2. The Pecat

With a limp Maura returned to the shop where she worked. His motor was damaged and his hand had several abrasions due to falling and scratched the asphalt road.

Grimacing Maura entered the shop. Maura hoped that she would not be scolded by her manager who had entrusted the task to her.

But just as Maura was about to sit where the ordinary employees were resting suddenly her manager came with fiery eyes.

" But Sir, I have already sent you your order. How can you say that the order has not come yet?" asked the Manager while looking intently at Maura.

Maura who was already uncomfortable with the gaze of the Manager. He could only resign and hope that his fate in the store would not end like the threat of his manager earlier, when he was about to leave to deliver orders.

" Maura why did the owner of the gift call me and say that the item did not reach her address?" ask the Manager with mounting anger.

With a look down and frightened, Maura tried to arrange words so that the Manager would not be angry with her.

" I'm sorry, manager. Just as I was passing through a crossroads, suddenly my motorcycle was hit by a car and he had smashed the gift to formless. Look at my bike even to the point of being damaged and my body a lot of abrasions from falling! Huhuhoo!" said Maura.

With Maura sobbing to tell all that happened to her manager, she hoped that her manager would feel sorry for what happened to her.

Maura then took her belongings in the lockers of the employees, looking at her best friend Maura who was preparing to leave the store.

As the two of them chatted in a very handsome customer and asked about the toy he was about to buy for his nephew.

Layla held Maura's footsteps and asked her to serve the buyer because she wanted to take care of her resignation letter to the Manager who had wronged her best friend.

Finally Maura approached the customer and asked for his needs.

" I'm sorry. Is there anything I can help you with?" maura asked the handsome man.

The man kept watching the toys in front of him. Then he asked Maura a good toy recommendation for her nephew.

" Can you pick me a nice toy and educate a 5-year-old?" asked the young man who turned out to be named Ardan, the son of Aurel and Rehan. Cousin of the Volkan.

Maura then noticed some toys lined up neatly in front of him and chose a good limited edition toy and in accordance with Ardan's criteria.

" Okay, thanks for your help. Excuse me first. Hopefully we will meet again next time." said Ardan casually as he reached out his palm to shake hands with Maura.

Maura took her breath heavily. Because he is currently dizzy after getting fired from the Manager because of his carelessness when delivering customer orders.

Ardan could see that Maura was sad and had a heavy burden.

" Can I help you with your problems as a thank you for helping me out?" ask Ardan kindly.

Naura looked at Ardan gently then she shook her head.

" no. I'm okay anyway. Thank you for coming to our store. Alright I also have to get out of this shop because today is the last day I work here!" maura said with a gloomy face so Ardan frowned.

Meanwhile Layla who had successfully submitted her resignation process immediately met Maura who was still busy chatting with Ardan outside the store.

" Layla! Are you done to submit your resignation? Hurry on! I have to go home because my mother must have been waiting for me." Maura told Layla.

Layla looked charmed to see the good looks of Ardan who was very friendly talking to Maura who was sad in her heart.

" Okay, excuse me. Thank you for being so friendly with me!" Maura then left Ardan who was still dumbfounded in his place.

Ardan felt sorry to see Maura who looked sad at losing her job. Ardan did not know the reason Maura was fired because Maura had not had time to tell him, Layla hunt came. Ardan wondered why Maura had lost her job at a store that sold imported and limited edition toys when Maura worked so well in her eyes.
