Giani's Birthday

At 10 p.m., Giani just arrived home. He was surprised to see Jero's car was not there. He stepped into the house while blaming a lamp that had not been blamed..

"Yes. I came by at 11. You've been sleeping very well. Sorry, I'm not very good at arranging birthday decorations. This is all I did by looking at it on the internet.

Giani hugged Jero. Honestly, his heart was very happy. He couldn't even hold back his tears.

Soon Giani returned with cutlery, a knife and a glass of chocolate milk for Jero. The man did not like to drink white milk.

After cutting the cake, Giani also fed Jero. Sometimes he also enjoyed the cake.

"But not as good as your cake."

"Oh yeah? Maybe because my cake is made with love while this cake is made just for profit."

"What do you mean made with love?"

"I made it not to seek profit, but to please the people I love."

Jero looked at Giani. "Am I on the list of people you love?"

Giani was silent for a moment. Then he smiled. "You are among those whom I will always pray for. Means it can be categorized as the people I love."

"Like I love brother Aldo, like I love Alexa, like I love Joana."

Jero looked a little disappointed. He hoped Giani would say that Giani loved him in a way that was not the same as he loved his brother. But it feels impossible. Giani had said from the beginning that he married Jero only to separate Jero from Finly.

"My brother knows that Finly's sister doesn't love him. Alexa's fine, too, even though Finly's gone." Giani.

"Yet my mom has to see him. Come pa!" Sinta pulled her husband's hand and left the study.

Giani who was staring at the door turned his face and looked at Jero.

"What's wrong?"

"We don't split up, do we?"
