Moreover, he no longer has a father who is obliged to provide for himself and his family.
"So after coming home from college you went straight back to Aunt Meisya's house to continue your work?" Kanya asked after being in the classroom together with Dewun.
"Yes. After I finished preparing dinner for Madam Meisya's family, I was just able to go home."
"Aren't you tired, Mbun? Working all day while in college too." Kanya looks concerned. The dew that saw it smiled as if it was convincing if he was strong through it all.
"Grow, may happiness soon come to you after the many trials you have passed in your life all this time." Kanya muttered in her heart.

His arrival back to Mom Meisya's house that afternoon turned out to be the same as David's return from work.
"Mr David," The little hump bended his body greeting David who had just stepped out from inside his car.
Instead of returning the Dew greeting, David actually looked at Dew's face coldly as he did this morning to the woman.
Stared so by David then just made Dew so frozen and asked in his heart whether he had been wrong in acting on David.
David immediately severed his eyes from the Dew then stepped inside the house without saying a word.
"Grabun, do not put the heart yes attitude Mr. David earlier. He is like that to everyone. But believe me if his heart isn't as cold as his face." Said Mr. Nasrul to Dew who seemed silent in his position after the departure of David.
Dew commented a thin smile then nodded his head. "Yes, Sir. Dew is not papa, really."
Mr. Nasrul smiled as he nodded.
"Then Dew goes inside first." He did not want to linger in front of the house.
Mr. Nasrul asserted it and then let the Dew into the house.
"If you look at Mr. David's attitude this time a little different when looking at Dewun. If Mr. David usually avoids looking at women, now he's staring at her long enough."
