At the hospital, the nurse immediately took Rahmi to the emergency room. Ardan and Arini are waiting. Looking at Arini who was squeezing both hands, he knew that the girl was worried. Ardan's response brought the girl into his arms.

"Arini, you don't have to worry. Your mother must be fine," said Ardan soothingly as he gently rubbed Arini's hair.

Arini did not reply, she only felt Ardan's warm embrace that calmed her heart. For these circumstances, Arini needs someone as his back. He hoped God would give his mother a chance.

After a while, the doctor came out and told him the results of the examination. Arini broke away from Ardan's body, he immediately asked the doctor.

"Doctor, how is my mother? Is he okay?" ask Arini impatiently.

The doctor did not answer, he just fell silent with a face that can be guessed. Arini who understood the look of the doctor's face immediately sat on the chair, covering her face with both hands. Arini could no longer stem her sadness, she was silent stiff. While Ardan who saw the condition of Arini, again asked the doctor the condition of Rahmi's mother.

"How is it, the doctor's condition" asked Ardan.

"The patient can no longer be saved, sir. He had a heart attack, and he was brought here too late" explained the fat doctor.

Ardan immediately hugged Arni back, he knew how the condition of someone who lost a parent. Just like before, he experienced the same thing. Unfortunately back then she did not have someone embracing her as grief hit the recesses of her heart.

"Bak Arini!" call a little boy, none other than Rizky, Arini's nephew. The boy goes to the hospital with Danu and his wife Ratna. Rizky immediately approached Arini, whom he considered his own brother.

"Sir, I'm okay, right?" ask the boy plainly.

Ardan let go of her hug, letting Arini hug Rizky. Mr. Danu and his wife also approached Arini and Ardan. They didn't know what was happening, but they could already guess that there was something sad about it.

"Ki, what are you doing here? Who was here?" tanya Arini tried hard.

"Just like Mr. Danu, Ma'am. He went home, to invite Rizky to follow Mbak." he explained, "It's okay, isn't it?"

Arini was silent to the question, she could not cover up the fact that the grandmother Rizky had considered mother left her for good.

"Ki, mother has been living in us forever" said Arini, he hugged the 10-year-old boy while holding back tears that had been urged to come out. Rizky who heard that cried. The sad sight made the people who were there cry. It was heartless to see the girl and the little boy living by the only person they had.

The doctor who was there, told Arini and the others to look at Rahmi, who was already stiffened. They all went in, but not Arini. He chose to stay outside, not because he was a disobedient child, but he could not bear to see his mother's face last time. For the umpteenth time, the person he loved and loved left him. Ardan came out with the others followed by Rahmi's body. Ardan's eyes were trying to find Arini's whereabouts, but the girl's figure was not in the chair he was sitting on.

"Yes, Sir. Where is Arini?" ask Mr. Danu.

"Neither, it may be in the toilet." replied Ardan, turning in all directions to look for the figure of the little girl.

"Try sir, ask the receptionist! Who knows if any of them know?" advice Mr. Danu.

"True, I tipped Rizky ya Aunt."

Ardan went to the toilet, but after waiting for a few minutes it turned out that the girl was not there. Then he ran to the receptionist to ask where Arini was.

"Excuse me, did you see women wearing blue t-shirts and shorts passing by?" ask Ardan to one of the sisters who served there.

"It seems not, sir. Try to ask the security department, maybe they know" replied the nurse.

"Okay, thanks"

Ardan immediately went to the security section outside the hospital. There he asked Arini. The security guard said that Arini came out of this hospital area on foot, bowing like a daze. Ardan drove straight to the car park to find Arini.

Ardan's sharp eyes can not be separated from every corner of the street, he hopes Arini is still not far to walk. The young man was very worried about Arini's current condition, the girl could have been determined to do something that made her lose her life. As Ardan's brain was preoccupied with his negative thoughts, his net suddenly caught something. Yes, he saw the girl he was looking for was on foot with her random appearance. The girl walked aimlessly. Ardan also stepped on the gas of his car quickly to catch up with Arini. When the car was about to approach Arini, suddenly the girl crossed the crowded street by the driver regardless of the situation. Quickly, Ardan stopped his car just like that. Making the car behind him honk quickly, but Ardan paid no heed to it. He immediately ran after Arini who almost threw himself into a car that drove quickly.

The young man immediately turned around, he wanted to go back to the hospital to check on Arini's condition.
